کتاب فروشیها در دوره فعالیت دولت تدبیر و امید احیا شدند
معاون فرهنگی و مطبوعاتی ادارهکل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی گفت: کتابفروشیها در سطح این استان با سیاستهای اتخاذ شده و فعالیت دولت تدبیر و امید احیا شدهاند.
یوسف امینی در این باره گفت: در گذشته ناشران تنها از طریق برگزاری نمایشگاههای مختلف و ارائه یارانه حمایت میشدند و در این میان هیچگونه حمایتی از کتابفروشیها صورت نمیگرفت، اما هم اینک طرحهایی همچون طرح عیدانه کتاب و طرح تابستانه کتاب با هدف حمایت از کتابفروشیها اجرا شدهاند که نتایج بسیار درخشانی را در خصوص افزایش فروش کتاب در خراسان رضوی داشتهاند و طی چهار سال اخیر تعداد بسیار زیادی از کتابفروشیهای مشهد بازسازی شدهاند و رونق فروش کتاب دوباره به کتابفروشیهای این شهر برگشته است.
وی همچنین به اعطای تسهیلات تاسیس، نوسازی و تجهیز مراکز فروش کتاب اشاره و بیان کرد: با توجه به اینکه فعالیت کتابفروشیها در شهرستانها مناسب نیست و بسیاری از کتابفروشیها در مناطق محروم به واحد فروش نوشت افزار تبدیل شدهاند اجرای طرح اعطای تسهیلات تاسیس، نوسازی و تجهیز مراکز فروش کتاب بسیار ضروری است.
امینی گفت: بنا بر اعلام دفتر توسعه کتاب و کتابخوانی معاونت امور فرهنگی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در راستای تحقق اهداف سند چشمانداز تقویت بنیانهای اصلی نشر و ایجاد زمینههای مناسب تسهیل دسترسی مصرف کنندگان به کتاب این معاونت در نظر دارد نسبت به اعطای تسهیلات مورد نیاز برای تاسیس، نوسازی و تجهیز مراکز فروش کتاب در مناطق کمتر برخوردار اقدام کند.
وی افزود: متقاضیان میتوانند درخواستهای خود را به انضمام نمونه کاربرگ طرح توجیهی کتابفروشی بارگذاری شده در سایت وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی به آدرس http://www.farhang.gov.ir تکمیل و به دبیرخانه مربوطه واقع در میدان بهارستان، خیابان کمال الملک، ساختمان مرکزی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، طبقه دوم دفتر توسعه کتاب و کتابخوانی یا به نشانی ایمیلketab@farhang.gov.ir ارسال نمایند.
