هیچ نشانهای از تمایل لاریجانی برای حضور در انتخابات پیش رو وجود ندارد

چهار ماه تا انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی باقی مانده است. اصولگرایان و اصلاح طلبان در حال آماده سازی برای این انتخابات مهم هستند. شایعات دراین باره زیاد است و هر روز اخبار جدیدی درباره احتمال حضور چهرههای شناخته شده مطرح میشود. این وضعیت بیشتر در مورد جناح اصولگرا صادق است. یک روز گفته میشود غلامعلی حداد عادل سر لیست است و روز دیگر میگویند جلیلی یا قالیباف. اما در این بین درباره علی لاریجانی رئیس کنونی مجلس که بیش از ده سال بر این مسند نشسته است و قدرتمندترین فرد پارلمان به حساب میآید، هیچ چیز روشن نیست. او برخلاف چهار سال پیش نه از سوی اصلاح طلبان برای ائتلاف مورد توجه است و نه اصولگرایان به او روی خوش نشان میدهند. اصلاح طلبان قویا اعلام کرده اند با اصولگرایان ائتلاف نخواهند کرد و “اشتباه چهار سال پیش را تکرار نمیکنند.”
محمدرضا عارف رئیس فراکسیون امید از جمله مخالفان جدی ائتلاف است، اما برخی احزاب همچون کارگزاران چراغ سبز ائتلاف را روشن نگه داشته اند، با این حال به نظر نمیرسد بتوانند کل جریان اصلاحات را قانع کنند. اصولگرایان هم رویکرد تندی نسبت به لاریجانی پیدا کرده اند و هیچ نشانهای از اقبال به او نشان نمیدهند. حتی برخی از آنها به تندی به لاریجانی حمله میکنند و او را در کنار حسن روحانی از رقبای جدی خود میدانند. چندی پیش یکی از نمونههای بارز برخورد اصولگرایان با لاریجانی در صحن علنی مجلس رخ داد. در جریان بررسی طرح تشکیل وزارت بازرگانی، مشاجره لفظی لاریجانی با نصرالله پژمانفر نماینده مشهد و اعضای شاخص جبهه پایداری و فراکسیون ولایی مجلس برای دقایقی جو مجلس را متشنج کرد. پژمانفر لاریجانی را «دیکتاتور» خطاب کرد و لاریجانی هم پاسخ داد و به پژمانفر گفت: «دیکتاتور شمایید که هر کاری و هر حرفی دلتان میخواهد در کشور میزنید و کسی هم چیزی به شما نمیگوید و کاری هم با شما ندارند. مملکت این جوری شده که هر چه دلتان خواست به همه میگویید و کسی هم چیزی به شما نمیگوید. عادت کردید با فریاد کار خودتان را پیش ببرید.»
از طرف دیگر حلقه اطرافیان لاریجانی نیز دچار سردرگمی هستند. زمانی اطرافیان علی لاریجانی به دنبال راه انداختن یک حزب بودند که عملا شکست خورد. آنها به یک فراکسیون نیم بند در مجلس اکتفا کردند، با عضویت نمایندگانی که عموما خط و ربط سیاسیشان خیلی مشخص نیست. حالا شاخصترین چهره آن حلقه یعنی کاظم جلالی قرار است به عنوان سفیر ایران در مسکو منصوب و جانشین مهدی سنایی شود. او از نمایندگی مجلس استعفا کرده است. از سوی دیگر بهروز نعمتی دیگر نماینده نزدیک به لاریجانی نیز قرار است سفیر ایران در ایتالیا شود. البته این انتصابها قطعی نشده است، ولی ظاهرا به زودی رخ میدهد. هم کاظم جلالی و هم بهروز نعمتی از اعضای لیست امید در حوزه انتخابیه تهران بودند. رای این دو نماینده حاصل ائتلاف چهار سال پیش اصلاح طلبان با میانهروهای اصولگرا بود. این دو نماینده به عنوان بازوهای مهم علی لاریجانی در چهار سال ریاست مجلس عمل کردند. کاظم جلالی در راس مرکز پژوهشهای مجلس و بهروز نعمتی هم به عنوان عضو هیات رئیسه. حالا ممکن است تا چند سال در داخل کشور نباشند تا بتوانند در کنار علی لاریجانی فعالیت کرده و به او کمک کنند. دیگر نزدیکان لاریجانی نیز فعلا تحرک انتخاباتی نشان نداده اند.
