به گزارش اداره کل روابط عمومی استانداری خراسان رضوی، احمدیزدان پناه افزود : با اجرای این طرح اقدامات خوبی در حوزه صادرات این محصول انجام شده و واریزهای سود فروش این محصول به صورت منظم به حساب مرزنشینان انجام می شود.
وی با اشاره به انجام مرحله هشتم واریز سود فروش سوخت مرزنشینان درهفته جاری، گفت: با تلاش های صورت گرفته، برای اولین بار امکان واریز مجدد سود در فاصله کمتر از یک ماه به حساب مرزنشیان فراهم شد و اکنون شاهد واریز حدود 18 میلیارد و 848 میلیون ریال سود فروش سوخت مرزی به حساب خانوارهای مرزنشین استان هستیم.
مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی با اشاره اینکه مرزنشینان سه 3 شهر مرزی تحت پوشش طرح قرار گرفته اند ، گفت : در این مرحله نیز اهالی 24 روستای تایباد با 5 هزار و 721 خانوار، 66 روستای تربت جام با 10 هزار و 230 خانوار و 9 روستا شهرستان خواف با 2 هزار و 897 خانوار مشمول دریافت سود فروش سوخت مرزی هرکدام به مبلغ 100 هزار تومان شدند.
یزدان پناه با اشاره به واریز 3 مرحله سود فروش سوخت مرزی در کل سال 96، افزود: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون 3 مرحله سود توسط سازمان همیاری به حساب مرزنشنیان واریز شده که از ابتدای طرح تاکنون در مجموع بالغ بر 150 میلیارد ریال می شود.
وی اظهارکرد: این طرح در استانهای مرزی دیگری چون آذربایجان غربی، خراسان جنوبی، کردستان، سیستان و بلوچستان و خوزستان نیز در حال اجراست که خراسان رضوی به عنوان پایلوت عملکرد خوبی در حوزه برداشت سود و واریز سهمیه به حساب مرزنشینان داشته است.
وی تصریح کرد: در چهارچوب این طرح فرآورده های نفتی مختلف توسط سازمان همیاری شهرداریهای استان به عنوان کارگزار تعاونی مرزنشینان طبق نرخهای مصوب کمیته مرکزی تعیین نرخ به کشور افغانستان صادر می شود که درآمدی مازاد بر پرداخت یارانه های دولتی برای روستاییان مرزنشین در برداشته و تاکنون طی 8 مرحله به حساب آنان واریز شده است.
مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی با اشاره به توسعه اشتغال و تحرک بخشی به فعالیت های قانونی و رونق اقتصادی درحاشیه مرز با اجرای طرح سوخت مرنشینان، افزود: کاهش قاچاق سوخت ، بهبود معیشت مرزنشینان، مهاجرت معکوس روستاییان از شهرها به روستاهای محدوده مرز و تثبیت جمعیت پایدار از دیگر دستاوردهایی است که این طرح به دنبال دارد
