حرفهای بیاساس ارزش پاسخگویی ندارد
فرماندار مشهد در پاسخ به سخنان برخی از اعضای شورای شهر مشهد که علیه وی در صحن علنی شورا مطرح کردند، گفت: حرفهای بیاساس ارزش پاسخگویی ندارد.
رحیم نوروزیان اظهار کرد: اکثر عزیزان شورای چهارم را انسانهای دارای دغدغه میدانم، یکی دو نفری ازآنان البته احساسی و هیجانی حرفهایی را میزنند و گاهی نیز بیپروا اتهامزنی میکنند که چون حرفهایشان بیاساس است ارزش پاسخگویی ندارد.
وی افزود: امیدوارم متوجه باشند ما فقط مجری بیطرف قانون بودیم و این اکثریت مردم بودند که آنها را حذف کردند، لذا به جای تهمت زدن و فرافکنی به فکر ترمیم نظر مردم نسبت به خود باشند و یادشان باشد قیامت و حساب و کتابی در کار است.

معاون سیاسی فرماندار مشهد نیز خطاب به برخی اعضای شورای شهر مشهد گفت: شما در دوران مسوولیت خود باید به فکر کسب رضایت مردم میبودید نه اتاق فکر یک جریان سیاسی خاص.
حیدرخوش نیت با اشاره به اینکه اعضای شورای شهر مشهد افرادی با تجربه و دلسوز هستند و تلاشهای زیادی را برای شهر مشهد در طول دوران مسوولیت خود داشتند، اظهار کرد: در پاسخ به چند نفر از اعضا که در صحن علنی شورا سخنانی داشته اند هرچند بنا نیست به هر اظهار نظری پاسخ داد اما لازم به یادآوری است که معاون استاندار و فرماندار مشهد تنها قانون را اجرا کرده است.
وی ادامه داد: پاسخی که امروز این افراد در انتخابات گرفتند ناشی از رای و نظر مردم بوده و سخنانشان در صحن علنی شورای شهر مشهد سخن علیه رای و نظر مردم است نه فرماندار.
خوشنیت با تاکید بر اینکه فرماندار مشهد شخصیتی ارزشی و قانونمدار است و به هیچ جریان سیاسی وابسته نیست، اظهار کرد: ملاک و معیار ایشان همیشه قانون بوده و تمامی اقداماتی که وی در زمینه انتخابات انجام داده در چارچوب قوانین و آئین نامههای انتخاباتی بوده است.
معاون سیاسی فرماندار مشهد خاطرنشان کرد: افردای که امروز بیتقوایی میکنند به یاد داشته باشند وحدتی که امروز پیدا کردند را خیلی دیر به دست آوردند، این وحدت را پیش از انتخابات باید کسب میکردند که چندیدن لیست از جریان سیاسیشان ارائه نمیکردند که هم خود و هم طرفدارانشان را سردرگم کنند، آنها در طول دوران عضویت در شورا باید با خدمت صادقانه به دنبال کسب رضایت مردم می بودند نه اتاقهای فکر یک جریان سیاسی خاص.
وی با اشاره به اینکه این افراد لازم نیست به دنبال پاسخ گویی به ما باشند بلکه باید جواب مردم را بدهند چون توسط آنان رد صلاحیت و انتخاب نشدند، افزود: فرمانداری تنها در چارچوب قانون و با کمک هیات اجرایی و نظارت از رای مردم صیانت کرده است.
خوش نیت درخصوص اعتراض برخی از اعضای شورای شهر به رد مصوبه تفکیک جنسیتی رانندگان سرویس مدارس بیان کرد: فرماندار نمیتواند به تنهایی مصوبهای را رد کند چرا که قانونگذار چنین مجوزی را به یک عضو هیات تطبیق در شهرستان نداده است.
معاون سیاسی فرماندار مشهد اضافه کرد: هیات تطبیق متشکل از 3 نفر شامل فرماندار، نماینده دادگستری و نمایندهای از شورای شهر است، در نتیجه مصوبه با رایگیری میان اعضا در چارچوب قانون تشکیلات و وظایف شورای شهر و شهرداریها تائید و یا رد میشود، بنابراین فرماندار به تنهایی نمیتواند این کار را انجام دهد، ضمن اینکه وی تاکنون هم چنین اقدامی را انجام نداده است.
وی همچنین تاکید کرد: من از این چند برادر عزیز هم خواهش میکنم فرافکنی نکنند و به جای تهمت و افترا به دیگران در رفتارهای سیاسی اجتماعی خود تجدید نظر کنند، کما اینکه تعداد زیادی از عزیزان حاضر در شورای فعلی قاعده مردم سالاری دینی در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را پذیرفته و حتی تجربیات خود را صادقانه در اختیار منتخبین شورای پنجم قرار میدهند.
