ارسال 1257 اثر به جشنواره بین المللی فیلم رشد در مشهد

نشست خبری چهل و هفتمین جشنواره بین المللی فیلم رشد صبح امروز با حضور مدیرکل آموزش وپرورش خراسان رضوی برگزار شد.

علیرضا کاظمی  در این نشست با اشاره به  اینکه جشنواره فیلم رشد ایستگاه چهل و هفتم خود را در پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام برگزار می نماید و ما آماده استقبال از این جشنواره هستیم، گفت: این جشنواره یکی از مهمترین و ارزشمندترین جشنواره های فیلم است چرا که همین طور از اسمش پیدا است این جشنواره برمبنای تعلیم و تربیت و فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری است.

وی عنوان کرد: این جشنواره با چهل و شش دوره گذشته خود یک فرق اساسی دارد و آن اینکه تمام تصمیمات و سیاست گذاری های  اجرایی جشنواره چهل و هفتم از صفر تا صد برای اولین بار به استان خراسان رضوی واگذار شده است.

وی با بیان اینکه ما  از حدود هفت ماه پیش برنامه ریزی این جشنواره را در استان آغاز کرده ایم، اظهار کرد: برای این جشنواره 15کمیته تشکیل شده است که این  کمیته ها از اردیبهشت سال جاری کار خودشان را آغاز کرده اند.

وی یادآورشد: این جشنواره برای مشهد از ابعاد مختلف دارای اهمیت ویژه ای است اول اینکه به دلیل ماهیت آن یک فرصت است که ظرفیت های مشهد را به عنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام معرفی کند. بعد دیگر آن مبحث آموزش است، جشنواره فیلم رشد بهترین بستر برای تحقق نظام تعلیم و تربیت است، از منظر دیگر رویکرد ما از عبور از انحصار کتب آموزشی به محتوای آموزشی است که طبیعتا  در فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری این جشنواره می تواند موثر باشد.

وی بیان کرد: یکی از ساحت‌ها، ساحت فرهنگی و هنری جشنواره فیلم رشد است که می تواند به تولید هنر و شناخت آن به دانش آموزان کمک کند. شناسایی و کشف استعدادهای هنر هفتم در کوتاهترین زمان و ارایه بهترین نکات آموزشی از دیگر اهداف این جشنواره است .

مدیر کل آموزش و پرورش خراسان رضوی ضمن تاکید بر این امر که سیاست این جشنواره  توجه به تمامی حوزه‌های فرهنگی، هنری است،گفت: توجه به سینمای آموزشی یکی از مهمترین دغدغه های این جشنواره است .

وی با اشاره به حوزه جنگ نرم عنوان کرد: کشور ما در جامعه امروزی نیازمند توجه به سینمای استراتژیک در حوزه جنگ نرم  است. به عقیده من می‌توان با ساخت فیلم‌هایی که فرصت‌های جدیدی برای سینمای ایران فراهم می‌کنند، معنای تازه‌ای به جامعه، محصولات فرهنگی و فکری و آموزشی  ایران وارد کرد.

کاظمی با تاکید بر اینکه سینما فضایی است جهت ظهور و بروز خلاقیت‌های فرهنگی و هنری و آموزشی، یادآور شد: از دیگر ابعاد این جشنواره بعد توسعه و ارتقای سواد رسانه ای آن است .یکی از چالشهایی که امروزه جامعه و دانش آموزان ما با آن روبرو هستند این است که از سواد رسانه ای برخوردار نیستند و جشنواره رشد می تواند به رشد و ارتقای سواد رسانه ای کمک کند تا نقادانه به سینما نگاه کنند.سواد رسانه‌ای می‌تواند به مخاطبان رسانه‌ها بیاموزد كه از حالت انفعالی و مصرفی خارج شده و به معادله متقابل و فعالانه‌ای وارد شوند كه در نهایت به نفع خود آنان باشد. به دیگر سخن، سواد رسانه‌ای كمك می‌كند تا از سفره‌ی رسانه‌ها به گونه‌ای هوشمندانه و مفید بهره‌مند شویم.

وی عنوان کرد: از 40 کشور برای این  دوره از جشنواره آثاری ارسال شده است که آثار هنرمندان 17 کشور به بخش نهایی جشنواره راه پیدا کرده اند.

کاظمی تعداد آثار ارسال شده به دبیرخانه را 1257 فیلم آموزشی اعلام و تاکید کرد: جشنواره فیلم رشد برای رشد در تمام طول سال در مدارس آموزش و پرورش ساری و جاری است .اختتامیه جشنواره رشد آغاز حرکت این جشنواره دردل مدارس است .فیلم های برگزیده به مدارس ارسال و به همه دانش آموزان و معلمان اکران خواهد شد.
