پاسخگویی به مطالبات مردم ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر در انتخاب مدیران استان
نماینده اسبق مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: در توسعه همه جانبه یک استان و کشور مدیریت نقش تعیین کننده دارد و افراد دارای تعهد وتخصص با مديريت توانمند و پاسخگو میتوانند در رضایت مردم و پایداری کشور موفق باشند.
علی عسکری در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به کتاب «معیارهای گزینش کارگزار درنظام اسلامی شاخصه های ثبوتی وسلبی» که در این رابطه نوشته است، افزود: زمانی که مشاور روحانی در مرکز تحقيقات استراتژيك مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام بودم، برای این نوع مباحث کار فکری صورت می گرفت. در حال حاضر هم براین باورم که تحول درنظام مديريتی و روزآمد کردن آن درجهت پاسخگویی بهتر به مطالبات مردم ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر است.
نماینده اسبق مشهد اظهار داشت: میدانیم مردم و رهبری کمنظیر بلکه بینظیر هستند، ایراد درمدیریت میانه وکارشناسیها است ودلیل آن عدم انتخاب افراد با ملاک و معیار صلاحیت بودهاست که عملکرد بسیاری از مدیران بهويژه در خراسان رضوی گواهی بر این امر است. کافی است، دولت اعتدال یک رایگیری درمورد آنها از مردم داشتهباشد. وی افزود: فرصتطلبهای سودجو و باندباز که منافع کشور و مردم را در اولویت ندارند کم نیستند.
این فعال سیاسی اعتدالگرا خاطرنشان کرد: بنده ضمن تشکر از مدیران دلسوز و کار آمد که تعدادشا ن محدود است باید در جمع بندی پاسخ به این سوال کلیدی و راهبردی بگویم که در انتخاب مدیران میانی و استانی حتی در دولت اعتدال معیارهای مطلوب و بایسته رعایت نشده و مردم منتظر تحول و انقلاب درمدیریت ها هستند و کار مهم دولت باید برون رفت از وضع موجود باشد.
