افتتاح «خط زندگی» در مشهد
خط زندگی، اولین سامانه خدمات هماهنگ و یکپارچه ویژه سالمندان و کودکان در خراسان رضوی، روزگذشته در مشهد افتتاح شد.
زهرا ریاضی، مدیرمسئول مرکز خط زندگی خراسانرضوی با بیان اینکه خط زندگی سامانه هماهنگ خدماتی است که برای رفع نیازهای همه افراد از کودکی تا سالمندی ایجاد شده است، اظهار کرد: در زندگی امروز بسیاری از افراد در شرایطی که به کمک نیاز دارند به دور از خانواده و تنها زندگی میکنند و این سامانه با هدف خدمت به آنان راهاندازی شده است.
وی ادامه داد: سامانه ملی خط زندگی برای تسهیل زندگی سالمندان و استقلال فردی آنان ایجاد شده است و در واقع ما فرزندان آنها هستیم.
ریاضی با اشاره به نحوه کار این سامانه، تصریح کرد: این سامانه پلی ارتباطی میان سالمندان و نیازهایشان است و کافی است افراد با این سامانه تماس گرفته و نیاز خود را با ما درمیان بگذارند تا در کوتاهترین زمان نیازهای آنان برطرف شود.
وی با بیان اینکه در حال حاضر حدود 130 مرکز خدماتی و تخصصی در این استان با این سامانه همکاری دارند، خاطرنشان کرد: این مراکز کاملا بررسی و تایید شدهاند و مورد نظارت مستمر قرار دارند تا افراد هیچگونه نگرانی در مورد آنها نداشته باشند.
مدیرمسئول مرکز خط زندگی خراسان رضوی با اشاره به سفر زائران به مشهد، افزود: این سامانه آماده انجام هماهنگی خدمات درمانی، تخصصی و رفاهی با شرایط بسیار مناسب به زائران سالمند است.
وی با با بیان اینکه این مرکز از سال 90 در تهران در حال فعالیت است، گفت: این سامانه نخستین شعبه استانی خط زندگی در تهران است و با هماهنگی مرکز ملی خط زندگی تهران در مشهد شروع به فعالیت کرده است و در مرحلهی بعدی این مرکز در خراسان رضوی نیز به صورت شبانهروزی فعالیت خواهد کرد.
ریاضی با اشاره به اینکه تمام خدمات این مرکز براساس استانداردها و معیارهای علمی، عملی و پژوهشی ارائه خواهد شد، عنوان کرد: همه کارشناسان، متخصصان و صاحبان اندیشه در بخش خدمات به جامعه سالمندی میتوانند با این مرکز همکاری داشته باشند.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه در این مرکز معرفی، هماهنگی با مراکز خدماتی و تخصصی و نیز نظارت بر عملکرد خدمات را به صورت رایگان برای سالمندان استان انجام میدهد، گفت: این مرکز با خط تلفن سراسری 4327-021 و تلفن 8848562-0512 آماده ارائه خدمات به سالمندان است.
