اراده سیاسی ایران و 5+1 باعث به نتیجه رسیدن توافق با توتال بود
رییس جمهور، منطقه پارس جنوبی را مرکزی مهم برای گسترش همکاریهای بینالمللی با ایران در زمینه انرژی – تکنولوژی برشمرد و گفت: به واسطه وجود استعدادهای خوب و جوانان پرتلاش در ایران، قرارداد توسعه فاز ۱۱ پارس جنوبی نه تنها یک قرارداد اقتصادی، بلکه یک همکاری مهم در انتقال تجربیات علمی، فناوری و مدیریتی خواهد بود.
حجتالاسلام حسن روحانی در دیدار «پاتریک پویانه» مدیر عامل شرکت توتال فرانسه، امضای قرارداد طرح توسعه بخش فراساحل فاز ۱۱ پارس جنوبی میان شرکت ملی نفت ایران و توتال فرانسه را در مسیر توسعه همکاریهای اقتصادی – تکنولوژیک ایران و فرانسه مثبت ارزیابی کرد و گفت: جمهوری اسلامی ایران و فرانسه همواره روابط و همکاریهای خوبی با هم داشتهاند.
رییس جمهور با اشاره به جایگاه فرانسه در زمینه اقتصاد و تکنولوژی انرژی، اظهار داشت: امضاء و اجرای این قرارداد گام مثبتی در مسیر توسعه همکاریهای بیشتر اقتصادی و فناوری میان دو کشور خواهد بود. روحانی با اشاره به اینکه تلاش دولت یازدهم بر این بوده تا با به ثمر رسیدن توافق برجام راه برای توسعه همکاریهای اقتصادی شرکتهای بزرگ با ایران هموار شود، خاطر نشان کرد: خوشبختانه وجود این اراده سیاسی در طرف ایرانی و در میان کشورهای ۱+۵ باعث شد که توافق با توتال به نتیجه برسد. رییس جمهور با اشاره به سفر خود به اروپا و فرانسه پس از امضای برجام، گفت: در پاریس اراده سیاسی میان مسئولان دو کشور برای توسعه روابط به خوبی وجود داشت و توافقنامههای مهمی برای گسترش مناسبات و همکاریها میان دو کشور به امضاء رسید.
