خداداد عزیزی، مهاجم پیشین تیم ملی فوتبال کشورمان گفت: مسئولان کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا به خاطر حضور تماشاگران ما در استادیوم‌ها پز می‌دادند اما امسال این بازی را راه انداخته‌اند و می‌خواهند ما را محروم کنند. خداداد عزیزی، به تشریح اتفاقات اخیر پرداخت که گزیده آن را در ادامه می خوانید.

باید به لحاظ حقوقی قوی باشیم

واقعا چه بهانه‌ای دارند که میزبانی را از ما بگیرند؟ آیا مشکل‌شان امنیت است؟ کدام تیم و باشگاه خارجی به ایران آمده و ناامنی دیده؟ مشکل‌شان پرواز است؟ پس چطور هر روز هواپیما‌های اماراتی و قطری بار‌ها از آسمان ایران می‌گذرند؟ به عقیده من، اگر کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا شرایط میزبانی ایران در لیگ قهرمانان آسیا را قبول نکند، باید همه باشگاه‌ها کنار بکشند. البته در سمت مقابل به لحاظ حقوقی باید قوی عمل کنیم تا دچار جریمه‌های مالی نشویم.

سرمربی تعیین شده، اما اعلام نمی‌شود

برای انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی، مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال تصمیم‌گیرنده اصلی هستند. این قضیه بعد از رفتن مارک ویلموتس کش‌دار شده و باید هر چه زودتر حل شود. البته همین حالا هم، نام سرمربی تیم ملی مشخص است و همه اهالی فوتبال می‌دانند چه کسی سرمربی تیم ملی می‌شود؛ حتی مسئولان فدراسیون هم این واقعیت را قبول دارند، اما نمی‌دانم چرا نام این فرد اعلام نمی‌شود! حتما دلایل منطقی پشت این موضوع است که من از آن بی‌خبرم.

حذف تیم امید قابل پیش‌بینی بود

حذف تیم امید از انتخابی المپیک قابل پیش‌بینی بود. این موضوع مثل دهه‌های قبل تکرار شد. دیگر حدود یک قرن شد که به المپیک نرفتیم و شانس بیشتری برای این موضوع نداشتیم. ۵ دهه است که این افتخار نصیب ایران نمی‌شود آن هم در حالی که بهترین‌های هر نسل را به دوره‌های مختلف فرستادیم. کلی بازیکن و مربی عالی را به این رقابت‌ها فرستادیم، اما در نهایت چه شد؟ هرگز موفقیتی نداشتیم.

این ناکامی هزاران دلیل دارد

اتفاقاتی که برای تیم امید پیش آمد، هزاران دلیل دارد. این یک ناکامی بزرگ بود که نشان داد سیستم کار ما از ۵ دهه قبل تا به حال ایراد دارد و نمی‌توانیم یک تیم امید منسجم و قوی بسازیم. دلایل این حذف و ناکامی خیلی زیاد است و من هم نمی‌توان در یک مصاحبه به همه این مسائل اشاره کنم.
