دستور دادستانی برای عادیسازی زبالههای خطرناک توسط بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی
مدیرعامل سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد گفت: با پیگیریهای لازم و دستور قضایی معاون دادستان استان، تمامی بیمارستانها و سایر مراکز درمانی باید نسبت به عادیسازی زبالههای خطرناک خود اقدام کنند.
به گزارش پایگاه اطلاعرسانی شهرداری مشهد، ابوالفضل کریمیان بیان کرد: براساس ماده 7 قانون مدیریت پسماند، افراد تولید کننده پسماند پزشکی و صنعتی، خود متولی بیخطرسازی این دسته از زبالهها هستند که پس از این اقدام این زباله را باید به مدیریت پسماند تحویل دهند تا نسبت به جمعآوری و دفن آن به صورت بهداشتی اقدام شود.
وی ادامه داد: متاسفانه نوعی ناهماهنگی بین دستگاههای اجرایی در سالهای اخیر وجود داشت و ضوابط و اقدامات تعریف شده اجرایی نشده بود که در این راستا پیگیریهایی توسط قاضی بخشی محبی معاون دادستان، سازمان مدیریت پسماند و مجموعه دستگاههای مرتبط و با همکاری فرمانداری مشهد صورت گرفت و موضوع پسماندهای خطرساز در کارگروه سلامت و کارگروه پسماند پزشکی استان به بحث گذاشته شد و تصمیمگیری شد.
کریمیان ابراز کرد: در این راستا خوشبختانه با پیگیریهای لازم و دستور قضایی معاون دادستان استان و در پاسخ به نامه سازمان مدیریت پسماند مشهد به سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست کشور، دستورالعمل کلی صادر شد تا تمام بیمارستانها نسبت به عادیسازی زبالههای خطرناک خود اقدام کنند.
مدیر عامل سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد اضافه کرد: همچنین با توجه به اینکه دستگاههای بی خطرساز، دارای هزینههای بالایی هستند، لذا درمانگاهها، مطبها و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی نیز باید از طریق شرکتهای خصوصی که با صلاحدید و تفاهمنامه با دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همکاری دارند، نسبت به عادیسازی زبالههای خطرناک خود اقدام کنند.
کریمیان با توجه به اینکه مکاتبات لازم با دانشگاه علوم پزشکی انجام شده است باید مراکز بهداشتی دقت و توجه لازم را در بحث سلامت شهروندان داشته باشند.
