یک روانشناس گفت: شاید هرکسی تجربه متفاوتی از عصبانیت داشته باشد، عصبانیتی قابل کنترل است که تا آخر عمرتان با شما خواهد ماند، حملات عصبی اپیزودی و حاد و غیرقابل کنترل، حالات عصبی‌ای که ناشی از ناتوانی در برقراری روابط اجتماعی ست و عصبانیتی که ناشی از اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی است.
مریم کاووسی، در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا، در پاسخ به این سؤال که آیا حالات عصبی معمولی که در زندگی روزمره خود تجربه می‌کنیم بیماری محسوب می‌شوند؟، اظهار کرد: تقریباً همه انسان‌ها روزانه مقادیر کمی از عصبانیت را تجربه می‌کنند، اغلب متخصصان معتقدند عصبانیت و خشم برای بقای انسان حیاتی‌ست، لذا زمانی که احساس خطر می‌کنید و یا مورد تهاجم قرار می‌گیرید، خشم می‌تواند بهترین محرک برای دفاع باشد.
وی ادامه داد: اما از طرفی امکان دارد کنترل از دستتان خارج شده و بیش‌از اندازه عصبانی شوید، که این میزان از عصبانیت می‌تواند مخرب بوده و هزار و یک مشکل برایتان به‌وجود آورد.
کاووسی افزود: پرخاش کردن به کسی که آزارتان می‌دهد نه سودی برای شما دارد و نه کار درستی‌ست، اغلب انسان‌ها روش‌هایی برای مقابله با عصبانیت دارند که تا حدودی مشابه هستند.
این روانشناس بیان کرد: ابراز عصبانیت برای سلامتی کاملاً مفید است اما این کار باید درست انجام شود و باید همیشه از پرخاش پرهیز کرد.
وی افزود: ابراز عصبانیت نباید بی قیدوبند باشد چراکه در این حالت نه تنها باعث می‌شوید دیگران دچار حالت تدافعی شوند، بلکه به جای حل کردن مشکل صرفاً اوضاع را وخیم‌تر کرده‌اید، طبیعتاً امکان دارد دیگران از شما فاصله بگیرند و در رابطه‌ای که با آن‌ها دارید کدورت به‌وجود بیاید یا کلاً از بین برود.
کاووسی با اشاره به این‌که وقتی عصبانیت را درون خود نگه‌دارید، به آن فکر نکنید یا سعی کنید حواستان را پرت کنید درواقع حس عصبانیت خود را سرکوب کرده‌اید، عنوان کرد: این کار می‌تواند بسیار زیان‌بار باشد، چراکه عصبانیت و خیلی از احساسات دیگر در صورتی که سرکوب شوند، شدت می‌گیرند و گسترش پیدا می‌کنند.
این روانشناس ادامه داد: در مقابله با عصبانیت، همیشه باید آرامش را هدف گرفت، باید سعی کنید با تعدیل عصبانیت خودتان را آرام کنید که به راحتی توسط ترکیبی از روش‌ها و تمرین‌های جسمی و شناختی می‌توانید این کار را انجام دهید.
وی با اشاره به تکنیک‌های مدیریت خشم، تصریح کرد: باید یاد بگیرید خودتان را آرام کنید، نفس عمیق بکشید و به چیزهایی که دوست دارید فکر کرده و سعی کنید تصورشان کنید.
کاووسی عنوان کرد: ذهنتان را از همه چیز خالی کنید، پیاده‌روی، ورزش، تمیزکردن کابینت‌های آشپزخانه و خیلی فعالیت‌های فیزیکی دیگر به طرز تعجب‌آوری کمک کننده هستند.
این روانشناس با اشاره به این‌که گاهی عصبانیت و خشم از عواقب مشکلاتی‌ست که در زندگی با آن‌ها مواجه می‌شوید، افزود: ناامید نشوید و با شناختن ابعاد مختلف این مشکلات، اولین گام را در حل کردن آن‌ها و رفع عصبانیت خود بردارید، به این فکر کنید که عصبی شدن گره‌ای از کارتان باز نمی‌کند و قطعاً حس خوش‌آیندی هم نیست.
وی تصریح کرد: با اطرافیانتان بهتر ارتباط برقرار کنید، شاید وقتی کسی با نظرتان مخالفت می‌کند، اولین کلمات ناراحت کننده‌ای که به ذهنتان می‌رسد را نثارش می‌کنید و برای خودتان دردسر درست می‌کنید، اگر به جای این کار به حرف‌های طرف مقابلتان گوش دهید به این فکر کنید که هدفتان از این بحث چیست، هم از عصبی شدن جلوگیری می‌کنید هم در زمان و انرژی خود صرفه‌جویی می‌کنید.
کاووسی افزود: وقتی شرایط بغرنج می‌شود و چیزی تا عصبانیت فاصله ندارید، شوخی کردن می‌تواند بهترین راه برای کم کردن تنش باشد، شرایط موجود را طوری بازسازی کنید که برایتان خنده‌دار باشد و به سختی می‌شود عصبانی ماند.
این روانشناس تأکید کرد: خشم احساسی کاملاً ذاتی و طبیعی و برای حفاظت از منافع حیاتی‌ست، اما زیاده‌روی در آن می‌تواند مضر باشد.
وی تأکید کرد: باید یاد بگیریم خشم را کنترل کرده و اجازه ندهیم خشم ما را کنترل کند.
