حال ورزش مادر خوب نیست
دوومیدانی ایران روزهای خوبی را سپری نمیکند و به جایآنکه فکر مسئولان، مربیان و ورزشکارانش به موفقیتهایآینده باشد، به حاشیههای تمامنشدنی معطوف شده است.
دوومیدانی یکی از چهار ضلع مدالآور ورزش ایران درتاریخ بازیهای المپیک است؛ اتفاقی که 7 سال قبل در لندن وبه لطف مدال نقره احسان حدادی در پرتاب دیسک رقم خورد تااین رشته بتواند خودش را در بین رشتههای اصلی ورزشکشور جا دهد. دوومیدانی ایران در تاریخ خود فراز وفرودهای زیادی را تجربه کرده، اما شاید دوران کنونی یکیاز تلخترین آن ها باشد؛ دورانی که حاشیههای زیادی وجوددارد، مربیان و مسئولان پشت هم نیستند و احترام مدنظرهیچ کدام از طرفین تأمین نمیشود.
سوال مهم آن است که چه فرد یا افرادی بیشترین سهم را درایجاد این وضعیت دارند و چه کسانی بیشترین منفعت رااز این شرایط میبرند؟ پاسخ به این سوالات میتواند بسیاریاز مشکلات امروزی دوومیدانی ایران را از بین ببرد.
* از 2017 همدل تا 2019 عجیب
دوره چهار ساله ریاست مجید کیهانی در فدراسیوندوومیدانی از سال 2015 آغاز شد و چند ماه دیگر نیز بهپایان میرسد تا در پایان تابستان شاهد برگزاری دوره جدیدانتخابات باشیم. یکی از مهمترین رویدادهای فدراسیوندر سالهای گذشته حضور در رقابتهای قهرمانی آسیا 2017 به میزبانی هند بود؛ رقابتهایی که کاروان اعزامی ایرانعملکرد فوقالعادهای داشت و به چهار مدال طلا توسط احسانحدادی، علی ثمری، حسن تفتیان و حسین کیهانی و یکبرنز توسط مسلم نیادوست دست یافت. نکتهای که در آنرویداد به چشم آمد، همدلی فوقالعاده اعضای تیم ملی ومسئولان بود؛ بهطوری که همه نفرات کاروان ایران در کناریکدیگر مینشستند و ملیپوشانی را که در پیست بودند،تشویق میکردند.
در مسابقات 2019 قطر اما همه چیز متفاوت بود. طبقمشاهدات افرادی که در کنار تیم بودند، همدلی و عدم انسجامیکی از مسائلی بود که بسیار کم به چشم میخورد و همینمسئله نیز در نهایت به تیم ملی ضربه زد تا نتایجیضعیف رقم بخورد. در این دوره احسان حدادی همچونهمیشه خوش درخشید و قهرمان شد و بهنام شیری هم بهمدال نقره رسید.
برای این شرایط میتوان دلایل زیادی را برشمرد که از جملهآن ها باید به عدم تمرکز رئیس فدراسیون، حضور نفراتمتعدد در کاروان اعزامی، بروز مسائل حاشیهای و عدم تمرکزمربیان و ورزشکاران اشاره کرد. با توجه به برگزاری انتخاباتکنفدراسیون آسیا، مجید کیهانی رئیس فدراسیونتمرکز خود را بر روی کسب کرسی گذاشته بود و کمتر فرصتسرکشی و مشاهده عملکرد ورزشکاران را پیدا میکرد. هر چنداو در نهایت به هدف اصلیاش نرسید و نتوانست پستمدنظرش را کسب کند.
*ورود مربیان به حیطه مدیریت
تشکیل سازمان تیمهای ملی (در واقع همان کمیته فنی) یکی از اقدامات صورت گرفته در دوره کنونی فدراسیوناست. اعضای این سازمان متشکل از مسئولان فدراسیون،پیشکسوتان و مربیان هستند که روی همین مورد آخرصحبتهای زیادی وجود دارد. مربیگری یک کار تخصصیاست و مربی به کسی گفته میشود که در تمرینات کنارشاگردانش باشد، نه اینکه بخواهد در تصمیمگیریهای کلانقدم پیش بگذارد. ای کاش در فدراسیون دوومیدانی شاهدورود کمتر مربیان متخصص و کارکشته به سازمان تیمهایملی بودیم که تحقق این وضعیت بدون شک برای هر دو طرفمفیدتر بود.
*اظهارنظرهای بیموقع
صحبتها و اظهارنظرهای عجیب برخی مسئولان فدراسیون،مربیان و حتی ورزشکاران، آن هم بدون در نظر گرفتن شرایط،یکی از عوامل ایجاد حاشیه در سالهای اخیر بوده است. برخی از این افراد منافع فردی را به منافع جمعی ترجیحمیدهد و هیچ ابایی از گفتن حرفها در شرایطی که نبایدمطرح شود، ندارند.
مصاحبههای پیاپی احسان حدادی علیه فدراسیون،اظهارنظرهای تیمور غیاثی علیه برخی ورزشکاران و حتیبرخی رفتارهای رئیس فدراسیون در قبال برخی دیگر ازورزشکاران نمونههایی هستند که نشان میدهد آن همدلی و وفاقلازم در فدراسیون دوومیدانی وجود ندارد. بدون شک در اینجامسئولیت باید بر گردن کیهانی به عنوان نفر اول فدراسیونباشد؛ چرا که او رئیس است و باید تا حد بسیار زیادی براوضاع تسلط داشته و بتواند افراد دیگر را مدیریت صحیحکند.
