هوشمندسازی کامل یک مدرسه
شهردار منتخب مشهد گفت: مدرسه حکیم نظامی که یکی از قدیمی ترین مدارس مشهد است، هوشمندسازی می شود.
شهردار منتخب مشهد در اولین نشست خبری خود گفت: مطئمنا اتوبوسی عمل نخواهیم کرد و از تهران نیرو نم آوریم زیرا یکی از نقاط قوت مشهد نیروی انسانی بسیار خوب و کارآمد است.
قاسم تقی زاده خامسی که در کلاس درس دوران دبیرستان خود در جمع رسانه ها حاضر شده بود افزود: درحال حاضر مشغول ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران فعلی هستیم و بانک نیروی انسانی تشکیل شده است. قطعا برخی از مدیران فعلی حفظ خواهد شد و به تعداد کارمندان نیز اضافه نخواهد شد. در زمینه انتخاب مدیران و معاونین با شورای شهر تعامل خواهیم داشت اما در نهایت من تصمیم گیرنده هستم. همچنین از بانوان و جوانان نیز در ساختار شهرداری بهره خواهیم برد اگرچه متاسفانه در گذشته،کادرسازی مناسبی برای حضور آن ها در سطوح بالای مدیریتی صورت نگرفته است اما در شرایط برابر اولویت با بانوان و جوانان خواهد بود و تلاش می کنیم برای آینده شهر، مدیران لایق تربیت کنیم.
آستانه تحملم در حد پُتک است
وی درباره تعامل با رسانه ها نیز یادآور شد: من انتقادات را می پذیرم و آستانه تحمل من در برابر آن در حد پتک است. من خود رسانه ای هستم و در رسانه ها حضور فعال دارم. رسانه ها باید صدای مردم باشند بشرطی که در کار آن ها غرض ورزی نباشد.
وی درباره علت برگزاری این نشست خبری در مدرسه حکیم نظامی نیز بیان کرد: من دوران بسیار خوبی را در این مدرسه گذرانده ام و به همه معلمان این شهر میگویم که شاگرد شما نیتی جز خدمت به مردم ندارد.
شهردار منتخب مشهد اضافه کرد: من همیشه به قانون پایبند بوده ام و تا زمانی که حکم رسمی من ابلاغ نشود در شهرداری حضور پیدا نخواهم کرد.
من یک اصلاح طلب در چارچوب نظام هستم
تقی زاده خامسی خود را یک اصلاح طلب در چارچوب نظام خواند و با اشاره به رویکرد تعاملی با سایر دستگاه ها تصریح کرد: رابطه صمیمی با امام جمعه مشهد دارم؛ تعامل ما با آستان قدس نیز بصورت برد-برد خواهد بود و اینطور نیست که انتظار داشته باشیم آستان قدس اموالش را در اختیار آستان قدس قرار دهد یا ما اموال شهر را در اختیار آنها قرار دهیم.
شهروند محوری و شهرداری پاسخگو دو چشم انداز اصلی شهرداری مشهد
وی شهروندمحوری و شهرداری نهاد پاسخگو، مشارکت پذیر و بدون فساد را دو چشم انداز اصلی شهرداری مشهد برای آینده خواند.
شهردار منتخب مشهد اولویت کاری خود را اتمام مترو اعلام کرد و خاطرنشان کرد: خطوط حمل و نقل درون شهری تاثیری جدی در زندگی مردم دارند و این مسئله در صدر برنامه ها قرار دارد.
وی درباره پروژه بزرگ میدان شهدا نیز گفت: امروز حضور امام رضا (ع) تنها با رفتن در صحن ها و رواق ها حس می شود درحالیکه در گذشته مردم با صدای ساعت حرم رضوی و نقاره خانه زندگی می کردند و میدان شهدا قسمتی از خاطرات تمام مشهدی ها بود. امروز لازم است فکری اساسی برای این طرح انجام داد تا در شان زائران و مجاوران باشد.
