ورود سالانه 10 هزار دانشجوی خارجی به دانشگاههای ایران
معاون مرکز همکاریهای بینالملل وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری گفت: ۵۷ هزار دانشجوی خارجی در دانشگاههای ایران تحصیل میکنند و سالانه 10 هزار دانشجو از 61 کشور به دانشگاههای ما راه مییابند.
دکتر فرج الله طالبی در یازدهمین همایش اساتید و دانشجویان خارج از کشور که در هتل خورشید تابان مشهد برگزار شد، با تاکید براینکه جذب دانشجوی خارجی از سیاستهای اصلی ما است، اظهار کرد: سالانه سه هزار دانشجوی خارجی در رشتههای مختلف بورسیه میکنیم. همچنین علاوه بر رشتههای زبان شناسی و ادبیات فارسی در رشتههای فنی مهندسی و پزشکی تعداد قابل توجهای دانشجو جذب کردهایم .
وی ادامه داد: جهت توسعه دیپلماسی فرهنگی به برپایی کرسیهای ایرانشناسی در خارج از کشور پرداخته ایم. اعزام اساتید به دانشگاههای خارجه، تخصیص بورسیه برای دورههای کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت، تالیف کتاب و تبیین سرفصلها و کنفرانسهای علمی با همکاری دانشگاههای خارجه از دیگر اقدامات ما در این راستا بوده است.
معاون مرکز همکاریهای بین الملل وزارت علوم تصریح کرد: براساس آماری که در حال حاضر وجود دارد، 41 استاد دانشگاه را به نقاط مختلف دنیا اعزام کردهایم که مشغول به تدریس هستند. این همکاریها در 56 دانشگاه دنیا گسترش یافته و توسط وزارت علوم به فعالیت خود ادامه میدهند.
طالبی با اشاره به اینکه بیشترین کرسیهای ایران شناسی در اروپا، کشورهای مشترکالمنافع، قفقاز، کلمبیا و ونزوئلا میباشد، گفت: سال های گذشته تعداد کرسیهای ایران شناسی در کشورهای عربی بیشتر بود اما پس از شرایط موجود، حضور جدی در این کرسیها نداریم.
وی افزود: 47 درصد کرسیها در مقاطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری وجود دارد و به طور دقیق 15 درصد کرسیها در مقطع دکتری، هفت درصد درمقطع کارشناسی و 13 درصد در آموزشهای آزاد وجود دارد.
معاون مرکز همکاریهای بین الملل وزارت علوم با اشاره به اینکه مشکلاتی در سرفصلهای منابع و تالیفات ما وجود داشت و قدیمی بود، گفت: در مرکز کارگروه ویژه مشخص کرده ایم که این کارگروه به تغییر سرفصلها می پردازد و منابع به روز را تبیین میکنند.
طالبی عنوان کرد: از مهر ماه سال جاری آزمون استاندارد زبان فارسی در تمام دنیا برگزار خواهد شد که در مرداد ماه آزمون آزمایشی را بین مراکز آموزشی برگزار خواهیم کرد. سالانه این آزمون دو تا پنج بار توسط سازمان سنجش برگزار خواهد شد.
وی اضافه کرد: تمام افراد متخصص دراین حوزه در کارگروه آزمون شرکت کرده اند و به بررسی آزمون های سراسر دنیا پرداخته اند. در نهایت تمام منابع مربوط، بانک اطلاعات و چارچوبها، تصویب و تحویل سازمان سنجش قرار گرفته است.
معاون مرکز همکاریهای بین الملل وزارت علوم با اشاره به اینکه در ایران دو مرکز آموزش زبان فارسی به غیرایرانیان به نام مرکز دهخدا و مرکز بین المللی امام خمینی داشته ایم، افزود: در سه سال گذشته تعداد این مراکز به 15 مرکز رشد یافته است. این مراکز در شهرهای اهواز، مشهد، شیراز و.. در دانشگاه پیام نور، فردوسی و علامه طباطبایی و… تاسیس شده است.
طالبی تصریح کرد: در سال جاری با حضور وزیر علوم آلمان، مرکز فعالیتهای مشترک ایران و آلمان افتتاح شد و توسط المان 200 بورسیه درمقطع دکتری در اختیار ما قرار داده شد.
