در تنها روزنامه خصوصی خراسان رضوی جای خالی پرداختن به توانمندیهای نیمی از جامعه حس میشد. زنان توانمند ما این روزها به واسطه شایستگی و پیشرفتی که در شرایط نابرابر به دست آوردهاند، بیشتر از هر زمان دیگری مستحق دیده شدن هستند. «صبح امروز» مفتخر است تا در معرفی زنان و دستاوردهای آنان گامی هرچند کوچک اما مستمر بردارد.
«سارا هوشمند» بانوی جوان و مستعدی است که چندی پیش به عنوان دانشجوی برتر استانی مورد تقدیر استاندار خراسان رضوی و رئیس دانشگاه پیام نور خراسان رضوی قرار گرفت و همین موضوع بهانهای برای گفتوگوی ما شد.
این دارنده مدال علمی رضوی درباره افتخاری که کسب کرده است، گفت: این مقام که من در دوره دکترا کسب کردم حاصل کار این چند ساله نیست بلکه حداقل از 20 سال قبل من با شرکت در دورههای مختلف در حال کسب مهارت بودم که مقالات مختلف، تالیف و ترجمه کتاب، پژوهشگر برتر فناوری نانو و بسیاری فعالیتهای علمی من شاهد این موضوع است.
وی اضافه کرد: من در سال 95 به عنوان دانشجوی نمونه سال دانشگاه پیام نور انتخاب شده بودم که قبل از گرفتن این مدال در جشنواره علمی رضوی رزومه خوبی برای من بود. اما پارامترهای جشنواره علمی رضوی آموزشی، پژوهشی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی بود که هیئت داوران با امتیازدهی بین 300هزار دانشجوی استان من را به عنوان دانشجوی نمونه انتخاب کردند.
هوشمند ادامه داد: با این که مراسمهای تقدیر بسیاری در طول سال داریم اما این اولین بار است که پژوهشگران دانشگاهی مورد تقدیر قرار گرفتند و بابت این موضوع باید از استاندار محترم و شبکه جامع دانشگاههای استان خراسان رضوی تشکر کرد.
قرار بود 30درصد پستهای مدیریتی به بانوان برسد
وی در خصوص نگاه جنسیتی در استان گفت: در دانشگاههای استان نگاه جنسیتی وجود ندارد و هرکس که برتر باشد جایگاه بهتری خواهد داشت اما در جامعه هنوز نگاههای جنسیتی وجود دارد. کما این که طبق برنامه ششم توسعه قرار بود 30 درصد مدیران استانی از خانمها انتخاب شوند اما این موضوع هنوز به سرانجام نرسیده است.
اجحاف در حق دانشجویان پیام نور
دانشجوی برتر استان در سال 96 گفت: با یک نگاه به درصدهای قبولی دانشگاهها در آزمون کارشناسی ارشد و یا با یک تحقیق ساده بین دانشگاهها میتوان به پتانسیل بالای این دانشگاه پیبرد. اما سیستم به شکلی است که برخی فقط با یدک کشیدن نام یک دانشگاه دولتی به راحتی جذب ارگانهای مختلف میشوند که این ظلم به دانشجویان پیامنور است.
وی افزود: متاسفانه ظلمهای بسیاری به دانشگاه پیامنور شده است از جمله این که برخی مدرک این دانشگاه را معتبر نمیدانند و یا آن را آموزش از راه دور میخوانند. دانشگاه پیامنور اخیرا کمکهای بسیاری به شرکتها دانشبنیان کرده است و ما توانستهایم مقالات علمی زیادی را در مجلات معتبر جهان به چاپ برسانیم در حالی که در خیلی از امکانات قابل مقایسه با دانشگاه فردسی و یا دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی نیستیم.

هوشمند تصریح کرد: البته در استان خراسان رضوی با وجود دکتر حسینی، معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار خراسان رضوی مشکلات بسیار کمتر است و پارلمان مشورتی زنان حاصل تلاش ایشان است که در آینده نتیجه آن را خواهید دید چرا که منتخب زنان استان با جدیت و بدون چشمداشت در حال تلاش هستند تا کمک مشورتی خوبی برای بدنه اجرایی استان باشند و قطعا در رسیدن به این مهم از تلاش کوتاهی نخواهند کرد.
