یادم میاد هربار که اتفاقی می‌افتد تهدید به کتک خوردن می‌شدم. همیشه می‌ترسیدم اشتباهی یک کاری بکنم که اونها عصبانی بشوند. راستش از کمربند بابام خیلی می‌ترسیدم. وقتی در طول روز یه خراب کاری می‌کردم، تا شب دور و بر مامانم می‌چرخید که یادش نمونه و برای بابا تعریف نکنه چیکار کردم. همش استرس داشتم یک کاری انجام بدم و بابام بگه: «حیف نونی که میدم تو میخوری». حدود پنج سالم بود که آبجی به دنیا اومد. از من خیلی خوشگل‌تر بود، همه می‌گفتن بهار خیلی خوشگله مثل هلو می‌مونه. احساس می‌کردم من خیلی زشتم که کسی ازم تعریف نمی‌کنه.

توی جمع‌های خانوادگی گاهی مادرم بلند می‌گفت: ساک خواهرت رو بیار تا لباس‌هاش رو عوض کنم. دسته ساک لباس رو می‌گرفتم و تا جای مادرم می‌کشید. یک بار به خاطر همین کشیدن ساک جلوی عمه‌هام کتک خوردم. مامانم بلند شد وگوشمو کشید و بلند بلند می‌گفت: نمی‌گی دسته ساک بچه کَنده بشه؟ چرا بلندش نمی‌کنی و می‌کشی رو زمین؟

از چند سال بعد مشق ننوشتن و نمره‌های کم و انجمن اولیا در مدرسه بهانه کتک خوردن‌ من بود. البته با خودم فکر می‌کردم همه مامان و باباها بچه ‌هاشون رو می‌زند. نمیدونم چرا این فکر رو می‌کردم؟ گاهی برگه‌های امتحانی رو قایم می‌کردم به مامانم نمی‌گفتم که مدرسه خواسته که بیاد. اما بدترین حالت این بود که مامانم منو ارجاع می‌داد به بابام. میگفت این بچه تو منو عاصی کرده، اون وقت بود که باید خودمو سفت می‌گرفتم که هربار تو گوش می‌خوره گریه‌ام نکنم وگرنه محکم‌تر می‌زنه. بالاخره جریان امتحان و نمره و مدرسه هم تموم شد. گفتن باید زود ازدواج کنی، اولین خواستگاری که اومد و باهاش حرف زدم، ازش پرسیدم: شما وقتی خیلی عصبانی بشید چیکار می‌کنید؟ یادم نیست دقیقا چی جواب داد ولی جواب خشونت آمیزی نبود. وقتی ازدواج کردم و بچه‌دار شدم. فکر می‌کردم حقمه همه تحقیرم می‌کنند. احساس می‌کردم اعتماد به نفس انجام هیچ‌کاری رو به تنهایی ندارم. حتی چندباری که شوهرم خیلی عصبانی بود دو تا بچه‌هام رو تو بغلم گرفتم و رفتم زیر میز ناهارخوری… هیچ وقت بچه‌هام رو نزدم، هربار که مدرسه می‌خواست برای بچه‌ها برم، با استرس راهی می‌شدم. با هیچ‌کس دست نمی‌دادم که بفهمند دست‌هام یخ کرده و می‌لرزه!…»

اینها بخشی از گفته‌های زن جوانی است که برای گرفتن مشاوره به روانشناس مراجعه کرده است. اما شاید تمام افرادی که مورد خشونت از سوی والدین خود قرار گرفته و تنبیه بدنی را تجربه کرده‌اند، شانس مراجعه به مشاور را نداشته باشند و اختلالات ناشی از سرخوردگی این موضوع، زندگی آنان را تباه کند.

 

تربیت یک مجرم

واقعیت این است رواج شعرهای عامیانه‌ای مثل: «کتک پدر و مادر گُلِ، هرکی نخوره خُلِ» و چیزهایی از این دست تنها برای آرام کردن خودمان بود. تنبیه بدنی فرزندان به هیچ وجه توصیه شده نیست و حتی با قانون حمایت از کودک و نوجوان منافات دارد.

یک روانشناس اجتماعی در رابطه با پیامدهای تنبیه بدنی کودکان گفت: تنبیه بدنی کودک او را به یک فرد مهاجم تبدیل می‌کند. بسیاری از مطالعات نشان می‌دهد بین تنبیه بدنی کودکان و رفتار خشونت‌آمیز و پرخاشگری آنها در دوران بزرگسالی ارتباط وجود دارد. بیشتر مجرمان افرادي هستند که در دوران کودکی مورد ارعاب و تنبیه بدنی واقع شده‌اند. این قانون طبیعت است که کودکان از شیوه‌های تربیتی والدین، معلمان و بزرگترهای خود درس می‌گیرند.

امین صداقت در ادامه افزود: تنبیه بدنی، حواس بسیاری از کودکان را پرت می‌کند. به این ترتیب آنها دیگر یاد نمی‌گیرند با شیوه‌های اجتماعی قابل قبول اختلاف خود با دیگران را حل کنند. وقتی کودکی تنبیه بدنی می‌شود، احساساتی مانند خشم، ناامیدی و ترس بر روح و روان او حاکم می‌شود. ممکن است او افکار انتقام‌جویانه در سر خود بپروراند و دیگر یاد نگیرد چگونه با موقعیت‌های مشابه روبه‌رو شود. او هرگز یاد نمی‌گیرد در آینده چطور باید از پس یک اتفاق ناگوار بربیاید بنابراين به یک فرد خشن تبدیل می‌شود.

وی تصریح کرد: تنبیه بدنی کودک این باور غلط را در او ايجاد مي‌كند که برای جلب موافقت دیگران باید آنها را کتک بزنید. کودک گمان می‌کند اجازه دارد با کسانی که از او کوچک‌تر هستند چنین رفتاری داشته باشد. او از قدرت خود در جهت منفی استفاده می‌کند و در دوران بزرگسالی، نمی‌تواند از دیگران «نه» بشنود یا مخالفت آنها را تحمل کند. هر گونه مخالفت از جانب همسالان، او را وادار می‌کند دست به خشونت بزند و با کتک زدن دیگران کار خود را راه بیندازد. کودکان ممکن است کتک زدن را به عنوان راهی برای حل مشکل بشناسند. تنبیه بدنی کودکان این پیام منفی قوی را به ذهن آنها القا می‌کند. کتک زدن کودکان موجب از دست رفتن عزت نفس و اعتماد به نفس آنها می‌شود. آنها خیلی زود به این نتیجه می‌رسند که هیچ ارزشی ندارند و به درد هیچ کاری نمی‌خورند!
