کالای قاچاق تهدیدی برای تولید داخلی
صنعت مد و فشن، یکی از بزرگترین و محبوب ترین صنعت‌های روز دنیا است که بازار پر رقابت، رنگارنگ و متنوع آن برای مخاطبانش جذابیت بسیاری دارد. در قرن نوزدهم میلادی، چارلز فردریک ورث با دوختن برچسب نام خود به لباس‌هایی که طراحی می‌کرد زمینه ساز شروع صنعت طراحی مد شد. طراحی مد و لباس، هنر استفاده از هنر طراحی یا نقاشی و تلفیق آن با زیبایی شناسی برای خلق انواع پوشاک و زیورآلات است. طراحی لباس که معادل عبارت Fashion Design در جهان شناخته می‌شود با هنر خیاطی که معادل Tailoring است تفاوت دارد و یک طراح لباس پیش از آغاز کار طراحی و ایده پردازی باید با خیاطی و فنون آن آشنا باشد. این رشته در دانشکده‌های هنر نیز تدریس می‌شود و در آن به مطالعه نحوه ایده پردازی و طراحی مدل‌های مختلف لباس بسته به نوع کاربری، نیاز و انتخاب مشتری، فصل‌ها، وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی یک کشور و… پرداخته می‌شود. فارغ التحصیلان و هنرمندان این رشته به خانه‌های مد می‌روند و در عرصه تولید، خلق و طراحی انواع لباس، جواهر، کیف، کفش و… مشغول به کار می‌شوند و خیاط‌های آن مجموعه این طرح‌ها را می‌دوزند.
به تازگی در ایران برندهای مد و فشن جایگاه خوبی برای عرضه کار خود پیدا کرده اند و به طور خاص در مشهد، وضعیت این هنر رو به رشد و مورد استقبال مردم قرار گرفته است.
#شهربانو در این شماره به معرفی و گفت‌و‌گو با یکی از موفق ترین بانوان طراح لباس عروس در مشهد پرداخته است. لیلا ستوده، مدیر مزون و مجموعه دوخت «نیایش»، یکی از قوی ترین و با سابقه ترین طراحان لباس در مشهد است که در ادامه درباره دغدغه‌ها و فضای حرفه خود برای ما می‌گوید. در ادامه شرح گفت و گوی ما را با این بانوی هنرمند می‌خوانید.
- درباره سابقه فعالیت‌ها و انگیزه خود برای ورود به حرفه طراحی لباس بگویید.
سابقه کاری من به دوران نوجوانی برمی گردد. پس از اینکه مدرک دیپلم خود را از مدرسه فرزانگان گرفتم به دلیل علاقه زیاد به رشته‌های هنری درس نخواندم و وارد عرصه هنر شدم. در ابتدا قصد نداشتم به طور مصمم در زمینه خیاطی فعالیت کنم. در آن سال‌ها یک آموزشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای داشتم و در حیطه آموزش فعالیت می‌کردم. اما پس از ورود به عرصه خیاطی، به طور تخصصی در همه مهارت‌ها و شاخه‌های کار خودم فعالیت کردم و در حال حاضر مدرک مربیگری دارم. از آن زمان کار من به طور حرفه‌ای شروع شد. خوشبختانه کارآفرینی خوبی داشتیم و از پیشرفت آن بسیار راضی هستم. ضمن اینکه تعدادی از اعضای پرسنل مجموعه در حال حاضر به عنوان کارآفرین در این حوزه فعالیت می‌کنند و از هنرمندان بزرگ و مشهور شهر هستند.
- تا به حال با چه برندها و شرکت‌هایی همکاری کرده اید و چه پروژه‌هایی انجام داده‌اید؟ اوضاع مزون و کار خیاطی را در مشهد چطور ارزیابی می‌کنید؟
مجموعه نیایش یک مجموعه دوخت است و ما کار هیچ برندی را به آن وارد نمی‌کنیم. لباس‌ها همگی تولید خودمان هستند و اعتماد و رضایت مشتری‌ها از کار ما در حدی است که لباس‌های زیادی را طراحی می‌کنیم و برای آن‌ها به شهرها و کشورهای مختلف می‌فرستیم. ما عروس‌های بسیار زیادی از سر تا سر دنیا از جمله آمریکا، فرانسه، کانادا، آلمان، ایتالیا و انگلستان داریم و این افتخار را داریم که خیلی از عروس‌ها از سراسر ایران، غیرحضوری و به صورت اینترنتی کار طراحی و دوخت لباس‌هایشان انجام می‌شود. با وجود اینکه سایر برندها را وارد مجموعه نمی‌کنیم اما در راستای به روز بودن طرح‌ها و کارها، جنس تمام پارچه‌ها را قبل از تولید و همچنین تمام برندهای دنیا، محصولات، هفته‌های فشن و رویدادهای مد را قبل از افتتاحیه فصل جدید و عرضه کالکشن جدید طرح‌های نیایش بازدید و آنالیز می‌کنیم.
