قطر در قامت میانجی؟

در حالیکه وزیر خارجه قطر، هفته گذشته در تهران میهمان وزیر خارجه کشومان بود و پس از دیدار با امیرعبداللهیان با رئیس جمهور نیز دیدار کرد و کارت دعوت امیر قطر برای شرکت رئیسی در اجلاس سران کشورهای صادر کننده گاز را تقدیم وی کرد، امیرقطر عازم آمریکا شد و با بایدن درخصوص برنامه هستهای ایران گفتگو کرد.
«محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثانی» وزیر خارجه قطر به اظهارنظر درباره محتوای گفتوگوی «تمیم بن حمد» امیر قطر و «جو بایدن» رئیسجمهور آمریکا پرداخت.
وی به شبکه «الجزیره» گفت: گفتوگوی طرف قطری با ایرانیها و آمریکاییها برای انتقال پیام نیست، دوحه معتقد است که بازگشت به توافق هستهای، عامل ثبات منطقه است.
محمد بن عبدالرحمن ادامه داد: دوحه از کانالهای باز میان واشنگتن و تهران برای نزدیک کردن دیدگاهها استفاده میکند و علاقمند به حصول یک توافق در خصوص برنامه هستهای ایران است.
وزیر خارجه قطر افزود: دوحه از ارائه نگرانیهای همه طرفها به منظور گفتوگو درباره آن استقبال میکند و تهران تمایل خود برای حسن همجواری را نشان داده است.
همچنین امیر قطر روز سه شنبه در توئیتی اعلام کرد که مذاکراتش با رئیس جمهور آمریکا در واشنگتن مثمرثمر و درباره تحولات منطقهای و بین المللی در راستای شراکت استراتژیک میان دو کشور بود.
به گزارش خبرگزاری آناتولی، تمیم بن حمد آل ثانی، امیر قطر در توییتی بعد از دیدارش با جو بایدن، رئیس جمهور آمریکا در واشنگتن گفت: مذاکراتم با بایدن مثمرثمر بود. ما در این مذاکرات درباره تحولات منطقهای و بین المللی در راستای شراکت استراتژیک میان دو کشور صحبت کردیم. شراکت میان دوحه و واشنگتن روز به روز برای تحقق صلح و ثبات در منطقه مستحکمتر میشود.

همچنین دفتر امیر قطر در بیانیهای اعلام کرد که وی با بایدن درباره روابط دوجانبه و راههای تقویت آن و مهمترین تحولات منطقهای و بین المللی گفتگو کرد.
امیر قطر قبل از این دیدار نیز به خبرنگاران گفته بود: سال ۲۰۲۲ بسیار بااهمیت است چراکه مصادف با گذشت ۵۰ سال از برقراری روابط قطر و آمریکا است.
در هیمن حال کریس مورفی، سناتور دموکرات آمریکایی در گفت وگو با شبکه قطری الجزیره از تلاش های دوحه در راستای احیای برجام تقدیر و تاکید کرد: امیدوارم که به کمک قطر بتوانیم تمام طرف ها را توافق هسته ای بازگردانیم.
وی گفت: از نقش قطر در تلاش برای باز گرداندن ایرانی ها به میز مذاکرات بسیار تشکر می کنیم.
این سناتور آمریکایی همچنین خاطرنشان کرد: امیدواریم که یک گفت وگوی امنیتی منطقه ای برگزار شود و کشور قطر آماده است تا یک بازیگر اصلی در این گفت وگو باشد.
بحث درباره ایران در حالی در کاخ سفید امروز شکل میگیرد که محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثانی هفتم بهمن ماه با سفر به ایران با «حسین امیرعبداللهیان» وزیر خارجه ایران نیز گفتوگو کردند.
در روزهای گذشته آنطور که حتی مقامهای کشورهای اروپایی و آمریکایی خودشان هم اعتراف کردهاند در گفتوگوهای وین پیشرفتهایی که در بخش مربوط به تعهدات هستهای ایران بوده بیشتر از بخشهای مربوط به رفع تحریمها بوده که مربوط به تعهدات طرف غربی است.
دور هشتم مذاکرات رفع تحریمهای ایران، ششم دی ماه شروع و تا نهم دی ماه ادامه یافت و بعد از تنفسی سه روزه به مناسبت سال نو میلادی مجددا روز دوشنبه ۱۳ دی ماه از سر گرفته شد و کماکان در وین در جریان است البته ۲۴ دی ماه براساس توافق حاصله روسای هیأتهای مذاکره کننده ایران و سه کشور اروپایی برای مشورتها به پایتختها مراجعت کردند و دوشنبه ۲۷ دی ماه دوباره مذاکرات از سرگرفته شد که در فرمتها و سطوح مختلف تا امروز در پایتخت اتریش جریان داشت.
