10 درصد از سرطانها ارثی است
دبیر انجمن ملی زیست فناوری سلامت ایران گفت: از هر سرطانی که یک شخص مبتلا می شود تنها 5تا 10 درصد وراثتی و 90 درصد موارد مربوط به مسائل زیست محیطی است.
علی متولیزاده اردکانی افزود: بودجه سلامت حدود 16 هزار میلیارد تومان است که تنها 20 از این بودجه به سرطان اختصاص داده شده است که شامل 13 هزار میلیارد تومان میشود اما ما از این 13هزار میلیارد هنوز نتوانستیم عددی را پیدا کنیم که وزارت بهداشت به پیشگیری و تشخیص زودرس از سرطان اختصاص دهد. ممکن است در برنامههای بیماریها و پیشگیری از بیماریها به طور کلی مبلغی را اختصاص دهند، ولی به طور ویژه برای پیشگیری زودرس از سرطان بودجهای وجود ندارد.
وی بیان کرد: ایران با وجود 90 هزار بیمار سرطانی که تا 18 ساله آینده به حدود 180 هزار نفر، یعنی دو برابر خواهد رسید، لذا توجه به مقوله پیشگیری و تشخیص زودرس سرطان الزامی است و وزارت بهداشت باید این موضوع را به صورت جدی در برنامه خود قرار دهد.
دکترای ژنتیک و فوق دکترای زیست فناوری از آمریکا با اعلام اینکه تعداد افراد مبتلا به سرطان در ایران تقریبا شاید یک سوم آمریکای شمالی و کانادا است، گفت: 70 درصد فوت بیماران سرطانی متعلق به کشورهای در حال توسعه است، به عبارتی شاید میزان ابتلا در کشورهایی پیشرفته نظیر کانادا نسبت به کشورهای در حال توسعه سه برابر باشد، اما مرگ و میر در این کشورها کمتر است که این موضوع نشان میدهد آنها سرطانها را زودتر تشخیص میدهند و با جنبههای بیماری به نوعی برخورد میکنند که بتوانند این بیماران را بیشتر زنده نگه دارند.
متولیزاده اردکانی تصریح کرد: ما نسبت به کشورهای پیشرفته با مساله سرطان را جدی برخورد نمیکنیم و زمانی که با مقابله می کنیم که سرطان در مرحله دو، سه و چهار است و برای درمان بیمار دیر شده است و مخارج سنگین به خانوادهها تحمیل میکنیم. بنابراین باید در ایران یک برنامه کنترل سرطان قوی باشد که بتواند مساله پیشگیری از سرطان و تشخیص زودرس را از سنین پایین در خانوادهها، آموزش و پرورش و در سطوح بالاتر پیشبینی کند و به جنبه پیشگیری و تشخیص زودرس سرطان تکیه کنیم.
وی با تاکید براینکه سرطان دومین عامل مرگ و میر در ایران بعد از بیماری های قلب و عروقی محسوب میشود، اظهار کرد: ما به دنبال مارکرهایی در خون هستیم که به تشخیص سریعتر سرطان کمک کنند که مقالهای نیز در زمینه تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان از طریق مارکرها در خون نیز نوشتهایم.
دبیر انجمن ملی زیست فناوری سلامت ایران با تاکید براینکه ما معتقدیم که می توانیم سرطانها را در مرحله اولیه تشخیص دهیم، ادامه داد: اگر در حال حاضر نمیتوانیم در مرحله اولیه سرطان را تشخیص دهیم به دلیل عدم توانایی در تشخیص تغییرات جزئی اولیه ناشی از سرطان در بدن است، ولی امیدواریم در آینده با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و نمونههای خونی که از افراد تهیه میشود، مارکرها و یا نشانگرهایی را پیدا کنیم که بتوان سرطان را زودتر تشخیص داد.
متولیزاده اردکانی با بیان اینکه آمارها نشان میدهد که حدود 5 تا 10 درصد سرطانها ارثی است، عنوان کرد: از هر سرطانی که یک شخص مبتلا می شود تنها 5تا 10 درصد ممکن است به ارث رسیده باشد و 90 درصد موارد مربوط به مسائل زیست محیطی نظیر آلودگی هوا، سبک زندگی نادرست، مصرف غذاهای ناسالم، استرس، کم تحرکی، استعمال دخانیات میشود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: امیدواریم انجمن پیشگیری از سرطان نسترن بتواند در استان خراسان رضوی مساله پیشگیری از سرطان را به ویژه برای بانوان به صورت جدی آموزش دهد چراکه میتواند نقش اساسی در شکلگیری رفتار کودکان داشته باشد.
