با حکم وزیر کشور محمد رحیم نوروزیان، به عنوان معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی منصوب شد.
به پیشنهاد استاندار خراسان رضوی و با حکم دکتر عبدالرضا رحمانی فضلی وزیر کشور، محمد رحیم نوروزیان به سمت معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی منصوب شد.
در بخشی از این حکم آمده است: امید است ضمن تلاش در جهت ایجاد هماهنگی و تعامل با کلیه نهادها، سازمان ها و دستگاههای کشوری و لشگری استان و بهره گیری از استعدادها و توانمندی نیروهای لایق، دلسوز و کارآمد در تحقق برنامه ها و سیاست های دولت تدبیر و امید و وزارت متبوع و نیز خدمت رسانی هرچه بیشتر به مردم شریف استان موفق باشید.
توفیق روز افزونتان را در پیروی از منویات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی حضرت آیت الله العظمی خامنه ای “مدظله العالی” در جهت پیشبرد اهداف متعالی نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران از درگاه پروردگار قادر متعال خواستارم .
