40 میلیارد ریال برای آزادی زندانیان خراسان رضوی نیاز است

رئیس اداره فرهنگی و تربیتی اداره کل زندانها و اقدامات تامینی و تربیتی خراسان رضوی گفت: 40 میلیارد ریال برای آزادی 300 نفر از محکومان جرائم غیرعمد زندانی در این استان نیاز است.

حجت الاسلام محسن لزگی سه شنبه شب در مراسم جشن گلریزان و کمک به آزادی زندانیان جرائم غیرعمد در گناباد افزود: این محکومان برای آزادی چشم انتظار یاری خیران هستند و باید از فرصت ماه مبارک رمضان و چنین مراسمی بدین منظور حداکثر بهره را گرفت.

وی ادامه داد: ستاد دیه و اداره کل زندانهای خراسان رضوی با شاکیان برای تخفیف در محکومیتهای مالی زندانیان مذاکره می کنند و همه ساله مبالغی از این طریق تخفیف گرفته و زمینه آزادی آنها فراهم می شود.

رئیس اداره فرهنگی و تربیتی اداره کل زندان‌ها و اقدامات تامینی و تربیتی خراسان رضوی بدون توضیح بیشتر گفت: با اجرای سیاستها و برنامه های جایگزین حبس، تعداد محکومان در زندانهای خراسان رضوی از سال 1386 تاکنون همواره سیر نزولی داشته است. جمعیت زندانیان در خراسان رضوی طی این مدت بیش از شش درصد و در گناباد سه و سه دهم درصد کمتر شده است.

رئیس انجمن حمایت از زندانیان گناباد و بجستان هم در این مراسم گفت: خانواده های زندانیان به واسطه نبود سرپرست خود با مشکلات مختلفی مالی، اخلاقی و اجتماعی دست به گریبان هستند.

حمیدرضا بنی اسدی ادامه داد: خیران گنابادی و بجستانی در جشن گلریزان پارسال 988 میلیون ریال برای آزادی محکومان جرائم مالی غیرعمد قول مساعد دادند که 842 میلیون ریال آن محقق شد.

دادستان عمومی و انقلاب گناباد افزود: 15 نفر محکومان مالی غیرعمد زندان این شهرستان برای آزادی چشم انتظار کمک خیران هستند و از سال 1386هشت نفر از این محکومان با کمکهای مردمی آزاد شده اند.
