اجرای طرح حذف دریافت کپی مدارک هویتی در ادارات دولتی مشهد
مدیر فناوری اطلاعات و شبکه دولت استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: اجرای طرح حذف اخذ کپی مدارک هویتی در ادارات دولتی مشهد همزمان با عید سعید فطر اجرایی می شود.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، حمید رضا روحبخش در جلسه هماهنگی آموزشی و توجیهی اجرای طرح گفت: بر اساس بخشنامه معاون رئیس جمهور و رئیس سازمان امور اداری و استخدامی کشور و دستور وزیر کشور اجرای این طرح در کشور کلید خورد.
روحبخش ادامه داد: آخرین تحولات هویتی مانند تغییر نام و حذف برخی اطلاعات شناسنامه ای، از طریق پایگاه ثبت احوال کشور استعلام خواهد شد و در دسترس ادارات دولتی قرار می گیرد.
مدیر فناوری اطلاعات استانداری گفت: بر اساس این طرح، تمامی فعالیت های خدماتی که نیاز به تایید و استعلام هویتی در ارگان های دولتی دارد؛ به صورت بر خط اهراز هویت می شود و دیگر نیازی به اخذ کپی شناسنامه و کارت ملی از فرد متقاضی سرویس نیست.
وی تصریح کرد: این طرح ابتدا در ارگان های دولتی و سپس در واحدهای خصوصی به اجرا در خواهد آمد و دیگر نیازی به ارائه کپی و حضور فرد نیست.
