بازنشستگی اجباری فرسوده ها
مدیرعامل سازمان مدیریت و نظارت بر تاکسیرانی شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به مصوبه جدید هیات دولت در خصوص خودروهای فرسوده گفت: تاکسیرانانی که برای نوسازی تاکسیهای فرسوده خود اقدام به ثبت نام نکردهاند توسط پلیس راهور اعمال قانون میشوند.
به گزارش صبح امروز، سید مهدی علویمقدم با بیان این مطب افزود: براساس مصوبه جدید هیات وزیران، سن و شرایط ناوگان حمل و نقل عمومی تغییر یافته است؛ طبق آن سن فرسودگی تاکسیهای بنزینی و دوگانه سوز 10 سال، تاکسیهای پایهگازسوز 12 سال و برقی و هیبریدی 15 سال تعیین شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه سن فرسودگی تعیین شده برای تمامی خودروها شخصی و فعال در ناوگان حمل و نقل عمومی در نظر گرفته شده است، اظهارکرد: براساس مصوبه ابلاغی تاکسیهایی که طبق ماده 8 قانون هوای پاک و مصوبه جدید، دچار فرسودگی شده و اقدام به نوسازی خودرو فرسوده نکرده باشند از این پس توسط پلیس راهور اعمال قانون میشوند.
مدیرعامل سازمان مدیریت و نظارت بر تاکسیرانی شهرداری مشهد اضافه کرد: در این میان باتوجه به اینکه واگذاری خودرو توسط خودروسازان با تاخیر روبرو شده است، قانونگذار به تاکسیهای فرسودهای که برای نوسازی ثبتنام کردهاند تا زمان تحویل خودرو جدید از سوی خودروسازان مهلت داده است اما خودروهایی که ثبتنام نشدهاند اعمال قانون خواهند شد.
علویمقدم ادامه داد: در حال حاضر 1500 تاکسی فرسوده در ناوگان تاکسیرانی مشهد وجود دارد که 95 درصد از آنها برای نوسازی ثبتنام شدهاند.

مدیرکل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای خراسان رضوی گفت: 406 دستگاه فرسوده در ناوگان باری و مسافری خراسان رضوی امسال نوسازی شده است.
ابراهیم نصری افزود: با توجه به تلاش این اداره برای نوسازی ناوگان فرسوده جاده ای از ابتدای امسال، 406دستگاه فرسوده در ناوگان باری و مسافری شامل کامیون، اتوبوس و وانت بار در طرح توسعه و نوسازی ناوگان حمل و نقل استان، نوسازی شده است.
او ادامه داد: این استان 43 هزار و 216دستگاه خودرو در ناوگان حمل و نقل باری و مسافری جاده ای دارد که 29درصد آن بیش از 25 سال دارد و فرسوده است.
وی گفت: از این تعداد 37هزار و 748کامیون و تریلی مربوط به بخش باری است که 9هزار و 793دستگاه آن با عمری بیش از 25 سال فرسوده به شمار می رود.
مدیرکل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای خراسان رضوی افزود: خودروهای سنگین با بیش از 25 سال و فرسوده که در حال سرویس دهی هستند، در مقایسه با ناوگان غیرفرسوده 50درصد بازدهی دارد.
