به دلیل گزارش نکردن تخلفات ساختمانی در روستاهای شهرستان مشهد انجام شد:
اخطار به 180 دهیار برای ساخت وسازهای غیر مجاز
بخشداری مرکزی مشهد به بیش از ۱۸۰ دهیار این شهرستان در خصوص عدم گزارش ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز در روستاها اخطار داد.
به گزارش صبح امروز بخشدار مرکزی مشهد روز گذشته با بیان این مطلب افزود: از اسفند ماه پارسال به بخشداران ابلاغ شده بود مطابق اعلام وزیر کشور به استانداران، ماهانه همه ساخت و سازهای غیر مجاز در روستاهای زیر مجموعه خود را به بخشداری گزارش دهند.
ابوطالب سرابیان گفت: بخشداری هم با صدور ابلاغیه جدیدی به دهیاران این بخش هشدار داد که عدم ارائه گزارش توسط دهیاران در روستاها به منزله عدم ساخت و ساز غیر مجاز در آنها تلقی خواهد شد و از این پس در صورت مشاهده ساخت و ساز غیر مجاز در روستاهای یاد شده دهیار و دیگر دست اندرکاران روستا مسئول شناخته می شوند.
وی ادامه داد: دهیاران باید با شناسایی ساخت و سازهای فاقد پروانه و غیر مجاز نسبت به تشکیل پرونده برای این تخلفات و ارائه آنها به کمیسیون ماده ۹۹ اقدام و تا ۱۵ شهریور ماه پیش رو سیاهه این قبیل ساخت و سازها را به بخشداری ارسال کنند.
شهرستان ۳.۵ میلیون نفری مشهد در سه بخش مرکزی، رضویه و احمدآباد ۵۶۶ آبادی و روستا دارد که ۲۴۰ پارچه از این روستاها با حدود ۴۰۰ هزار نفر جمعیت در بخش مرکزی این شهرستان قرار دارند و بیشتر ساخت و سازهای غیر مجاز در مناطق روستایی شهرستان مشهد مربوط به روستاهای چسبیده و واقع شده در حریم این کلانشهر در بخش مرکزی روی می دهد.

هم چنین چندماه پیش حیدر خوش نیت معاون سیاسی اجتماعی فرمانداری مشهد که سرپرستی این فرمانداری را برعهده داشت با تایید افزایش ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز در اراضی خارج از محدوده شهر مشهد و روستاهای این شهرستان گفت: عمده ساخت و سازها در محدوده بخش مرکزی و حریم شهر مشهد رخ می دهد.
وی شمار پرونده های ماده 99 تخریب بناهای غیرمجاز در مناطق مربوط به خارج از طرح های هادی روستایی و بافت شهری را در سال گذشته حدود 500 مورد عنوان کرد و افزود: افزایش قیمت مسکن در مشهد طی ماه های گذشته و روی آوردن برخی شهروندان برای خرید زمین به عنوان یک سرمایه موجب دست اندازی غیرقانونی به زمینهای کشاورزی و تغییر کاربری آنها در اطراف مشهد شده است.
وی به ارزان بودن زمین در روستاهای اطراف مشهد اشاره کرد و اظهار داشت: به خاطر گرایش مردم به سکونت در این مناطق شاهد رشد 10 تا 15 درصدی جمعیت در برخی روستاهای حاشیه شهر مشهد هستیم.
