معاون رئیس جمهور و رئیس سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست گفت: خراسان رضوی سه برابر میانگین جهانی، آب تجدید پذیر را استفاده می کند.
عیسی کلانتری روز جمعه در مراسم تودیع و معارفه مدیرکل سابق و فعلی خراسان رضوی در مشهد که در جمع اعضای شورای اداری استان و سمن های زیست محیطی برگزار شد، افزود: رجوع به آمار و ارقام زیست محیطی کشور نشان می دهد ما ایرانیان یکی از جوامع جهانی هستیم که بیشترین ظلم را به محیط زیست خود وارد کرده ، از توسعه پایدار به علت ناآگاهی ها تبعیت نکرده و بالاترین فرسایش خاک، پایین ترین راندمان انرژی و بالاترین مصرف انرژی را داشته ایم و به عبارتی درجامعه ای زیست می کنیم که حفظ محیط زیست کمترین اهمیت را دارد.
وی اضافه کرد: متاسفانه امروز توسعه صنعت در مقابل حفظ محیط زیست قرار گرفته است درحالی که استراتژی محیط زیست توسعه پایدار است که براین اساس هر اقدامی دراین حوزه باید اقدامی اقتصادی بوده و علاوه بر آن درراستای حفظ محیط زیست باشد و حقوق نسل آینده را پایمال نکرده و ضد اجتماعی نباشد.
کلانتری نخستین قربانیان عدم رعایت اصول توسعه پایدار را نسلهای آتی دانست و گفت: امروز با تکیه بر تکنولوژی های دردسترس، جنگل ها ، منابع آبی و محیط زیست را تاراج کرده ایم و محیط زیستی ناپایدار داریم و این گونه است که کلانشهر های ما با آلودگی شدید هوا مواجه شده اند، درمعرض بحران آب قرار گرفته ایم و شمال کشور را در زیر پسماند مدفون کرده ایم.
وی بااشاره به اینکه بیش از 70 درصد جنگل های کشور در معرض بی آبی شدید قرار دارند گفت :متاسفانه از دیگر سو سرانه آب 70 درصد جمعیت درسال جاری به زیر 500 متر مکعب رسیده است و این درحالیست که سرانه کمتر از هزار مترمکعب درسال از سوی کارشناسان یک بحران تلقی می شود.
معاون رئیس جمهور و رییس سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست کشوردر ادامه از بی توجهی به آمایش سرزمین سخن گفت و نصریح کرد: اولین نشانه بی توجهی به حفظ محیط زیست فقر و توسعه نیافتگی است و علت آن توجه به موضوعات کم اهمیت بوده که ما را از دنبال کردن موضوعات اساسی این حوزه غافل کرده است.
کلانتری همچنین گفت: درحالیکه حسب نظرات متخصصان بین المللی، هیچ جامعه ای نباید بیش از 40 درصد از آب تجدید پذیراستفاده کند، در استان خراسان رضوی این رقم به 130 درصد رسیده است.
وی درادامه افزود: هرچند دردست داشتن ابزار حمایت از محیط زیست یک الزام است ولیکن اراده و میل شخصی به حفظ آن در اولویت است و بر این اساس آموزش عمومی مردم درسطوح مختلف اهمیت بسیار داشته و همت بیشتری می طلبد.
وی همچنین ضمن اشاره به برداشت های غیر اصولی از منابع حیاتی و طبیعی گفت : وضعیت عمومی محیط زیست کشور خوب نیست و با این شرایط امکان حفاظت از محیط زیست و امانتداری آن برای نسل های آتی میسر نخواهد بود و لازم است دریک عزم جدی همه از محیط زیست حمایت کنند.
کلانتری تاکید کرد:هر گونه فعالیت توسعه ای قطعاً آثار تخریبی بر محیط زیست خواهد داشت. برای توسعه پایدار باید این قبیل آسیب ها را به حداقل رسانید.
وی درادامه ضمن تاکید بر اینکه خراسان رضوی یکی از استان های درمعرض شدید تهدیدات زیست محیطی است، سمن های زیست محیطی استان را یک پتانسیل برای استان برشمرد و گفت:باید از ظرفیت تشکل هایی که بدون چشم داشت درصدد حفظ و بهبود وضعیت محیط زیست استان هستند بهره برد.
