زولبیا و بامیه را فقط از قنادى‌ها بخرید
دکتر عصمت تقى آبادى معاون بهداشــت دانشکده علوم پزشکى نیشابور گفت:: به منظور تأمین امنیت غذایى شهروندان، طرح تشدیدکنترل و نظارت بهداشتى ویژه ماه مبارک رمضان از تاریخ سوم خرداد ۹۶ شروع شده که هدف از اجراى این طرح تضمین کیفیت و ســلامت مواد غذایى عرضه شده در سطح منطقه تحت پوشش دانشکده و ارتقا و تأمین سلامت روزه داران عزیز است.
وی افزود: در این طرح هشت اکیپ سه نفره از کارشناسان بهداشت محیط و حرفه اى معاونت بهداشت جهت کنترل مواد غذایى در کارگاه هاى شیرینى پزى و قنادى، آبمیوه فروشى ها، رستوران ها، و… مشارکت مى کنند.
معاون بهداشــت دانشکده علوم پزشکى نیشابور وجود وسایل و ابزار کنترل مواد غذایى را از مزایاى طرح امسال دانست و گفت:میزان بالاى پراکســید در روغن زولبیا، بامیه و کلیه مواد غذایى سرخ شدنى سرطانزا بوده و مى تواند مشکلات متعددى را براى مردم ایجاد نماید، بنابراین از شــهروندان تقاضا مى شود خرید مواد غذایى مورد نیاز خود را فقط از قنادى هاى داراى مجوز انجام دهند.
دکتر عصمت تقى آبادى از شهروندان خواست در صورت مشاهده هرگونه تخلف بهداشتى با شماره ۱۹۰ وزارت بهداشت تماس بگیرند.
