مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش خراسانرضوی گفت: فضای مجازی پیروز میدان است به دلیل اینکه ما نتوانستهایم بستر فرهنگی استفاده مناسب از فضای مجازی را برای استفاده عموم مهیا کنیم.
علیرضا کاظمی بازدید از غرفه روزنامه «صبح امروز» در نوزدهمین نمایشگاه کتاب مشهد افزود: برگزاری نمایشگاه کتاب در نوع خودش خوب است اما استقبال مخاطبین از آن، رضایتبخش نیست و به هرحال این موضوع دلایل مختلفی دارد. البته مسائل فرهنگی همچنان در صدر است و عدم توجه عموم به مسائل فرهنگی یکی از دلایل عدم استقبال مردم از این نمایشگاه است.
وی در ادامه تصریح کرد: متاسفانه کتاب و کتابخوانی به اولویت اول مردم تبدیل نشده و در واقع حضور در این مراسمها باید دغدغه خانوادهها باشد. اگر این اتفاق بیفتد، در سرما، گرما و تحت هر شرایطی خودشان را به این مکان میرسانند. اگر همین الان به جای نمایشگاه کتاب، کالای مصرفی یا پوشاک عرضه میشد، استقبال و حضور مردم به مراتب بیشتر بود، چون برای اقتصاد و تامین کالای مصرفی خود دغدغهمند است.
مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش استان بیان کرد: متاسفانه فرهنگ کتاب و کتابخوانی در تمام سطوح جامعه ما پایین است. حتی این موضوع در میان قشر دانشجو، به نسبت همان سطح به شدت پایین آمده و این موضوع نیاز به فرهنگسازی دارد. برگزاری نمایشگاه کتاب، فرصت خوبی برای ارتقا فرهنگ کتاب و کتابخوانی است.
وی در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه چند برنامه مختلف در راستای فرهنگسازی کتابخوان در حال اجرا است، افزود: آموزش و پرورش در هفته کتاب و کتابخوانی، چند طرح داریم. در ابتدا تجهیز کتابخانه مدارس در اولویت کاری ماست و در مرحله بعد، هزار نمایشگاه در هزار مدرسه برگزار میکنیم، چرا که در این فرصت کم امکان حضور تمام دانشآموزان استان در این نمایشگاه نداریم؛ اما نمایشگاههای خرد کتاب که از قبل به صورت کارشناسی برنامهریزی و اجرایی شده در دستور کار خود داریم. طرح بعدی ما در همین ایام است که بازدید دانشآموزان مختلف از سایر مدارس که در قالب سهمیههایی که به آنها اختصاص دادهایم؛ اجرایی میکنیم. همچنین اطلاعرسانی از نمایشگاه کتاب یکی دیگر از اقدامات این نهاد است.
کاظمی گفت: ما به محصلین و والدین آنها از برگزاری نمایشگاه کتاب و حضور انتشاراتهای متنوع درسی و غیردرسی اطلاع رسانی کردهایم. به نظرم آموزش و پرورش در تمامی عرصهها پیشتاز است. اگر حق بینانه به این قضیه نگاه کنیم در تمام جریانهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور و بهویژه مبارزه با آسیبهای اجتماعی در خط مقدم هستیم. در توانمندسازی جامعه و نهادینه کردن یک فرهنگ حرف اول را میزند ولی نباید نادید بگیریم که جریان فرهنگی حاضر در فضای مجازی حرف اول را میزند. اتفاقا فضای مجازی پیروز میدان است به دلیل اینکه ما نتوانستهایم بستر فرهنگی استفاده مناسب از فضای مجازی را برای استفاده عموم مهیا کنیم.
مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش خاطرنشان کرد: یکسری فعالیتهای مجازی در آموزش و پرورش تعریف کردهایم اما به هرحال فضای مجازی به قدر کافی متنوع و جذاب و فریبنده است که دانشآموز جذب آن شود به همین دلیل کار ما را دشوار میکند به این دلیل که باید پاسخگوی نیازهای متنوع آنان باشیم. در استفاده از این فضا ما در وهله اول نیاز به آموزش خود مراقبتی داریم و بعد آموزشهای ایمن در استفاده از این فضاها باید مد نظر قرار گیرد.
