جایگاه سوم نظام ارجاع الکترونیکی از آن خراسان
مدیرکل بیمه سلامت استان خراسان رضوی گفت: خراسان رضوی درحوزه نسخه نویسی الکترونیک بعد از کرمان و لرستان در جایگاه سومکشوری قرار دارد.
به گزارش روزنامه”صبح امروز” سید مرتضی وجدان در نشست خبری با اصحاب رسانه که صبح روز شنبه در دفتر مرکزی بیمه سلامت استانخراسان رضوی برگزارشد افزود: طرح نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی بیمه سلامت خراسان رضوی در حال حاضر در شهر نیشابور به صورت آزمایشی در حال اجرا و پیشبینی شده تادر شهرستانهای درگز، چناران، تربت جام، سرخس، تربت حیدریه، فریمان و بردسکن نیز همین امسال اجرا شود.
وی تصریح کرد: ۵۵ شریک کاری فعال که شامل موسسات و پزشکانعمومی هستند با این سازمان در حال همکاری بوده و از ابتدای طرح تا کنون هزار و ۸۲۸ نسخه الکترونیکی ایجاد شده است.
وجدان اظهار کرد: در قالب این طرح که اجرای آن از پارسال آغاز شده نسخه بیمار به صورت الکترونیکی از سوی پزشک صادر شده و خدمات پاراکلینیکی بیمه سلامت مانند داروخانه و آزمایشگاه طبق هماهنگی لازم انجام شده و دفترچه کاغذی حذف میشود.
وی ابراز کرد: درحال حاضر ۵۵ موسسه و مرکز درمانی در سطح شهرستان نیشابور نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی را اجرا می کنند.
مدیرکل بیمه سلامت خراسان رضوی عنوان کرد: مطالبات پزشکانی که در راستای حذف دفترچههای کاغذی بیمه و پیاده سازی نسخهنویسی الکترونیکی گام برداشته از سوی بیمه سلامت خارج از نوبت و بطور ۱۰۰ درصد پرداخت می شود.
وی بیان کرد: هم اکنون سه میلیون و ۳۷۰ هزار نفر در خراسان رضوی در قالب پنج صندوق بیمه ای زیر پوشش بیمه سلامت استان بوده که بیشترین تعداد بیمه شدگان سلامت این استان تحت عنوان “صندوق بیمه روستایی” با جمعیت یک میلیون و ۶۰۰ هزار نفر زیر پوشش این بیمه هستند.
وجدان آمار داد: تعداد بیماران خاص زیر پوشش بیمه سلامت را در خراسان رضوی هفت هزار نفر بوده که شمار بیمه شدگان اتباع خارجی شش هزار و ۱۵۰ نفر و بیمه شدگان کمیته امداد را حدود ۸۰ هزار نفر است و علاوه برآن چهار هزار و ۵۸۰ موسسه اعم از پزشک، دندانپزشکی، داروخانه، بیمارستان و مراکز پاراکلینیکی طرف قرار داد بیمه سلامت در خراسان رضوی هستند.
وی تاکید کرد: پرداخت مطالبات مراکز درمانی طرف قرارداد منظم شده بطوری که با احتساب ۴۵ روز برای تبادل اسناد پرداختی و در نظر گرفتن قوانین مربوطه می توان گفت که پرداخت مطالبات موسسات بیمه سلامت در خراسان رضوی تقریباً به روز شده است و این سازمان دیگر به موسات طرف قرار داد خود بدهی ندارد.
مدیرکل بیمه سلامت خراسان رضوی افزود: بر همین اساس می توان به پرداخت ۷۰ درصد مطالبات فروردین ماه امسال دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی پزشکی خراسان رضوی به مبلغ ۲۹۳ میلیارد ریال اشاره کرد.
وجدان توضیح داد: پرداخت ۹۰ درصد مطالبات فروردین ماه داروخانههای خصوصی، خیریهها و غیردانشگاهی به مبلغ ۱۲۳ میلیارد ریال پرداخت شده که ۶۰ درصد مطالبات اردیبهشت ماه امسال داروخانههای خصوصی، خیریه و غیردانشگاهی نیز در خراسان رضوی پرداخت شده است.
مدیر کل بیمه سلامت یادآو شد: ۶۰ درصد جمعیت بیمه شدگان استان شش میلیون و ۴۰۰ هزار نفری خراسان رضوی زیر پوشش بیمه سلامت قرار دارند.
