منطقه گردشگری سپاد، دومین مقصد زائران و گردشگران در مشهد مقدس است
مدیرعامل منطقه تجاری گردشگری سپاد گفت: سپاد با رعایت پیوستهای فرهنگی بعد از بارگاه ملکوتی امام رضا (ع) دومین مقصد حضور زائران و گردشگران بارگاه ملکوتی آقا علیبنموسیالرضا (ع) است.
جعفر حصاری نژاد در جمع خبرنگاران با بیان این مطلب و با اشاره به پتانسیلها و زیرساختهای احداث شده از سوی شرکت سپاد برای زائران و مجاوران، افزود: منطقه گردشگری سپاد با دارا بودن بیش از نیم میلیون متر مربع زیربنای تجاری و گردشگری توانسته است سهم بسزایی در ایجاد اشتغال پایدار و برآورده نمودن نیازهای گردشگران داشته باشد.
وی افزود: این منطقه با گذشت سی سال از فعالیت خود به دلیل امکانات فراوان و با دسترسی مناسب از سایر نقاط شهر و کشور توانسته است در حوزه خدمات شهری همکاریهای مناسبی با شهرداری و دیگر دستگاههای اجرایی داشته باشد که نظیر آن را میتوان در احداث پل غیر همسطح خیام شمالی مشاهده کرد.
مدیرعامل منطقه تجاری، گردشگری سپاد خاطرنشان کرد: مجموعه بازار بینالمللی، میدان بار مرکزی مشهد، بازار خیام، مرکز مواد غذایی و همچنین مجتمعهای تجاری الماس و وصال مجموعا 2500 واحد تجاری را در خود جای داده و روزانه میزبان جمع کثیری از هموطنان است، و این مجموعهها تنها بخشی از مجموعه بزرگ سپاد هستند.
حصارینژاد افزود:: علاوه بر امکانات خرید، فضاهای تفریحی جذابی هم در اختیار مراجعه کنندگان قرار دارد که از جمله آنها میتوان به «پارک علمیپرفسور بازیما»، «شهربازی رو باز سرزمین خورشید»، «شهربازی سرپوشیده سرزمین عجایب» به
عنوان یکی از مجهزترین شهربازیهای سرپوشیده کشور، مجموعه آبی پارک ساحلی آفتاب و مجموعه سالنهای سینما 5 بعدی که آخرین فناوری نمایش فیلم را داراست، اشاره کرد.
حصاری نژاد با اشاره به مجموعه آکوریمهای آب شور منطقه تجاری گردشگری سپاد، گفت: از دیگر امکانات ایجاد شده در این منطقه میتوان به تونل باد صبا یا همان شبیه ساز سقوط آزاد اشاره کرد. همچنین بهجز امکانات تفریحی ظرفیتهای میزبانی از قبیل مراکز پذیرایی متنوع هم در سپاد پیش بینی شده که شامل بیش از 5 رستوران بزرگ و مجهز است.
مدیرعامل منطقه تجاری گردشگری سپاد در پایان سخنان خود با اشاره به نام گذاری سال اقتصاد مقاومتی، اقدام و عمل از سوی مقام معظم رهبری تشریح کرد: بسیاری از راه حلهایی که در گره گشایی مباحث اقتصادی و اجتماعی نظیر اقتصادی مقاومتی و آبادانی حاشیه شهر در جامعه مطرح میشود را شرکت سپاد خراسان پیش از طی سی سال تلاش و سازندگی به اجرا درآورده است و امروز این منطقه گردشگری با آبادانی حاشیه شهر و ایجاد بیش از 12 هزار فرصت شغلی توانسته است چرخه مالی سالمی را برای خانوادهها به همراه آورده است که این تلاش باید هدفمند و پر شتاب تر ادامه یابد.