وجود مقدس امام هشتم(ع) با شادی منافاتی ندارد
شهردار منتخب مشهد همچنین تاکید کرد: شرایط فرهنگی مشهد با سایر کلانشهرها بخاطر وجود امام رضا (ع) متفاوت است و مسائل فرهنگی باید براساس نیاز زائر و مجاور برنامه ریزی شود.البته وجود مقدس امام هشتم (ع) با تفریح و شادی منافاتی ندارد و برای زائران برنامه هایی خواهیم داشت که سود آن عاید مجاوران بشود.
بدهیهای شهرداری قبل را میپذیریم
وی در پاسخ به سوالی درباره بدهی های به جا مانده از مدیریت شهری پیشین تصریح کرد: ظاهرا مبلغ بدهی ها حدود 5هزار میلیارد است که البته آنقدرها هم بالا نیست. طبیعی است هرکس بخواهد از کاری در کلانشهر مشهد انجام دهد باید از منابع مالی کشور استفاده بهینه کند. ما به کارهای قانونی شهردار سابق احترام می گذاریم و بدهی ها را می پذیریم.
وی ابراز امیدواری کرد وابستگی شهرداری مشهد به تراکم فروشی و درآمدهای ناپایدار بتدریج کاهش یابد و به درصد قابل قبولی برسد.
لزوم مشارکت مردم در نوسازی بافت فرسوده
تقی زاده خامسی درباره بافت فرسوده اطراف حرم گفت: در گذشته اینگونه بود که بافت فرسوده توسط شهرداری از مردم خریداری شده و ساخته شد اما امروز این روش جوابگو نیست و باید شهروندان نیز در ساخت بافت فرسوده مشارکت داده شوند. اگر مردم محل زندگی خود را دوست نداشته باشند شهرداری نمی تواند کاری انجام دهد.
تقی زاده خامسی به جایگاه مشهد بعنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام اشاره کرد و تاکید کرد: اینکه بگوییم پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام هستیم کافی نیست و باید با سایر کشور ارتباط ایجاد کنیم. مشهد ظرفیت بسیار خوبی برای سرمایه گذاری خارجی دارند و بسیاری از جمله کشورهای مسلمان نسبت به این مهم علاقه مندی نشان داده اند که باید زمینه حضور آنها فراهم شود و طرح مفصلی برای این منظور داریم.
الیت بازنگری می شود
شهردار منتخب مشهد از نارضایتی مردم مشهد از طرح ترافیک هوشمند الیت خبر داد و اظهار کرد: این شکل از طرح الیت در هیچ کجای دنیا سابقه ندارد و اینکه 700نفر را برای اجرای یک طرح هوشمند استخدام کنیم اسمش هوشمندسازی نیست.
از بلندمرتبه سازیهای مشهد راضی نیستم
وی به بلندمرتبه سازی های مشهد نیز ایراداتی را وارد دانست و گفت: من خودم را جای شهروندان مشهدی می گذارم، اینکه شب می خوابند و صبح که بیدار می شوند.
جلوی چشمشان یک برج سبز شده است حس خوشایندی ندارند. قطعا کلانشهر مشهد نیاز به بلندمرتبه سازی دارد اما در جای مناسب خودش و بصورت اصولی و با این مسئله کارشناسی برخورد خواهیم کرد؛ ضمن اینکه به پروانه هایی که تاکنون صادر شده است نیز احترام می گذاریم.
شهردار منتخب مشهد در باب موضوع فضای سبز نیز گفت: همه مردم عادت دارند جمعه ها به تفریح وباغات بروند ولی همه مردم که باغ ندارند.من به عنوان شهردار موظف هستم فضای سبز وامکان تفریح مردم را فراهم کنم که همه احساس کنندباغ دارند و باغبان باشند.
وی برای مثال از تعطیلی 5 ساله پارک شاهد نام برد و اعلام کرد درب های زیادی هست که باید بروی شهروندان مشهدی باز شود.
وی در پایان از زحمات مدیریت شهری سابق مشهد تشکر و قدردانی کرد.
