رفع تصرف از یک میلیون مترمربع زمین ملی در سبزوار
رئیس اداره راه و شهرسازی سبزوار گفت: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون یک میلیون و 230 هزار مترمربع از زمینهای ملی در این شهرستان رفع تصرف شده است.
علی‌اصغر استیری روز گذشته در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگاران افزود: دی این مدت 20 پرونده تصرف تشکیل و از این میان رسیدگی به 10 پرونده در محاکم قضایی منجر به صدور رای رفع تصرف و خلع ید از متصرفان شد.
وی گفت: 870هزار مترمربع از این زمینهای ملی مربوط به پرونده‌ای است مبنی بر اینکه فردی با سندسازی اقدام به تصرف زمینهای ملی کرده بود اما با پیگیری‌های صورت گرفته و دستور مقام قضایی این زمین‌ها رفع تصرف شد.
استیری ادامه داد: همچنین 10 پرونده به وسعت یک میلیون مترمربع در مرحله رسیدگی و صدور حکم برای رفع تصرف قرار دارد. امسال همچنین برای 100 هکتار از زمینهای ملی در این سبزوار سند مالکیت صادر شد که تاثیر زیادی در احقاق حقوق بیت المال دارد.
رئیس اداره راه و شهرسازی سبزوار گفت: یکی از مشکلات سبزوار وجود افراد زمین‌خوار و کوه‌خوار حرفه‌ای است که در این زمینه تاکنون 15 نفر شناسایی شده‌اند.
وی افزود: برخی افراد نیز با سودجویی در حدود 10هکتار از مناطق ییلاقی در ارتفاعات شهرستان اقدام به ساخت و ساز خانه‌های ویلایی کرده‌اند که پیگیری‌ها برای تشکیل پرونده جهت رفع تصرف اراضی ادامه دارد.متصرفان با کاشت درخت، ایجاد چهار دیواری، ساخت خانه و استخر، کاشت گندم و دیوارکشی این اراضی را تصرف کرده‌اند.
