کارگزاران و مثلث انتخاباتی 1400
فرزند آیت الله از بهشت به پاستور می رود؟

مدتی بود که گمانه‌زنی‌ها در مورد کاندیداهای احتمالی اصلاح‌طلبان حاکی از آن بود که احتمالا محسن هاشمی و اسحاق جهانگیری، گزینه‌های کارگزاران برای انتخابات 1400 باشند که گزینه محسن هاشمی قوی‌تر از جهانگیری به نظر می‌رسید. البته نزدیکی کارگزارانی‌ها به علی لاریجانی نیز قابل کتمان نیست. آنها همواره از علی لاریجانی به عنوان گزینه‌ای یاد کرده و می‌کنند که می‌تواند در انتخابات گزینه اصلاح‌طلبان هم باشد. حالا چند روزی است که تیم رسانه‌ای کارگزاران سازندگی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌نویسند محسن هاشمی رفسنجانی در کنار اسحاق جهانگیری و علی لاریجانی گزینه‌های جدی کارگزاران سازندگی برای انتخابات 1400 هستند. کارگزاران سازندگی در انتخابات مجلس یازدهم، با وجود بهره بردن از نام مرحوم آیت‌الله هاشمی رفسنجانی در مجموع حداقل 2800 رای برای هر نامزد خود به دست آورد. برخی منتقدان کارگزاران معتقدند که گزینه‌های اولیه حزب کارگزاران سازندگی توانایی اجماع همه اصلاح‌طلبان را ندارند. اسحاق جهانگیری به خاطر ارز 4200 تومانی به شدت مورد انتقاد اقتصاددانان و البته عامه مردم است. ارز 4200 تومانی باعث به وجود آمدن فساد‌های مختلف اقتصادی شد که هنوز هم دادگاه‌های آن توسط افکار عمومی به شدت پیگیری می‌شود. گزینه دیگر کارگزاران، علی لاریجانی است که این روزها زیر ضرب انتقادات است. در روزهای اخیر گزارش هایی منتشر شد که نشان می داد علی لاریجانی چهره اصلی قرارداد ربع قرنی ایران و چین است. با این شرایط در ماه‌های آینده اخبار بیشتری از او به گوش می‌رسد و انتقادها افزایش خواهد یافت. کارگزاران در حالی به علی لاریجانی تمایل دارد که او نه چهره اصلاح‌طلبی به شمار می‌رود و حتی در حد و اندازه روحانی نیز نمی‌تواند شعار‌های اصلاح طلبان را بازگو کند. با این شرایط «یادگار آیت الله» شاید بتواند یک گام از دو رقیب درونی خود جلوتر باشد. البته محسن هاشمی رفسنجانی هیچ وقت چهره‌ای اصلاح طلب نبوده است. او بیشتر برای علاقه‌مندان بیت هاشمی، نمادی از رفتار پدر به شمار می‌رود. همین چند روز پیش بود که او در نامه‌ای به صدا و سیما به خاطر پخش برنامه‌ای که چهره مرحوم آیت‌الله هاشمی را مخدوش کرده بود اعتراض کرد. در حالی که در این چند سال صداوسیما بار‌ها و بار‌ها گزارش و برنامه‌هایی ساخته که چندان خوشایند مردم نبوده، اما محسن هاشمی با وجود اینکه ریاست شورای شهر تهران را برعهده دارد، همچنان خود را سخنگو و مدافع ارزش‌ها، رفتار‌ها و برنامه‌های پدر می‌داند و با وجود اینکه این موقعیت را داشته که از زیر سایه پدر خارج شود، همچنان دوست دارد خود را فرزند مرحوم آیت‌الله هاشمی رفسنجانی بنامد تا یک چهره مستقل.کارگزاران سازندگی سال‌هاست با تکیه بر پیشینه هاشمی رفسنجانی سعی دارند روح او را به عنوان محور حرکت خود معرفی کنند. آنها معتقدند ایران در دوره هاشمی رفسنجانی دورانی باشکوه را سپری کرده بنابراین همان سیاست تعدیل اقتصادی و آزادسازی قیمت‌ها و سایر برنامه‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی او باید در پیش گرفته شود. مردم ایران به خاطر دارند که در دوران هاشمی رفسنجانی اقتصاد ایران تورم 40 درصدی را تجربه کرده بود شبیه آن چیزی که در دولت احمدی نژاد و روحانی بار دیگر تکرار شد. از نظر سرکوب رسانه‌ها نیز برخی معتقدند در دولت هاشمی بیشترین خفقان وجود داشت؛ خفقانی که در دوره احمدی‌نژاد نیز تجربه شد. البته در دوره خاتمی هم تعداد زیادی از روزنامه‌نگاران به زندان رفتند و رسانه‌های پرشماری توقیف شد با این حال وزارت ارشاد دولت خاتمی با صدور مجوز‌های متعدد به رسانه‌های منتقد مانع انسداد سیاسی شده بود چنانچه در دولت روحانی نیز باز بودن فضای مجازی در اینستاگرام و تلگرام به خصوص در دولت اول او مانع انسداد سیاسی شد و به نظر می‌رسید دولت روحانی حداقل در فضای داخلی با سرکوب مخالفان موافق نیست. اما در دولت هاشمی بعد از استعفای خاتمی، وزارت ارشاد به میرسلیم سپرده شد!
