جوان ترین وزیر روحانی زیر فشار
چندی است که هجمه ای شدید از سوی برخی رسانه ها و تریبون های وابسته به جریان اصولگرای تندرو علیه آذری جهرمی شروع شده و به نظر می رسد که مخالفان وزیر جوان و دولت به این راحتی ها دست بردار نیستند. ظهر روز جمعه فتوایی عجیب در نماز جمعه تهران صادر شد: «ادامه فعالیت پیام رسان تلگرام که موجب سلطه اجانب میشود طبق صحبت صریح قرآن حرام بین است.» این فتوا نه از سوی یک مرجع تقلید بلکه از یک روحانی ارشد در جمهوری اسلامی صادر شده است. این در حالی است که رهبر انقلاب مدتی پیش درباره فضای مجازی گفته بود: «فضای مجازی به اندازه انقلاب اسلامی اهمیت دارد و عرصه فرهنگی عرصه جهاد است و اگر از فضای مجازی غافل شویم، اگر نیروهای مومن و انقلابی این میدان را خالی کنند مطمئنا ضربه خواهیم خورد.»
این بار نخست نیست که سخنانی شبیه اظهارات موحدی کرمانی بیان میشود. ظهر جمعه همزمان با موحدی کرمانی، حاجتی امام جمعه اهواز نیز گفته بود آذری جهرمی باید در دادگاه پاسخگو باشد. پیش از این قوه قضائیه نیز مشابه این سخنان را به زبانی دیگر مطرح کرده بود. سخنانی که این روزها یک هدف دارد؛ وزیر ارتباطات. هفته پیش جواد جاویدنیا معاون امور فضای مجازی دادستان کل کشور از شکایت دو هزار نفر از مردم اهواز و دادستان کل کشور از وزیر ارتباطات خبر داد. استدلال شاکیان به اینکه تلگرام باعث جذب نیروهای تکفیری و حمله به رژه نیروهای مسلح در اهواز بوده از عجایب تکرار نشدنی در ایران بود، گویا پیش از فعالیت تلگرام، گروههای تکفیری تشکیل نشده بودند و مبدا فعالیت این گروهها با آغاز فعالیت تلگرام همزمان بوده است. با این استدلال احتمالا باید گروههایی همچون القاعده و طالبان را از شمار گروههای تکفیری و تروریستی خارج کرد، چون قبل از تاسیس تلگرام فعالیت میکردهاند. ماجرا زمانی عجیبتر میشود که دادستانی از احتمال انفصال آذری جهرمی از خدمات دولتی سخن گفته است!
حسن روحانی البته در دیدار با مدیران و کارکنان وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی از آذری جهرمی حمایت کرد و گفت: «هرچه میخواهند شکایت کنند. وزیری که به نفع مردم کار میکند و دستورهای بی ربط را اجرا نمیکند از اینها نمیترسد.»
هرچند حسن روحانی از آذری جهرمی حمایت کرده است، اما فشار روی وزیر جوان کابینه همچنان ادامه دارد. روز جمعه جماران خبر داده بود که پشت پرده شکایت از آذری جهرمی تیمی سه نفره شامل روح الله مومن نسب، کهوند و فروهر بودهاند؛ تیمی که از تهران عازم اهواز شدهاند تا طومار شکایت آماده کنند. چهره مشهورتر این جمع سه نفره روح الله مومن نسب کارشناس سابق دادستانی کل کشور است که چندی پیش گفته بود دختری 12 ساله با دو گیگ اینترنت رایگان باردار شده است!
این تیم سه نفره در اهواز طوماری علیه آذری جهرمی جمع کردهاند، با اینهمه هنوز معلوم نیست این دو هزار نفر چه کسانی هستند. همچنانکه تا امروز مشخص نشد شهروندانی که به گفته دادستانی نسبت به تضییع حقوق خود در پی فیلتر نشدن تلگرام شکایت کرده بودند، چه کسانی بودند. آن زمان این سوال مطرح شد که چگونه بازپرس شعبه دوم دادگاه فرهنگ و رسانه توانسته بدون قانون مصوب مجلس، حکمی برای 45 میلیون ایرانی بدهد!
پس از طرح شکایت از آذری جهرمی، این سوال پیش آمده بود که آیا با 2000 امضا میتوان برای ملت تعیین تکلیف کرد؟ یکی از کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی نوشته بود بسیار واضح است که این اقدام ارتباطی به اهوازیها ندارد و تنها برای اعمال فشار بیشتر روی آذری جهرمی است. این کاربر نوشته بود احتمالا اگر قرار بود مردم اهواز شکایت کنند، ابتدا به خاطر سختی تنفس در هوای پر از گرد و غبار، از نهادهایی شکایت میکردند که با وجود دریافت بودجههای کلان، نتوانستهاند مشکل ریزگردها را حل کنند. کاربری دیگر نوشته بود اگر واقعا با جمع کردن امضا میتوان علیه یک مسئول اقدام کرد، آیا با چند میلیون امضا میتوان علیه قوه قضائیه به خاطر فیلترینگ تلگرام شکایت کرد؟
خبر عجیب شکایت گروهی از آذری جهرمی که دو سه روز پیش مطرح شده بود، در مقایسه با هیاهوی خبر استعفای ظریف خیلی دیده نشد. احتمالا اگر موضوع استعفای ظریف پیش نمیآمد افکار عمومی واکنش بیشتری به این خبر نشان میداد، کما اینکه از یک سو آذری جهرمی چهرهای فعال و البته محبوب در شبکههای اجتماعی است که به عنوان پاسخگوترین وزیر در فضای مجازی شناخته میشود. اختلاف آذری جهرمی و دولت با اصولگرایان تندرو بر سر موضوع فیلترینگ کمتر از یک سال گذشته ادامه داشته است. رسانههای نهادهای اصولگرا در این مدت یکی یکی از تلگرام خارج شدند و هرچند پیامرسانهای داخلی فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده بودند اما آنها به ناچار به تلگرام بازگشتند. بازگشت رسانههای نهادهای تندرو اصولگرا نیز باعث کاهش اختلاف بر موضوع فیلترینگ نشد تا اصولگرایان از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی همچون توئیتر و تلگرام (که هر دو فیلتر شدهاند) به آذری جهرمی بتازند. درحالی رئیس جمهوراز آذری جهرمی حمایت کرده که منتقدان آذری جهرمی نیز کم نیستند. مدتی دیگر مشخص میشود کدام کفه سنگینتر است. کفه «رسانههای اصولگرایان تندرو و برخی امامان جمعه» یا «مردمی که مخالف فیلترینگ شبکه های اجتماعی هستند.»
