دونده سرعتی کشورمان به عدم صدور ویزا برای حضور در رقابتهای دوومیدانی قهرمانی جهان در لندن واکنش نشان داد.
شانزدهمین دوره رقابتهای دوومیدانی قهرمانی جهان در حالی از روز جمعه آغاز میشود که ملیپوشان کشورمان به دلیل عدم صدور ویزا هنوز موفق به سفر به لندن نشدهاند.
«حسن تفتیان»، دونده سرعت کشورمان که یکی از سهمیه کاروان ایران برای حضور در این رقابتها را در اختیار دارد، با بیان اینکه ورزش فراتر از مرز و سیاست است، در این باره گفت: همانطور که سال گذشته به خاطر عدم صدور روادید تیم ملی دوومیدانی از اعزام به مسابقات جهانی آمریکا بازماند، امسال هم تیم ملی دوومیدانی ایران در انتظار صدور روادید از طرف سفارت انگلیس است تا بتواند جمعه در مسابقات جهانی لندن به میدان برود. همانطور که ایران بارها نشان داده که ورزش را با سیاست متمایز میداند و روادید تیمهای خارجی از جمله آمریکا و انگلیس را برای حضور در مسابقات ورزشی به موقع صادر کرده، امیدواریم که این بار انگلیسیها به تعهد خود عمل کنند و روادید تیم ملی ایران را به موقع صادر کنند.»
