فقط منابع 5 مورد از تعاونی‌های کاسپین برای تسویه مشخص است
معاون دادستان مشهد با اشاره به مشکلات موسسه کاسپین عنوان کرد: لازمه تشکیل و راه‌اندازی مجموعه کاسپین فعال شدن شعب هر 8 تعاونی آن بوده ولی منابع 5 مورد آن برای انتقال مشخص است و منابع 3 مورد از تعاونی‌های کاسپین برای تسویه مشخص نیست.
قاضی حیدری با بیان اینکه فردا مساله تصفیه 8 تعاونی کاسپین با حضور تعدادی از مسئولان تهرانی در جلسه‌ای در استانداری پیگیری خواهد شد، گفت: سوالاتی در خصوص اینکه کدامیک از این شعب تعطیل شده است؟ چه تعداد شعبه قرار است فعالیت کند؟ آیا فقط قرار است شعب مجموعه فرشتگان فعالیت کاهش داشته باشد یا مجموعه‌های دیگری هم هستند؟ وجود دارد.
وی ادامه داد: در نامه بانک مرکزی در یک جا تضادی وجود دارد مبنی بر اینکه در یک بخش از آن از فعال شدن شعب 5 تعاونی کاسپین نام برده شده در حالی که صحبت ما از فعال شدن شعب هر 8 تعاونی بوده است. یا به عنوان نمونه در این نامه در جایی از بدر توس نام برده شده ولی از الزهرا مشهد نامی برده نشده بود.
حیدری بیان کرد: لازمه تشکیل موسسه اعتباری کاسپین این است که باید شعب این 8 تعاونی در تمام کشور فعال شود. در واقع لازمه فعالیت کاسپین فعال بودن هر 8 جز آن است. در خصوص تعیین تکلیف کاسپین مجوز بر مبنای فعال شدن این 8 عضو صادر شده که باید منابع همه 8 عضو آن منتقل شود اما براساس گفته بانک مرکزی در نامه‌ای 5 مورد از این تعاونی‌ها این کار را کرده‌اند ولی اصرار ما این بود که باید هر 8 تعاونی منابع‌شان منتقل شود.
معاون دادستان مشهد اظهار کرد: 3 تعاونی که منابع آن برای تسویه مشخص نشده فرشتگان، بدر توس اگر اشتباه نکنم پیوند است که هر سه مورد در مشهد است. هنوز منابع این‌ها برای تسویه مشخص نشده و هیچ نقشه راهی برای این 3 تعاونی وجود ندارد.
