مردم سالاری دینی توسط برخی خانواده های وابسته به حاکمیت به تاراج رفته است
نماینده مردم کاشمر در مجلس گفت: مردم سالاری دینی، حاصل خون شهدا توسط برخی خانواده های وابسته به حاکمیت و صاحبان رانت و امتیازهای ویژه به تاراج رفته است.
بهروز بنیادی در نشست علنی (چهارشنبه 6 تیرماه) مجلس شورای اسلامی در نطق میان دستور خود با بیان اینکه در دیدار اخیر نمایندگان با مقام معظم رهبری ، ایشان مطالعه تاریخ را به همه تاکید ویژه کردند، گفت: ایشان به درستی و به موقع فرمودند که نو کردن اندیشه نیاز به شاگردی در محضر آموزگارانی دارد که تاریخ یکی از بزرگترین آنهاست. همچنین جواهر لعل نهرو تاکید می کند که ملتی که از تاریخ گذشته خود آگاهی نداشته باشد، ناگزیر اشتباهات گذشته خود را تکرار می کند.
نماینده مردم کاشمر در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه کشور امروز دچار فقر آگاهی تاریخی و فراموشی شده است، افزود: فرصت طلبان با تحریف تاریخ ما را در گمراهی نگه داشته اند در حالی که ما ملتی هستیم که در مقاطعی از تاریخ شاهد رشادت ها و خون دادن های زیاد برای رسیدن به مردم سالاری، آزادی ها و حقوق مشروع سیاسی و اجتماعی بوده ایم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه قطعه بارزی از این تاریخ انقلاب مشروطه است که با خطای نابخشودنی نخبگان آن روز، ماحصل آن سلطه استبداد رضاخانی با تمام فرازوفرودهای آن شد، ادامه داد: مردم سالاری و حاکمیت قانون قربانی بزرگی پس از مشروطه بود که در مقطعی دیگر در نهضت ملی شدن صنعت نفت، امیدها بازگردد اما با دخالت منفعت طلبانه آمریکایی و انگلیسی و تفرقه بین انقلابیون این دوره موقت از آزادی با ظهور پهلوی دوم به یکی از سیاه ترین دوره های سرکوب و ارعاب مردم شد.
بنیادی یادآور شد: برادران و خواهران شاه و دیگر افراد وابسته به دیوان و دربار، سهامداران عمده بسیاری از شرکت های داخلی و دلال عقد قرارداد بین دولت و شرکت های خارجی شدند.
وی با بیان اینکه تصویری که امروز پس از گذشت 40 سال از آرمانی ترین انقلاب دینی جهان در کمال ناباوری به وجود آمده، خوشایند نیست، افزود: مردم سالاری دینی، حاصل خون شهدا توسط برخی خانواده های وابسته به حاکمیت و صاحبان رانت و امتیازهای ویژه به تاراج رفته است و کشور و سرنوشت ملت فداکار به دست این غاصبان سرمایه های ملی در معرض تهدید جدی داخلی و خارجی قرار گرفته است که شاهد این ادعا کشف اختلاس های متعدد مالی، بانکی، نفتی، زمین و مسکن است.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه گروهی اسیر اسب قدرت و ثروت شده و به اشرافی گری روی آورده و حق حاکمیت مردم یعنی تمکین به قانون عدالت اجتماعی را به محاق برده اند، ادامه داد: این گروه ها و نهادهای خاص دارای قدرت کاپیتولاسیونی نانوشته شده اند که ردپای آنها در همه جا دیده می شود که در چنین فضایی تفاوتی میان آنها و اسلافشان در دوره پهلوی نیست و زور هیچ قوه ای تاکنون به آنها نرسیده است.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه این گروه همان کاسبان تحریم هستند، اظهار داشت: نخستین خصیصه روزهای نخست انقلاب، وحدت و اتحاد و عروة الوثقى بود که این روزگار در مخیله و ذهن مردم و مسئولان بسیاری از مسائل سخیف و تلخ امروز نمی گنجید.
بنیادی با بیان اینکه اختلاس، رانتخواری، فساد اداری، فقر، آقازادگی، فحشا، ریا، دروغ، کودک آزادی، همسر آزاری، تجاوز در مدرسه و کلاس قرآن، کلیه فروشی و ده ها مورد شرم آور دیگر در مخیله مردم و مسئولان در ابتدای انقلاب نمی گنجید، افزود: در این سال ها حلقه حاکمیت مردم بر سرنوشت خود آنچنان تنگ شده و دایره خودی ها را چنان کوچک کرده اند که بسیاری از ایرانیان در خارجی از این دایره قرار گرفته اند، به گونه ای که هر صدای مخالف برانداز و هر منتقد دلسوز مخالف نظام تلقی می شود و هر فردی را که بخواهند از میدان به در کنند، انگی به نام بی دین، ضدولایت، فتنه گر و برجامی به او می زنند و به راحتی بدون محکمه و قاضی با آبرو و حیثیت مومنین بازی می کنند.
