در آستانه ولادت امام رضا(ع) و پایان هفته کرامت، پانزدهمین جشنواره بین المللی امام رضا(ع) که در 31 استان و 77 کشور و 2هزار و 400 نقطه از جهان در حال برگزاری بود، روز گذشته در مشهد خاتمه یافت.

آیین اختتامیه این مراسم در سالن صبا صدا و سیما با حضور حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید ابراهیم رئیسی تولیت آستان قدس رضوی، آیت الله سعیدی تولیت آستان مقدسه قم، سید مرتضی بختیاری قائم مقام تولیت آستان قدس رضوی، محسن نصرپور مدیر کل صداوسیمای خراسان رضوی، علیرضا رشیدیان استاندار خراسان رضوی، علی اصغر کار اندیش معاون توسعه و مدیریت منابع وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، حجت الاسلام حمید رضا ارباب سلیمانی مشاور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، رحیم نوروزیان فرماندار مشهد، حجت الاسلام نصرالله پژمانفر عضو کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس، اکبر شیخ مدیر عامل بنیاد بین المللی فرهنگی، هنری امام رضا(ع)، علمای اهل سنت و روحانیون شیعه و جمع کثیری از مسئولین استانی، مهمانان داخلی و خارجی برگزار شد.

استاندار خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه مردم باغبان این شجره طیبه هستند و خواهند بودگفت: هر اندازه که برنامه‌های‌ما ناب باشد بازهم برای پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام با این وسعت و ظرفیت کم گذاشته‌ایم. در راستای ترویج فرهنگ رضوی آن‌هم در این ایام که مشهد مقدس پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام است شاهد رشد آثار در این جشنواره هستیم. تمام این‌ها میسر نمی‌شود مگر با تلاش و پیگیری همه ارگان‌ها و نهادها و حرکتی جهادی و بدون چشم‌داشت مردم و مسئولان، که قبل از هر سمتی خادم حضرت رضا(ع) هستند.

علیرضا رشیدیان افزود: رویکرد بنیاد بین المللی امام رضا(ع) در برگزاری پانزدهمین دوره از دیگر ویژگی‌هایی است که نقش موثری داشته است و نگاه ویژه به فرهنگ رضوی آن هم در شرایط کنونی جهان اسلام و ترویج سیره رضوی به سراسر مرزهای جهان از دیگر فعالیت‌های قابل توجه جشنواره در حوزه بین الملل و از فعالیت‌های موثر بوده که توانسته است چشم جهانیان را به این پایگاه معطوف کند. وی دهه کرامت را ارزشمندترین زمان در ترویج فرهنگ رضوی به جهان دانست و تصریح کرد: البته این اشاعه سیره رضوی در سال 2017 که مشهد الرضا میزبانی پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام را دارد باید متفاوت از گذشته باشد. جهان تشنه عقلانیت و خردورزی است.

 

اصلاح جامعه در پرتو آموخته‌های امام رضا

در ادامه این مراسم تولیت آستان قدس رضوی گفت: آنچه که حضور حضرت رضا(ع) چه در گفتگوی با مذاهب و چه در گفتگوی با ادیان به عنوان مهم‌ترین کرسی در گفتگوی بین مذاهب و ادیان پیشه کردند برای آن بوده که آنها را با بیان آشنا کنند. برای اینکه انسان از تمام این تهاجمات مصون باشد باید در حس حصین توحید قرار گیرد.

حجت الاسلام والمسلمین ابراهیم رئیسی افزود: آزادی؛ زن، مرد، زبان، جوان، فکر، اندیشه و خرد در پرتو توحید و ارتباط با خدا است. در پرتو بندگی است که انسان آزادی می‌آورد. تمام این جایگاه رفیع انسانی در پرتو این عبودیتی است که حضور مقدس امام رئوف به ما آموختند. مگر نه این است که حقیقت عبودیت و بندگی انسان رسیدن به مقام ربانی انسان است. تمام روابط انسان با خودش، با دیگران، با خدا و با طبیعت و جهان هستی این چهار ارتباط بر اساس جهان بینی توحیدی تنظیم خواهد شد. سنگ زیر بنای شهر اسلامی توحید است که امام فرمودند اگر این چهار تعامل را برقرار کنیم زندگی بر یک اعتدالی قرار خواهد گرفت. این حرکت نمادین و این نشست با شکوه بدون تردید نماد خوبی است از توجه به همه فرهیختگان، اندیشورزان، خردمندان که تفکر و اندیشه‌شان را امام رضا(ع) برگزیدند و بدانند که در پرتو آموخته‌های امام رضا(ع) جامعه اصلاح خواهد شد.

