مردی از ناکجا یکی از دو رمان معروف الکساندر هِمُن(1964) نویسنده بوسنی‌تبار آمریکایی است که نامش برگرفته از ترانه محبوب او از گروه بیتلز است. چند راوی زندگی پرماجرای یوزف پرونک را روایت می‌کنند، از دوران آرام کودکی او در سارایوو و سال‌های دانشجویی‌اش در بحران‌های سیاسی کی‌یف تا سرگردانی‌هایش برای یافتن هویتی جدید در شیکاگو.
«پرونِک به خواسته قلبی‌اش اعتراف کرده بود که دلش می‌خواهد معلم موسیقی شود، ایده‌ای الکی که فقط برای این پیش کشیده بودش که پدر و ماردش را از نگرانی نجات بدهد و سرش به نقشه‌های واقعی خودش گرم باشد و مهم‌ترین نکته‌اش هم این بود که از میرزا جدا نشود».
رمان «مردی از ناکجا»، اثر الکساندر همن با ترجمه لیلا نصیری‌ها در 288 صفحه، شمارگان 1100 نسخه و به‌بهای 18 هزار و 500 تومان توسط نشر افق نتشر شده است.