وی ادامه داد: دانشجو، وکیل، معلم و کارگر عامل دشمن معرفی شده درحالی که در قرن 21 و با پیشرفت فرضیه های مدیریت، عدم پذیرش انتقاد و عاری دانستن یک تفکر از خطا و اشتباه برای سالهای متمادی از سوی هیچ عقل سلیمی پذیرفتنی نیست، به گونه ای که تاریخ نشان داده که این مسیر هر حکومتی را به خودکامگی و فساد رهنمون کرده و در سراشیبی انحطاط قرار داده است.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم با بیان اینکه افزایش فضای امنیتی، برخوردهای فراقانونی، عدم تحمل معترضان و ورود به حریم خصوصی شهروندان نخستین زنگ خطر مسیر انحطاط است، تصریح کرد: تا دیر نشده با همدلی و شنیدن صدای مظلومیت مردم که نجیب و باشرافت به همه مسئولان فرصت داده اند و 40 سال را با تمام مشکلات تحمل کرده اند، باید در مسیر رفاه به امنیت فکری این دنیای آنها قدم برداشته و تنها به وعده پاداش و ثواب اخروی بسنده نکنید.
وی افزود:کشوری که سالیانه نیاز به سرمایه گذاری 60 میلیاردی دارد چرا باید به جای اولویت هزینه کرد در مسیر منافع ملی و ریشه کنی فقر و بیکاری و گرسنگی، ثروت ملی را بدون کسب منافع اقتصادی ثانویه در سایر نقاط جهان به راحتی هزینه نماییم چرا باید همیشه در بیم جنگ، تحریم و دلهره اخبار ناگوار زندگی کنیم ؟
بنیادی ادامه داد: کدام توطئه بین المللی محیط زیست رودخانه ها دریاچه ها تالابها و آبهای زیرزمینی ما را نابود کرده است؟ دست کدام خارجی هوای سالم را از مردم ما دریغ کرده است؟چرا همسازی با جامعه جهانی این قدر برای ما سخت شده است؟

وی با بیان اینکه روسیه برای ما دوستی مطمئن نخواهد بود، یادآور شد: امروز شاهد این هستیم که با تمام وقاحت اَسَد وزنه همنوایی خود با پوتین را سنگین تر کرده و حتی حضور شهیدان مدافع حرم را در سوریه کمرنگ و بعضا کتمان می کند و آخرین خیانت را در اوپک و کنوانسیون بین المللی دریای خزر به چشم خود دیدیم.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم، افزود: دور نیست که این دو مهره سیاسی، ما را در راه منافع خود و بزودی برای نتانیاهو و ترامپ قربانی کنند، اما ما بی توجه به اینکه در جهان سیاست امروز ، وفاداری مادام العمر معنی نداشته ، دوست همیشگی و دشمن دائمی وجود ندارد ، به سیاست هایی یکسان ، مستمر و واحد دست زده ایم و دریغ از یک تشر به این دو فرد.

وی با بیان اینکه بخش زیادی از واردات کشور و خروج ارز فقط تحمیل قدرت هایی نظیر چین و روسیه است، ادامه داد: ماحصل این معادله برد- باخت ، افزایش فقر و فلاکت و بی اعتمادی در بین مردم است. می طلبد که حلقه تفکر اول کشور از نظامی به اقتصادی سیاسی تغییر نماید تا در سیاست خارجی برد برد معنا یابد.
بنیادی با تاکید بر اینکه اشتباه تاریخی دیگر حاکمیت ها حسادت بوده بخصوص نسبت به افرادی که در دل مردم جایگاه محکمی داشتند، اظهار داست: ما نیز در حال تکرار همان اشتباه ها و رفتارها هستیم، بعضی با خطاهای بی شمار در مصونیت کامل قرار دارند و دیگران با همه محبوبیت ملی و نجابت و سیادت به گونه ای در حصر و ممنوع التصویری و مردم نظاره گر این رفتار سراسر کینه و حسد.
وی افزود: همه مردم در این راستا، دو نامه مقام رهبری را در کتاب بر تبعید صفحات ۲۴۶ و ۲۴۷ خطاب به ریاست شهربانی ایرانشهر و مسئولان کمیته ایرانی دفاع از حقوق بشر مطالعه کنند.
نماینده مردم کاشمر در مجلس شورای اسلامی، خطاب به رییس جمهور، ادامه داد: آقای دکتر روحانی شما به عنوان پاسدار قانون اساسی قطعا از وضعیت زندگی سخت آحاد ملت آگاه بوده و می دانید که خط فقر به ۴۷ میلیون نفر رسیده و امنیت غذایی و دارویی کشور در هاله ای از ابهام قرار گرفته و کاهش ۵۰ درصدی ارزش پول ملی و گرانی افسار گسیخته را بخشی از اقتصاددانان دلسوز ما به خود دولت منتسب می کنند.
آیا سوزنبانان اقتصاد متوجه فرار قطار اقتصاد از ایستگاه دوگل شده اند؟
وی با بیان اینکه وقتی بیش از ۹۰ درصد اقتصاد ما دولتی است، بنابراین انگشت اتهام در بازار خودرو ، ارز ، مسکن و طلا بسوی خود دولت و بانک مرکزی نشانه می رود، اظهار داشت: آقای دکتر روحانی آیا سوزنبانان اقتصاد متوجه فرار قطار اقتصاد از ایستگاه دوگل شده اند؟ آیا شما به عنوان لوکوموتیو ران اصلی این قطار خواهید توانست تصمیمی شجاعانه برای نجات این ارابه سرگردان بگیرید؟ و آن را از هوای مه آلود که بر تمام مسیر سایه افکنده به سلامت خارج کنید.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای اسلامی، تصریح کرد: مجلس و ملت منتظر آخرین حرکت نجات بخش شما است، شاید یک راه هرس و حذف درختان کهنه و علف های هرز اطراف آنها، در مناصب گوناگون مدیریتی کشور است.