- جایگاه زنان را در عرصه دوخت چطور می‌بینید و برای کسانی که می‌خواهند این کار را شروع کنند چه توصیه ای دارید؟
هنر، توانایی و پتانسیل زنان ما بسیار بالا است اما متاسفانه هرگز در طول تاریخ به حق خود نرسیده‌اند. کسانی که می‌خواهند وارد حرفه طراحی لباس و دوخت شوند باید عاشق این کار باشند. راه اندازی این کسب و کار برخلاف تصور بسیاری از مردم نیاز به سرمایه چندانی ندارد و من با چنین نگاهی مخالف هستم. ورود به کار مزون و طراحی نیاز به حوصله، قدرت تحمل و خلاقیت بسیار است و شرط موفقیت و پیشرفت در این نیست که صرفا کالا را به مشتری بفروشی. من به همه بانوان جوانی که برای شروع کار مزون با من صحبت می‌کنند توصیه می‌کنم که حتی اگر نمی خواهید تولیدکننده کار باشید و قصد فروشندگی لباس در مزون خود دارید حتما پیش از شروع کار در دوره‌های آموزش خیاطی شرکت کنید چون شخصی که در این حرفه است باید بداند کارول و حلقه آستین چیست، باید بدن را بشناسد و بداند لباس چگونه در اندام هر فرد قضاوت می‌شود. در حال حاضر ما بانوان مستعد و خلاق بسیاری داریم که در این حرفه فعالیت و امرار معاش می‌کنند اما به لحاظ مالی حمایت نمی شوند و هیچوقت بستری برای شکوفا شدن پیدا نمی‌کنند.
- برای تولید کار خوب، اصلاحات و بستر سازی برای کارآفرینی بیشتر از چه کسانی انتظار حمایت دارید؟
این حمایت‌ها، باید ابتدا از طرف دولت صورت بگیرد. من به عنوان کسی که کارآفرین هستم به طور میانگین در سال بین 25 تا 35 نفر نیرو ثابت دارم. در زمان اوج کار مزون هم بین 10 تا 15 نفر نیرو کار بیرون‌بر دارم که در مجموع حدود 50 نفر را در سال ساپورت می‌کنم. در این بین موانعی ایجاد می‌شود که انگیزه یک کارآفرین را برای ادامه از بین می‌برد. ما در بخش هزینه‌ها و تولید نیاز به حمایت نداریم اما در بحث پشتیبانی به این حمایت احتیاج داریم. وقتی به کالاهای بی‌کیفیت و نامرغوب چینی برچسب تقلبی تولید ترکیه می‌خورد و این کالاها با قیمت‌های نازل وارد کشور می‌شوند به تولید کننده‌های داخلی ضربه جدی می‌زند.
دانشجویانی که از دانشگاه در رشته طراحی دوخت فارغ التحصیل می‌شوند به علت بی‌هدفی و نبودن بستر مناسب برای کار، فعالیت در این حرفه را کنار می‌گذارند یا در نهایت با یک سرمایه کم و محدود یک کسب و کار کوچک خانگی راه اندازی می‌کند و به کار خیاطی مشغول می‌شود.
- درباره اخلاق درست در مشتری مداری و جلب رضایت مشتری بفرمایید؟ به نظر شما رمز موفقیت صاحب یک کسب و کار در جلب اعتماد مردم چیست؟
رمز موفقیت هر حرفه‌ای در هر جای دنیا صداقت است. کار من به عنوان یک طراح لباس عروس در یک مجلس عروسی توسط چهار صد نفر و خانواده عروس که لباس را می‌بینند نقد می‌شود و باید دقت کنم که عملکردم در ارائه کار چگونه است. به نظر من در همه رشته‌ها و در همه اصناف اگر هر کسی خودش را قضاوت کند و منتقد اول خودش باشد بهترین عملکرد را خواهد داشت.
- به نظر شما رفتار مدیر با پرسنل باید چگونه باشد تا در جهت پیشرفت مجموعه به آن خدمت کنند؟
مدیر باید با پرسنل مجموعه‌اش مثل خانواده خود رفتار کند. الان پرسنل مجموعه من در طبقه سوم مشغول به کار هستند و من در طبقه همکف نشسته ام و خبر ندارم در کارگاه‌های من چه می‌گذرد. اما به نیروهای خود اعتماد دارم زیرا توانسته‌ام آرامش مالی خوبی را برایشان فراهم کنم. اعضای پرسنل باید از لحاظ مالی تامین باشند و اگر بدانند حقوق می‌گیرند و به حق خود می‌رسند تمام دقت و انرژی خود را صرف کار می‌کنند. امیدوارم یک روز همه استعدادی که در وجود زنان کشورم هست شکوفا شود و محیط جامعه به فضایی امن برای فعالیت زنان تبدیل شود.
