اختصاص 2100 میلیارد تسهیلات بازآفرینی به خراسان رضوی
امسال 2 هزار و 100 میلیارد ریال تسهیلات طرحهای بازآفرینی شهری به خراسان رضوی اختصاص یافته است. به گزارش صبح امروز معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی در نشست ستاد بازآفرینی شهری گناباد گفت: طی سال جاری 45 هزار میلیارد ریال اعتبار بازآفرینی شهری، از مجموع 60 هزار میلیارد ریال به صورت تسهیلات برای ساخت و ساز در محلههای هدف در حاشیه شهرها و بافتهای فرسوده کشور پرداخت میشود.
هوشنگ عشایری تصریح کرد: حمایت از بخش خصوصی و توسعهگران در نوسازی محلات فرسوده مهمترین رویکرد دولت است و در کلان شهرها و مراکز استانها 500 میلیون ریال و سایر شهرها 400 میلیون ریال تسهیلات دو ساله با سود 9 درصد پرداخت میشود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: دولت، شهرداریها، توسعهگران، تسهیلگران و بخش خصوصی به صورت مشترک به نقش خود در نوسازی و مقاوم سازی مسکن، ارتقای خدمات زیربنایی و روبنایی، فضاهای عمومی شهری و توانافزایی اقتصادی و اجتماعی ساکنان محلهها با محوریت مردم عمل میکنند.
عشایری پرداخت تسهیلات طرحهای بازآفرینی شهری را در دو قالب اجرای طرحهای عمرانی و احداث واحدهای مسکونی در بافت فرسوده و ناکارآمد شهری عنوان کرد و ادامه داد: از مجموع اعتبارات این طرح در سال جاری 2 هزار و 100 میلیارد ریال به استان خراسان رضوی اختصاص یافته است.
وی افزود: برنامه اقدام مشترک بازآفرینی در چارچوب قانون برنامه ششم توسعه دولت و شهرداریها باید برای اجرای آن سالانه 270 محله تعیین کنند.
مدیرعامل شرکت بازآفرینی شهری ایران با تاکید بر استفاده از زمینهای ادارات راه و شهرسازی در کشور برای اجرای برنامه اقدام مشترک بازآفرینی شهری اظهار کرد: رئیسجمهور به صورت خاص پیگیر اجرای این طرح در کشور است و اگر مدیری در این زمینه همکاری نکرد، باید استانداران و فرمانداران به این موضوع رسیدگی کنند.
وی گفت: هر استان متناسب با مسائل و مشکلات و موقعیت مناطق نیازمند بازآفرینی شهری این اعتبارات را هزینه میکند و برای نخستین بار در کشور تمام اختیارات در حوزه تصمیمگیری در اجرای این طرح و نوسازی بافتهای فرسوده به استانداران و فرمانداران و مدیران راه و شهرسازی واگذار شده است.
