چپگرد به جنوب مشهد
رییس کمیسیون عمران شورای شهر مشهد با تاکید بر اینکه از وزارت راه و شهرسازی درخواست داریم تا طرحهای اراضی جنوب مشهد از جمله پادگان ارتش و آبشار را که در شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری تصویب شده است را ابلاغ کند، گفت: برای برنامهریزی جهت موضوعات ترافیکی جنوب مشهد نیازمند ابلاغ این طرحها هستیم که پروژه شهید ناصری بخشی از پازل ترافیکی اراضی جنوب است که ترافیک بزرگراه شهید کلانتری را کاهش خواهد داد.
به گزارش صبح امروز محمد هادی مهدینیا در مراسم آغاز عملیات اجرایی پروژه چپگرد غیرهمسطح شهید ناصری که با حضور شهردار، رییس و جمعی از اعضای شورای شهر و مسوولان استانی و شهری برگزار شد، افزود: خوشحالیم که در روزهای پایانی فصل بهار شاهد آغاز عملیات اجرایی یکی دیگر از پروژههای برنامه عملیاتی سه ساله و برنامه یکساله شهرداری مشهد هستیم تا قولهایی که به شهروندان دادهایم، محقق شود.
رفع ترافیک با راهکارهای نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری
وی اضافه کرد: یکی از مشکلات مشترک تمامی کلانشهرهای جهان از جمله ایران موضوع ترافیک است که راهکارهای متفاوتی برای رفع این مشکل در دو بخش سختافزاری و نرمافزاری در نظر گرفته میشود.
رییس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد با بیان اینکه شهرهایی در حل مشکل ترافیک موفق هستند که از این دو راهکار درکنار هم استفاده کنند، اظهار کرد: حل مسائل شهرسازی و موضوعات ترافیکی نیازمند پیدا کردن نقاط مشترک در حوزههای محیط زیست،کالبدی و ترافیکی است که شورا و مدیریت شهری مشهد سعی کرده این موضوع را در نظر بگیرد.
توجه به پیاده محوری و مدیریت حمل و نقل
مهدینیا ادامه داد: ما باید در کنار پروژههای سخت افزاری، مدیریت حمل و نقل، پیاده محوری و تعریف مراکزی در شهر که اولویت آن پیاده محوری باشد را مورد توجه قرار دهیم.
رییس کمیسیون عمران شورای شهر مشهد تاکید کرد: امیدورایم و بر این موضوع تاکید داریم که در اجرای پروژهها ملاحظات محیط زیستی رعایت شود تا شهری متعادل داشته باشیم.

وی به ترافیک مسیر ارتباطی مشهد به طرقبه و شاندیز اشاره کرد و گفت: یکی از اولویتهای ترافیکی مشهد باید مسیر ارتباطی مشهد به طرقبه و شاندیز باشد. محلی که هر هفته به ویژه در شش ماهه اول سال شاهد ترافیک سنگین در آن هستیم که حل این موضوع نیازمند همکاری استانداری، مدیریت طرقبه و شاندیز و مدیریت شهری مشهد است.

محمدرضا کلائی افزود: سرعت در اجرای پروژهها برای ما بسیار مهم است و بر آن تاکید داریم لذا از پیمانکار میخواهیم که این پروژه نیز به صورت سه شیفت واقعی اجرا شود.
وی با بیان اینکه تمامی پروژهها باید سه شیفته باشند و غیر از آن پذیرفته نیست، اظهار کرد: نکته دیگری که باید در اجرای پروژه شهید ناصری به آن توجه شود تردد خودروها در مدت زمان اجرای پروژه است لذا به گونهای برنامهریزی شود تا با کمک پلیس راهور ترافیک محل کنترل و مشکلات ترافیکی شیرینی اجرای چپگرد غیرهمسطح ناصری را برای شهروندان تلخ نکند.
کلائی ادامه داد: بر حفظ سیما و منظر شهری و زیبایی پروژهها تاکید داریم بر این اساس پیمانکار و معاونت فنی و عمران با بکارگیری تمهیداتی و موارد مورد نیاز، زیبایی آن را نیز مدنظر داشته باشند.

هم چنین معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری مشهد در این مراسم گفت: سه ماه پیش و در آغاز عملیات اجرایی دوربرگردان غیر همسطح آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی شهردار مشهد بر آغاز هر ماه یک پروژه عمرانی تاکید کرد که طی این مدت هر ماه حداقل دو پروژه عمرانی را یا آغاز و یا افتتاح کردهایم.
خلیلا… کاظمی افزود: تعداد زیادی پروژه عمرانی از جمله تقاطع سه سطحی میدان نمایشگاه، دوربرگردان بزرگراه شهید چراغچی، تقاطع مجیدیه – میثاق، پارکینگ وحدت، همت، آزادی و… نیز در سال جرای آغاز خواهد شد.

وی اضافه کرد: پروژه پارکینگ آزادی که به دلیل مشکل معارض با تاخیر زیادی روبرو شده بود معارضات رفع و تابلو روزشمار اجرای آن نصب و ظرف دو سال اجرا خواهد شد.
معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری مشهد تصریح کرد: پروژه جاده محمدآباد نیز که قبل از آغاز بکار شورای پنجم به دلیل معارضات مدت 8 ماه تعطیل شده بود با رفع معارضات راهاندازی و امیدواریم شهریورماه به بهرهبرداری برسد.
انتقال بارترافیکی از کلانتری به ناصری و نماز
کاظمی در ادامه افزود: پروژه چپگرد غیرهمسطح شهید ناصری با هدف کاهش بار ترافیکی بزرگراه شهید کلانتری و انتقال بخشی از آن به بولوار ناصری و بولوار نماز اجرا میشود.
بهره برداری؛ 240 روزه
معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به اینکه برای اجرای این پروژه 34 میلیارد تومان اعتبار در نظر گرفته شده است، اظهار کرد: با تاکیدات شهردار این پروژه به صورت سه شیفته و با نصب تابلو روزشمار ظرف 240 روز اجرا و به بهرهبرداری میرسد.
وی گفت: با توجه به اینکه سرعت کار برای ما بسیار مهم است برای اولین بار برای تعجیل پیمانکار در تحویل پروژه تشویق و برای تاخیر در آن جریمه در نظر گرفته شده است.