 

راه نجات بشریت، توجه به سیره رضوی است

مدیرعامل بنیاد بین المللی فرهنگی، هنری امام رضا(ع) گفت: از جمله مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های جشنواره پانزدهم نسبت به دوره‌های پیشین را می‌توان در چند مورد بیان نمود؛ در این جشنواره تعداد 929 هزار و 489 اثر به دبیرخانه جشنواره پانزدهم رسید که نسبت به جشنواره قبل 3/87 درصد رشد داشته است. همچنین رشد چشم‌گیر و افزایش جشنواره‌ها و برنامه‌های محوری از 178 برنامه به 332 برنامه و بیش از  81 درصدی را شاهد بودیم. تعداد نهاد‌ها و سازمان‌های همکار در این دوره 257 هزار و 325 دستگاه اداری، اجرایی، فرهنگی و مردمی بود که رشدی 5 برابری داشت. از شاخص‌های مهم این دوره که مورد تعریف همه قرار گرفته مردمی کردن جشنواره است.

اکبر شیخ افزود: توزیع جشنواره‌ها در مناطق محروم و مناطق مرزی و حاشیه شهرها،  مشارکت دوستان عزیز اهل سنت و پیروان ادیان ابراهیمی در این دوره بسیار حائز اهمیت و چشم‌گیر است. همچنین رشد تولیدات مکتوب از 30 اثر به 62 اثر و فعالیت‌های بین المللی فرهنگی و هنری امام رضا(ع) از 77 کشور و 2400 نقطه از عالم. برگزاری موفقیت آمیز همایش بین المللی فرهنگ رضوی جهان اسلام به مناسبت سال 2017 مشهد پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام از 9 خرداد ماه سال جاری و برگزاری اولین اجلاس جهانی خادمان فرهنگ رضوی به همین مناسبت در 11 مرداد امسال از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های این دوره است.

شیخ ادامه داد: شاخصه دیگری که برای اولین بار اتفاق می‌افتد حضور مبارک خانواده شهدا بویژه سه خانواده شهید مدافع حرم در اختتامیه امروز است. به هر صورت راه نجات بشریت توجه و حمایت به سیره ائمه اطهار و سیره رضوی است. در سیره رضوی می‌توانیم وحدت، همدلی در کنار هم بودن با هم راحت زندگی کردن را بیاموزیم و ترویج کنیم. امیدوارم خداوند تبارک و تعالی عیدی همه مارا در این شب به ما بدهد.

 

وحدت میان مسلمانان

در ادامه مراسم، معاون توسعه منابع انسانی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی و رییس هیات مدیره بنیاد بین المللی امام رضا(ع) گفت: یکی از اهداف تشکیل وزرات فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی رشد فضائل اخلاقی براساس ایمان و تقواست. همچنین دو هدف دیگری که باعث شد این وزارت‌خانه تشکیل شود رواج فرهنگ و هنر اسلامی و گسترش مناسبات فرهنگی با ملل و اقوام مختلف و فراهم آمدن زمینه‌های وحدت میان مسلمانان است. براساس این اهداف وزارت‌خانه در قالب شش معاونت، 5 سازمان تابعه و 9 مرکز و بنیاد و 35 اداره کل استانی به فعالیت می پردازد و برنامه‌هایی که دارد تولید محتوا و برخی از حوزه‌ها اجرای مصوبه‌ها است. وزارت‌خانه باید نسبت به تولید محتوا برای این اهداف مهمی که گفته شد کار کند و ترویج فرهنگ اسلامی و دینی ما را احیا کند. این بنیاد هم در همین راستا شکل گرفته است و در پانزده دوره‌ای که شکل گرفته توانسته در جهت ترویج فرهنگ رضوی و فرهنگ دینی در خارج و داخل کشور فعالیت‌های اثر گذاری را داشته باشد.

علی اصغر کاراندیش مروستی افزود: سه نکته در شورای سیاست گذاری بنیاد مورد توجه وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد و مسئولین امر بوده است. اول تولید محتوایی مناسب برای مخاطبین داخل و خارج در همه سنین که کارشده و باید بیشتر از این کار شود و به همکاری همه جانبه ارگان‌ها نیازمند است. دومین بحث که در چندسال اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته ترجمه آثار است که باید به صورت گسترده و به زبان‌های مختلف این آثار ترجمه شود و در دسترس برادران و خواهران قرار گیرد. سومین بحث فعالیت‌های این بنیاد است که باید از محدوده دهه کرامت فراتر برود و این برنامه‌ها باید همواره در داخل و خارج از کشور برگزار شود که در چندسال گذشته این کار انجام شده و در همین امسال هم این برنامه‌ها در حال انجام است و امیدواریم که تاثیر خودش را داشته باشد.

 

تقدیر از سه دختر فرزندان شهدای حرم

گفتنی است در ادامه مراسم از سه دختر فرزند شهدای حرم به رسم یادبود تجلیل شد. فرزند شهید مدافع حرم حمیدرضا زمانی، فرزند شهید مدافع حرم مصطفی صادقی، فرزند شهید مدافع حرم حسن غفاری فرزندان شهیدانی بودند که در این مراسم تقدیر شدند. تجلیل از خادمین داخلی و خارجی و رونمایی از جلد دوم کتاب دانشنامه امام رضا(ع) بخش انتهایی مراسم بود.