* توقعات ورزشکاران و مربیان؛ بیجا یا بالا؟
یکی از مسائل یکی دو سال اخیر دومیدانی، بالا رفتن سطحتوقع ورزشکاران و مربیان است. در گذشته بسیاری ازورزشکاران خودشان را با احسان حدادی مقایسه میکردند کهظاهراً این موضوع برطرف شده و دیگر خبری از چنینمقایسهای نیست؛ چرا که خودشان هم متوجه شدهاند اختلافزیادی با حدادی دارند و رسیدن به مدالها و مقامهای اینملیپوش پرتاب دیسک دور از انتظار است. با این وجود هنوزهم برخی از آن ها توقع دارند که شرایطی نزدیک به حدادیداشته باشند.
اولین نکته در این موضوع آن است که حدادی به عنوان یکیاز مدالآورترین دوومیدانیکاران تاریخ ایران چندین و چندبار با مصاحبههای تند و آتشین به انتقاد از وضعیتشپرداخت، آن هم بدون آنکه شرایط فدراسیون و کشور را در نظربگیرد. این توقعات به حدی بالا بود که حتی شنیده شدانتقادات مسئولان رده بالای ورزش را نیز به دنبال داشته و آنها رسماً به او گفتهاند که توان پرداخت پول مدنظر این ورزشکاررا ندارند.
دومین نکته مربوط به توقعات میشود. در سالهای اخیرورزشکاران انتظار داشتهاند حقوق ثابت از فدراسیون بگیرند،بهترین امکانات را داشته باشند و بیشترین پاداشها رادریافت کنند. قطعاً رسیدن به این اهداف در شرایط کنونیفدراسیون و کشور امکان پذیر نیست و به نظر میرسدورزشکاران باید خود را با شرایط موجود وفق بدهد، هر چندفدراسیون هم باید نهایت تلاش خود را به کار بگیرد تابهترین شرایط فراهم شود.
*ورود رئیس به همه مسائل
یکی از انتقاداتی که به رئیس فدراسیون وارد میشود، وروداو به جزئیترین مسائل است. درست است که در فدراسیونسازمان تیمهای ملی وجود دارد، اما بارها شنیده شده کهحرف اول و آخر در تصمیمگیریها را شخص کیهانیمیزند و مسئولیت را نیز برعهده میگیرد. اینکه یکرئیس فدراسیون سعی میکند اوضاع را به دست بگیرد،خوب است، اما نباید مانع از استقلال افراد و پستهای دیگرشود. همین ورود به همه مسائل بخش زیادی از انرژیکیهانی را میگیرد و باعث میشود کارها طبق آن چارت موردنظری که در همه ارگانها انجام میشود، پیش نرود.
* ارتباط حاشیهها با انتخابات دوره آینده
کمتر از چهار ماه دیگر دوره ریاست مجید کیهانی به پایانمیرسد. از هماکنون برخی افراد که قصد کاندیداتوری دارند یافرد مورد نظرشان قرار است وارد انتخابات شود، فعالیتهایخود را آغاز کردهاند. همین مسئله به نوعی باعث ایجاد شکافدر جامعه دوومیدانی شده و دیگر از آن همدلی سابق خبرینیست.
* ورزش مادر روزهای خوبی را سپری نمیکند
سخن پایانی با مسئولان، پیشکسوتان، مربیان و ورزشکارانکه در کنار هم جامعه دوومیدانی را شکل میدهند. ای کاش درروزهایی که نیاز به آرامش بیشتر از گذشته احساس میشود،این افراد به هم نزدیکتر باشند و با از گذشتن از خود، منافعجمعی را در نظر بگیرند. این موضوع در رأس فدراسیونمنجر به تصمیمگیریهای بهتر و مفیدتر میشود و در بخشمربیان و ورزشکاران نیز باعث تمرکز بیشتر بر رویتمرینات خواهد شد. امیدواریم ورزش مادر که روزهای خوبیرا سپری نمیکند، در فاصله چند ماه تا مسابقات قهرمانی جهانو بیش از یک سال تا المپیک بتواند شرایط بهتری را تجربهکند.
*دوپینگ حسین کیهانی، آخرین حاشیه
روز 5شنبه خبر رسید که حسین کیهانی قهرمان بازیهایآسیایی جاکارتا در جریان رقابتهای قهرمانی آسیا 2019 در قطر مرتکب دوپینگ شده و احتمالا با محرومیت چهار سالهمواجه خواهد شد.
دوپینگ یک عمل انفرادی و شخصی است و خیلی متوجهفدراسیون نمیشود، اما اظهارنظرهای مجید کیهانی رئیسفدراسیون کمی عجیب بود. وی در این باره گفته است: حسین کیهانی تمامی تمرینات خود را در ارتفاع 2400 متری انجام داده و تمرین در آن ارتفاع با ترشح بیشتر یکماده در بدن همراه میشود که این موضوع ایجاد شائبه کردهاست. ما با تمام قدرت به این مسئله پاسخ خواهیم داد. در اروپاتمرین در این ارتفاع و این مورد متداول نیست و فدراسیونقطعا در این رابطه توضیحاتی را ارائه می کند
