معلولین در اولویت تردد شهری

معاون توان بخشی اداره‌کل بهزیستی خراسان‌رضوی گفت: خراسان‌رضوی سال گذشته از رتبه 30 به رتبه دوم  مناسب‌سازی محیط برای معلولان در کشور رسید.

مسعود فیروزی، در همایش مناسب‌سازی مبلمان شهری و روستایی برای افراد دارای معلولیت که در تالار کاشفی شهرستان سبزوار برگزار شد، با بیان این مطلب اظهار کرد: ارتقا مناسب‌سازی محیط برای معلولان با همکاری استانداری و تمامی نهادهایی اجرایی محقق شد.

وی بهبود مناسب‌سازی محیط و معابر عمومی برای معلولین از طریق ایجاد حس و روحیه مطالبه گری در افراد معلول و  انتقال  این خواسته از سطح  معلولین به مسئولان  دانست.

فیروزی افزایش اطلاع رسانی، برگزاری جلسات، افزایش اعتبارات بهزیستی در بخش مناسب‌سازی منزل و خودرو معلولان و ایجاد کارگروه مبلمان شهری و ایجاد حداقل یک پارک محله در شهرها برای معلولین را از عوامل موثر در ارتقا مناسب سازی محیط برای جامعه معلولین استان بیان کرد.

معاون توان بخشی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی گفت: در حال حاضر 90 درصد اماکن مذهبی مشهد  مقدس شرایط استفاده برای افراد معلول و ناتوان را ندارند که باید با امکانات حمل و نقل، مبلمان شهری و مناسب‌سازی فضاهای عمومی و فرهنگی زمینه استفاده از فرصت‌های برابر را برای معلولین فراهم کرد.

در ادامه، حمیدرضا علیزاده، کارشناس مسئول مناسب‌سازی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان‌رضوی نیز گفت: امسال 13 میلیارد ریال اعتبار برای مناسب‌سازی منزل و خودرو معلولان این استان تخصیص یافت که نسبت به سال گذشته سه برابر رشد دارد. در سه ماهه نخست، 3 میلیارد و700 میلیون ریال در این موضوع هزینه شد.

استان خراسان رضوی با شناسایی و تشکیل پرونده برای 97 هزار معلول بعد از تهران رتبه دوم به لحاظ شمار معلولان زیر پوشش بهزیستی را داراست.
