افتتاح دبستان استثنایی زنده یاد خدیجه نیّری

دبستان 6 کلاسه استثنایی زنده یاد خدیجه نیّری شهر سلامی با حضور مشاور رئیس سازمان آموزش و پرورش استثنایی کشور، مدیر آموزش و پرورش استثنایی خراسان رضوی، خیرین مدرسه ساز و مسئولین شهرستان افتتاح شد.

حسن امیری مدیر آموزش و پرورش خواف ضمن خیرمقدم به مسئولین و خیرین استانی و کشوری گفت: نباید از عبارت دانش آموزان استثنایی استفاده کنیم بلکه باید عبارت دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه را به کار ببریم زیرا این دانش آموزان هر کدام توانمندی های خاصی دارند و نمونه بارز این دانش آموزان هاوکینگ به عنوان نابغه قرن است.

وی افزود: این بنای 6 کلاسه با اعتبار 3 میلیارد ریال احداث شد که یک میلیارد ریال آن توسط اداره نوسازی و دو میلیارد ریال باقی مانده توسط خیّر نیک اندیش آقای مهرداد شیرطاونی پرداخت گردید.

به کمبود نیروی متخصص و تجهیزات ویژه در مدارس استثنایی شهرستان اشاره کرد و اظهار داشت: با توجه به افزایش آمار دانش آموزان مشغول به تحصیل در این مدارس و همچنین لزوم آموزش این دانش آموزان توسط نیروهای متخصص و آموزش با تجهیزات ویژه، لزوم توجه ویژه به تامین نیروی متخصص و تجهیزات مورد نیاز این مدارس توسط اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنایی بیشتر احساس می شود.

در ادامه مهین توکلی رئیس آموزش و پرورش استثنایی خراسان رضوی، مراکز آموزشی دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه را کانون احیا دانست و گفت: کودکی که متفاوت متولد می شود اگر به موقع مدارس ساخته نشود و از خدمات آموزشی، توانجشی و مشاوره ای بهره مند نگردند هرگز طعم شیرین استقلال داشتن و عزتمند بودن را نچشد و همیشه ممکن است سربار خانواده باشد و توانمندی های کنونی آنان به تحلیل برود.

وی افزود: در مدارس دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه توجه و خدمات مناسب به آنان ارائه می شود تا مرحله ای که سد کنکور را هم می شکنند و به مراکز آموزش عالی راه پیدا می کنند همچنان که در کنکور 95 تعداد 26 دانش آموز از استان به دانشگاه ها راه یافتند.

توکلی به توانمندسازی دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه ی ذهنی اشاره کرد و گفت: تلاش ما این است که دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه بتوانند به افرادی ماهر و با کفایت در رشته های هنری و مهارتی تبدیل بشوند و در زمینه های هنری و ورزشی بدرخشند و همه این ها اساس و پایه شان در مراکز آموزشی شکل می گیرد.

سپس دکتر پاک نیت مشاور رئیس و مسئول مشارکت های مردمی سازمان آموزش و پرورش استثنایی کشور با تقدیر از توجه خیرین به دانش آموزان استثنایی این کودکان را فرشته های زمینی نامید و گفت: این کودکان در هیچ جنگی و دزدی و اختلاسی دست نداشتند و حق هیچ کسی را نخوردند مگر فرشته کیست فرشته کسی است که شرایط فوق را داشته باشد و آزاری از او به دیگران نرسد.

وی واسطه خیر بودن را مانند خیّر بودن دانست و گفت: خانم حاجی زاده که واسطه ی خیر شدند و سبب مشارکت آقای شیرطاونی را در این پروژه فراهم کردند و این طرح را آقای مهرداد شیرطاونی به یاد مادر مرحومشان، زنده یاد خدیجه نیری بنا کردند هم واسطه خیر هستند و قطعا از این ثواب بهره خواهند برد.
