منتخبین شورای شهرمشهد از تخصص های لازم برای توسعه شهری برخوردارند
با حضور معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی، نشست بررسی بحران های شهری نظام مدیریت و توسعه پایدار در مشهد حال و آینده؛ به همت مجمع زنان اصلاح طلب استان برگزار شد.
سید جواد حسینی در این نشست گفت: با مشارکت کیفی و فعال زنان، جوانان و طیف متوسط جامعه اتفاقی بی نظیر در مشهد رقم خورد و متخصص ترین افراد به شورای شهر مشهد راه یافتند.
حسینی تصریح کرد: نخست آن که کمیت مشارکت را بالا برد و شاهد حضور 77.5 درصد مردم استان در انتخابات بودیم و دوم علاوه بر بکار بردن انواع مدل های تبلیغاتی اغوا کننده منجر به انتخاب مجدد اعتدال، عقلانیت و خرد ورزی در ریاست جمهوری شد و در شوراهای شهر و روستا نیز افرادی کارآمد انتخاب شدند.
وی تاکید کرد: مشهد بعنوان بزرگترین شهر مذهبی جهان اسلام، دومین کلان شهر و یکی از پایتخت های سیاسی کشور همواره از نظر سیاسی به شکل ویژه مطرح است که در این انتخابات اتفاق بزرگی رقم خورد و افرادی جدید با گرایشی متفاوت روی کار آمدند که از جمله متخصص ترین افراد هستند.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی زندگی شهری را یک ارگانیسم دانست و افزود: همانگونه که برای تکامل یک ارگانیسم نیاز های آن باید شناسایی شده، به مقدار و به موقع پاسخ داده شود، شورای شهر نیز مهمترین نهادی است که می تواند نیاز های شهری را شناسایی کرده و به آن ها به موقع و به مقدار پاسخ دهد و شورای جدید شهر مشهد این ظرفیت بزرگ را دارد.
حسینی با بیان این که مردم با کسی عقد اخوت نبسته اند؛ تصریح کرد: اگر دکتر روحانی موفق به کسب اکثریت آرا شد به دلیل عملکرد مطلوب دولت یازدهم و اعتماد مردم به کابینه بود.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی افزود: منتخبان در شوراها نیز باید قدر مردم را بدانند و با شناخت نیازها و پاسخگویی به موقع و مقدار، برای توسعه و عمران شهری تلاش کنند.
حسینی نقش مردم را در این فرآیند تعیین کننده دانست و خاطر نشان کرد: مسئولیت آنان با شرکت در انتخابات پایان نیافته بلکه باید از طریق تشکل ها و سازمان های مردم نهاد، در امور شهری مشارکت فعال و موثر داشته باشند.