کارگزاران سازندگی سال‌هاست با تکیه بر پیشینه هاشمی رفسنجانی سعی دارند روح او را به عنوان محور حرکت خود معرفی کنند. آنها معتقدند ایران در دوره هاشمی رفسنجانی دورانی باشکوه را سپری کرده بنابراین همان سیاست تعدیل اقتصادی و آزادسازی قیمت‌ها و سایر برنامه‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی او باید در پیش گرفته شود. مردم ایران به خاطر دارند که در دوران هاشمی رفسنجانی اقتصاد ایران تورم 40 درصدی را تجربه کرده بود. شبیه آن چیزی که در دولت احمدی نژاد و روحانی بار دیگر تکرار شد
محسن هاشمی رفسنجانی خود را پدر متروی تهران می‌داند. او در زمینه اجرایی مدیر ضعیفی نبوده است، اما با برندی که از خود نشان داده، نمی‌تواند حامل گفتمان اصلاح‌طلبی پیشرو باشد. البته حامیان کارگزاران سازندگی شدیدا معتقدند راه توسعه کشور در دست خاندان هاشمی رفسنجانی است. آنها می‌گویند مهدی و فائزه هاشمی رفسنجانی به خاطر دفاع از مواضع اصلاح‌طلبانه به زندان رفته‌اند؛ در حالی که فرزندان سایر مقامات ارشد اصلاح‌طلب زندان را نچشیده‌اند. هرچند کنایه آنها به فرزندان میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی و سیدمحمد خاتمی است، اما در میان فرزندان، حکم زندان مهدی اساسا ارتباطی به فعالیت‌ها و مواضع سیاسی او نداشت و ماجرا اقتصادی بود. فائزه هاشمی رفسنجانی هم سابقه زندان دارد و هم در گفتمان اصلاح طلبی، نسبت به سایر کارگزاران رادیکال بوده است. او اولین و مشهورترین شخصیت سیاسی اصلاح‌طلبی است که رسما با خانواده چند زندانی بهایی دیدار کرد و در دفاع از حقوق آنها سخن گفت و رفتاری داشت که حتی رادیکال‌ترین اصلاح‌طلبان از آن اجتناب می‌کنند و وقتی در مقابل سوال برخورد با بهاییان قرار می‌گیرند با جملات کلی دفاع از حقوق شهروندی از کنار آن عبور می‌کنند. فائزه هاشمی رفسنجانی در دهه هفتاد نیز به خاطر پوشش متفاوت و دفاع از دوچرخه سواری زنان مشهور شده بود. فرزندان خانواده هاشمی رفسنجانی با وجودی که از نظر سیاسی گرایش‌های مختلف محافظه‌کار و تندرو دارند، اما به اهمیت خانواده واقفند و سعی می‌کنند حرمت خانواده را حفظ کنند. کارگزاران سازندگی سال‌هاست دچار اختلافات کوچکی در حزب است. برخی افراد مثل غلامحسین کرباسچی به شدت به اصلاح‌طلبان تندرو انتقاد دارند. کرباسچی از زمانی که به خاطر پرونده شهرداری تهران به زندان رفت، معتقد بود باید اصلاح‌طلبان از او بیشتر حمایت می‌کردند. اصلاح طلبان جوان در احزاب پیشروتر اصلاحات همواره با او مشکل داشته‌اند و از آن سو نیزکرباسچی که در این سال‌ها همیشه دبیرکل حزب کارگزاران سازندگی بوده، برخی از آنها را فرصت‌طلب و رادیکال توصیف کرده است که مانع پیشبرد برنامه‌های اصلاحی آیت الله هاشمی شده‌اند. در مقابل حسین مرعشی که به مرور به چهره اثرگذاری در کارگزاران سازندگی تبدیل شده است بعد از اتفاقات سال 88 نسبت به جریان اصلاحات، موضع همراهی بیشتری داشت. اما مرعشی هم جزئی از خانواده است و در انتخاباتی که محسن هاشمی رفسنجانی نامزد آن است با تمام وجود برای پیروزی او تلاش خواهد کرد.
