سود سهام عدالت در سه ایستگاه به مردم می‌رسد
این روزها «سهام عدالت» از کاغذی مبهم وارد فاز شفافیت می‌شود. در نیمه اسفندماه گذشته سامانه سهام عدالت به نشانی www.samanese.ir رونمایی شد تا دارندگان سهام عدالت با مراجعه به آن از وضعیت صورتحساب خود آگاه شده و در صورت تمایل نسبت به تسویه باقیمانده اقساط خود اقدام کنند.
روز گذشته مشاور رئیس کل سازمان خصوصی سازی گفت: سود سهام عدالت در ۳ مرحله و به نسبت واریز سود شرکت ها بین ۴۹ میلیون سهامدار تا پایان سال توزیع می‌شود.
سیدجعفر سبحانی با بیان اینکه براساس قانون تجارت ، شرکت ها هشت ماه پس از برگزاری مجامع خود برای توزیع سود فرصت دارند، گفت: اگر مجمع عمومی یکی از شرکت های مشمول سهام عدالت تیرماه برگزار شود، تا اسفند ماه فرصت دارد سود متعلقه را برای توزیع میان سهامداران واریز کند.
وی با یادآوری اینکه هنوز سه شرکت سرمایه پذیر مجمع عمومی خود را برگزار نکرده اند، برآورد اولیه میزان سود برای کسانی که 10 میلیون ریال (یک میلیون تومان) سهام دارند را بین یک میلیون و 300 هزار ریال تا یک میلیون و 500 هزار ریال ( 130 تا 150 هزار تومان) اعلام کرد.
سبحانی افزود: اگر فرد مشمول بدهی خود تا سقف یک میلیون تومان را به حساب سازمان خصوصی واریز نکرده و حدود 5 میلیون ریال (500 هزار تومان) سهام در اختیار داشته باشد، حدود نیمی از این مبلغ را به عنوان سود دریافت خواهد کرد.
وی با بیان اینکه انتظار می رود شرکت های تحت پوشش سهام عدالت در مجموع 40 هزار میلیارد ریال سود بابت این سهام اختصاص دهند، اظهار داشت: از آنجا که مجمع برخی شرکت ها هنوز برگزار نشده است، این سود در چند مرحله به حساب مشمولان واریز می شود.
وی با بیان اینکه در هر مرحله بخشی از سود سهام عدالت به نسبت واریز شرکت ها بین مشمولان توزیع می شود، خاطر نشان کرد دهک های پایین جامعه و مشمولان تحت پوشش کمیته امداد و بهزیستی در اولویت واریز سود هستند اما به طور کلی واریز سود به صورت مرحله به مرحله خواهد بود.
سبحانی یادآور شد، سازمان خصوصی سازی در آینده درباره تعیین تکلیف سود مشمولانی که فوت کرده اند، اطلاع رسانی خواهد کرد و این کار نیازمند دریافت گواهی انحصار وراث و پرداخت بدهی باقیمانده سهام عدالت است.
وی درباره اینکه آیا نخستین مرحله سود سهام عدالت تا پایان شهریور ماه واریز می شود، گفت: برای تحقق این کار منتظر مصوبه شورای عالی اصل 44 هستیم که تا در این زمینه تصمیم گیری شود.
سبحانی تعداد کل مشمولان سهام عدالت را 49 میلیون نفر اعلام کرد و گفت: تاکنون حدود 37 میلیون نفر به سامانه سهام عدالت مراجعه و صورت حساب خود را دریافت و نزدیک 32 میلیون نفر نیز شماره شبای خود را ثبت کرده اند.
مشاور رئیس کل سازمان خصوصی سازی از مشمولان خواست هرچه سریعتر برای دریافت سود سهام، شماره شبای خود را در سامانه سهام عدالت ثبت کنند زیرا بدون آن، امکان واریزسود وجود ندارد.
سبحانی یادآور شد، مشمولان سهام عدالت تا پایان شهریورماه امسال فرصت دارند صورتحساب خود را از سامانه سهام عدالت دریافت و نسبت به تسویه بدهی خود اقدام کنند.
