صدور مجوز راهاندازی پنج واحد تولیدی در خراسان رضوی
معاون هماهنگی امور اقتصادی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: مجوز راهاندازی پنج واحد تولیدی در خراسان رضوی صادر شد که یکی از مجوزها به تولید “فسفات” برای نخستین بار در کشور اختصاص دارد.
علی رسولیان روز دوشنبه در نشست کارگروه ستاد تسهیل و رفع موانع تولید خراسان رضوی افزود: در اجرای طرح مثلث توسعه اقتصادی – فرهنگی در استان تاکنون یکهزار و ۱۲۵ تفاهمنامه سرمایهگذاری با مبلغ ۱۲۸ هزار میلیارد تومان به امضا رسیده که از این میزان ۱۲۳ هزار میلیارد تومان پروژه با ذکر تمام جزئیات آن در سامانه رصد الگوی مثلث توسعه اقتصادی – فرهنگی ثبت شده است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: از هفته آینده نشستهای این کارگروه به این ۲۰۰ پروژه اختصاص مییابد و تک تک آنها مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.
رسولیان با اشاره به روند رو به بهبود وضعیت تولیدی در خراسان رضوی افزود: افزایش هشت درصدی مصرف برق و ۹ درصدی مصرف گاز صنعتی در استان نشان دهنده جهش فرآیند تولید در سال جاری است.
وی با اشاره به ماده ۳۷ قانون تامین اجتماعی و طرح آن در ستاد تدبیر استان اظهار داشت: با توجه به این ماده امکان خروج ۵۵ واحد تولیدی استان از تملک بانکها و فعالیت مجدد آنها میسر نیست لذا با دستور استاندار خراسان رضوی در ستاد تدبیر استان نسبت به تعیین تکلیف این واحدها اقدام خواهد شد.

دبیر شورای هماهنگی بانکهای خراسان رضوی نیز در این نشست گفت: امسال بانکها به یکهزار و ۴۰۰ واحد تولیدی استان کمک مالی کردند تا وضعیت موجود آنها حفظ شود و واحدهای غیرفعال، دوباره فعال شوند و همچنین ۵۰ واحد تولیدی از تملک بانکها خارج شد.
حسن مونسان با اشاره به ابتکار استان در تشکیل کمیته مالی برای رفع مشکل واحدهای تولیدی افزود: از ۸۰ پروندهای که در این کمیته مطرح شده است، ۴۰ پرونده مجوزهای لازم از دستگاههای اجرایی را ندارند.
وی اظهار داشت: با این حال تاکنون تصمیمات خوبی در کمیته مالی استان گرفته شده که ۶ هزار میلیارد تومان رونق در بخش تولید خراسان رضوی ایجاد میکند.
وی گفت: واحدهای تولیدی ۴۰ هزار میلیارد تومان بدهی معوق در بانکهای استان دارند.
