جریمه 123 میلیون ریالی برای کلنیک زیبایی در مشهد
مدیرکل تعزیرات حکومتی خراسان رضوی گفت: عوامل اجرایی یک کلنیک زیبایی در مشهد به جرم گرانفروشی به پرداخت 123 میلیون ریال جزای نقدی در حق صندوق دولت محکوم شدند.
حمیدرضا کریم افزود: بر اساس شکایت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد از یک کلنیک زیبایی مبنی بر اخذ وجوه اضافی از مراجعین در قبال ارائه خدمات، موضوع در دستور کار اداره کل تعزیرات حکومتی این استان قرار گرفت.
وی با بیان اینکه پرونده مزبور با توجه به موضوع به شعبه ویژه تخلفات بهداشتی، دارو و درمان ارسال شده بود اظهار کرد: مدیر عامل و پزشک معالج کلنیک مزبور برای دفاعیات در زمینه شکایت مطروحه احضار شدند که پس از استماع اظهارات نامبردگان، تخلف آنها محرز گردید.
وی گفت: متخلفین یاد شده به درج تخلف در پرونده پزشکی و پرداخت 123 میلیون ریال جزای نقدی در حق صندوق دولت محکوم شدند.
