برای اینکه جلسهای برای کتابخوانی داشته باشیم که در آن دور هم جمع شویم و دقیقهای به گفتوگو بنشینیم و کتاب بخوانیم شاید نیاز به اساسنامهای نباشد اما اگر بشود همین جلسات خودمانی را هم ساختارمند کرد، میشود امید داشت که آنچه خوانده میشود مدت بیشتری در حافظه فراموشکار این روزهای ما باقی بماند.
در این نوشتار سعی بر این شده است تا ساختاری برای یک جلسه کتابخوانی ترسیم شود. ابتدا هدف جلسه است که میتواند تنها بهانه تراشیدن برای مطالعه و بحث و گفتوگو پیرامون موضوعهای مورد علاقه اعضا باشد. سپس باید زمان و مکان جلسات را معین کرد. زمان میتواند به جای یک روز مشخص چند روز در ماه باشد؛ مثلاً 20 تا 25 هرماه؛ که به انتخاب افراد نهایتاً یک روز مشخص و جلسه در آن روز برگزار شود؛ بدیهی است قرار هر جلسه در این شکل چند روز قبل از هر جلسه مشخص میشود.
موضوع جلسهها بهتر است چند جلسه آینده مشخص باشد؛ بدیهی است انتخاب موضوع هر جلسه بهتر است به تأیید اکثریت اعضا برسد و تعامل در این زمینه بسیار اهمیت دارد. میشود در هر جلسه موضوع جایگزین با ارائه نفر جایگزین هم داشته باشد که اگر به هر دلیلی ارائه آماده نشد جلسه بدون موضوع نماند.
اعضای جلسه میتواند تغییر کند اما هیچ جلسهای نباید کمتر از حداقلی از اعضا تشکیل شود. به عنوان مثال به نظر میرسد حضور پنج نفر برای هر جلسه ضروری باشد. اما ارائه کتاب! بدیهی است ارائه تنها توسط یک یا دو نفر باید باشد اما میشود هر جلسه دبیری داشته باشد تا جریان جلسه را مدیریت کند. در نحوه ارائه میشود از امکانات سختافزاری مانند ارائه کتاب و مقاله و یا امکانات نرمافزاری مانند لپتاپ و سایر امکانات دیگر هم بهره برد.
در جلسه میشود نقشهایی مانند: آرشیودار، دبیر و تدارکات جلسه در نظر گرفت و برای هر یک از اعضا به طور دائم یا دورهای تعریف کرد. خروجی علمی جلسه هم مهم است که میتواند گزارشی از جلسه چه صوتی و چه نوشتاری، یا ارائه خلاصه بحث توسط ارائه دهنده و درج آن در گروه باشد تا اعضایی که در جلسه شرکت نداشتند بتوانند در فضای مجازی بحث را دنبال کنند؛ بدیهی است جمعآوری ارائههای این جلسات به مرور زمان آرشیوی از مطالب بحث شده خواهد بود که به نظر موثر میآید. در صورت تمایل دوستان حتی میشود متن ارائه را در قالب یادداشت در رسانهها هم منتشر کرد که این قابلیت به دلیل حضور رسانههای اجتماعی خیلی راحت است. معرفی کتاب و مقاله و نشریه و محصولات فرهنگی مرتبط با موضوع هم میتواند در حاشیه کار وجود داشته باشد. چند عکس یادگاری و ضبط صدا و فیلمهایی از هر جلسه هم میتواند بخشی از خروجی جلسه باشد که در گذر زمان یادگاری خوبی به جا خواهد گذاشت.
