مدیر محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار شهرداری مشهد گفت: میزان آلودگی صوتی در خیابانهای این کلانشهر بطور میانگین 30 درصد بیشتر از حد مجاز است.
محمد پذیرا حد مجاز سر و صدا در خیابان‌ها و مناطق مسکونی شهری را 55 دسی بل ذکر و بیان کرد: براساس سنجشهای یک سال اخیر در مشهد روزهای پنجشنبه با تراز 72.7 دسی بل بالاترین میزان شدت آلودگی صوتی در مقایسه با دیگر روزهای هفته در این کلانشهر رخ می دهد.
وی ادامه داد: مشهد روزهای جمعه نیز با حدود 70 دسی بل کمترین تراز صوت را در مقایسه با دیگر روزهای هفته دارد.
مدیر محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار شهرداری مشهد افزود: تاکنون پنج ایستگاه پایش آلودگی صوتی در سطح این کلانشهر نصب شده، 10 دستگاه پرتابل سنجش نیز خریداری و عملیات پایش آلودگی صوتی در مناطق مختلف از ابتدای پارسال آغاز شده است.
وی گفت: کاهش و افزایش رفت و آمد خودروها ارتباط مستقیمی با آلودگی صوتی دارد لذا الزامی است مراکز معاینه فنی خودرو به ابزارهای سنجش آلودگی صوتی وسیله نقلیه نیز تجهیز شوند.
پذیرا ادامه داد: ایراد آسیب به اعصاب شنوایی از اصوات با شدت 85 دسی بل آغاز می شود. تاکنون چهار هزار و 60 مورد برداشت صوتی در مناطق استقرار مراکز آموزشی و درمانی مشهد انجام و مشخص شده میزان آلودگی صوتی در این نواحی نیز 10 درصد بیشتر از حدمجاز است.
وی کاهش ترافیک شهری، جلوگیری از حرکت خودروهای سنگین در داخل شهر، منع بوق زدن بی مورد، قطع کردن بلندگوهای غیرمجاز در اماکن و ترغیب به استفاده از حمل و نقل عمومی' را از راهکارهای کاهش آلودگی صوتی برشمرد. کلانشهر سه و نیم میلیون نفری مشهد سالانه پذیرای 25 میلیون زائر و مسافر است.
