مشاور وزیرفرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی برتقویت مشارکت زنان در بخش های مدیریتی تاکید کرد
مشاور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در امور بانوان در نشست با بانوان اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی بر تقویت مشارکت این قشر در بخش های مدیریتی و حضور آن ها در شوراهای سیاستگذاری تاکید کرد.
مرضیه مرات نیا مشاور اموربانوان وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در دیدار با بانوان اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی ضمن ابراز خرسندی از این حضور اظهار کرد: درگذشته ساختاری به عنوان زنان و خانواده در این وزارت خانه وجود نداشت اما امروز این ساختار شکل گرفته است و در آن ساختار کارشناسان به ارائه خدمت می پردازند.
وی با بیان اینکه ٣٠درصد از کارکنان وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در حوزه ستادی را بانوان تشکیل می دهد گفت: با توجه به این که این رقم ٣٠درصد است اما نقش و حضور بانوان کارمند بسیار چشم گیر است .
وی با اشاره به فعالیت های این حوزه اظهار کرد: رصد مشکلات حوزه زنان کارمند، شناسایی زنان سرپرست خانواده، توجه به ورزش کارکنان، اجرای طرح ها و کارکاه های آموزشی با حضور مشاورین مطرح در خصوص خانواده و … از مهمترین فعالیت های امور بانوان در حوزه ستادی بوده که برای آن برنامه ریزی انجام شده است.
مشاور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در امور بانوان ادامه داد: بهبود وضعیت شغلی و ارتقای مهارت های زندگی با هدف کاهش آسیب های اجتماعی از دیگر اولویت های دفتر امور بانوان وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در سال جاری است.
مرات نیا حمایت از زنان سرپرست خانوار و بدسرپرست را از دیگر اولویت های این دفتر در سال جاری برشمرد و ادامه داد: به دستور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، شرح وظایفی در حوزه امور بانوان این وزارتخانه پیشنهاد داده شد که با تصویب آن فعالیت ها و اقدامات این بخش از وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی منسجم تر از گذشته پیگیری می شود.
وی در پایان اظهار کرد: جای بسی خوشحالی است که در استان خراسان رضوی همدلی و روابط دوستانه در بین کارکنان خانم چشمگیر است و معاون مالی این اداره کل یکی از بانوان موفق آن است.