علی لاریجانی که از اصولگرایان رانده شده و از اصلاح طلبان نیز جا مانده است حالا با پایان سومین دوره حضورش در مجلس شورای اسلامی احتمالا دیگر در انتخابات مجلس نامزد نخواهد شد و راه را برای افراد دیگری باز میگذارد. در جریان لاریجانی و رفقایش هیچ تحرک انتخاباتی برای مجلس دیده نمیشود. البته مشخص نیست در ذهن علی لاریجانی چه میگذرد شاید همانگونه که پیشتر مطرح بود او برنامهای برای 1400 دارد. هیچ نشانهای از این برنامه هم دیده نمیشود. علی لاریجانی در ماههای اخیر نشان داده که فقط سعی در تعامل با دولت برای حل مشکلات کشور دارد. او از اظهار نظرهای سیاسی و انتخاباتی خودداری میکند و کمتر در مجامع حزبی شرکت میکند. از طرف دیگر نباید نادیده گرفت که خانواده لاریجانی در دو سال اخیر موج تخریبی عظیمی را تحمل کرده است. از یکسو آیت الله آملی لاریجانی تحت فشار این موج بوده و از سوی دیگر علی لاریجانی با آن دست و پنجه نرم کرده است. دیگر برادران لاریجانی نیز از این موج بی نصیب نبوده اند. ممکن است این فضا بر تصمیم رئیس مجلس برای آینده حرفهای خود اثر گذارد بوده باشد. نزدیکان لاریجانی دل به این خوش کرده بودند که حمایتهای دولت اعتدالگرا راه را برای حضور قدرتمند او در انتخابات 1400 باز کند. اما حالا پس از گذشت بیش از دو سال از شروع به کار دولت دوازدهم، اعتدالگرایان در گوشه رینگ قرار گرفته اند و از هر طرف مورد انتقادند. در جریان انتخابات سال 96 برخی معتقد بودند کشاندن اسحاق جهانگیری به فرآیند انتخابات، پوست خربزهای از سوی اعتدالگرایان و نزدیکان لاریجانی بوده تا چهره او را مخدوش کنند و رقیبی از رقبای 1400 را تضعیف نمایند. حالا امروز نه جهانگیری، سنبهای پر زور برای 1400 دارد و نه لاریجانی، شاید هیچ یک نامزد آن انتخابات نشوند. با این حال گمانه زنیها سر جای خودش قرار دارد. همچنان ممکن است لاریجانی و اعتدالگرایان برای انتخابات ریاست جمهوری نقشه بکشند. شایعاتی از این دست هم به گوش میرسد که توافقی میان لاریجانی و قالیباف برای دو انتخابات مجلس و ریاست جمهوری وجود دارد. براساس این توافق قالیباف کاندیدای مجلس میشود و لاریجانی 1400 میآید البته که این شایعه خیلی اعتباری ندارد چرا که نمونههای دیگری از آن در فضای رسانهای وجود دارد. مثلا گفته میشود توافقی مشابه میان قالیباف و سعید جلیلی وجود دارد با این تفاوت که جلیلی برای انتخابات مجلس میآید و قالیباف آماده ریاست جمهوری میشود. در کنار تمام این حرفها و گمانه زنیها فعلا فقط یک چیز روشن است. اینکه علی لاریجانی اگر نگوییم تنهاست، متحدان زیادی هم ندارد، از طرف دیگر او سیاستمدار محبوبی هم به حساب نمیآید، حالا باید دید او در برابر چشم انداز مبهمی که برای آینده دارد چه تصمیماتی اتخاذ میکند.
