در حل مسائل مرتبط با زنان نیازمند ایده های نوآورانه هستیم

بوت کمپ نوآوری اجتماعی«من در جامعه» عصر امروز با حضور جمعی از نخبگان و مسوولین کشوری با معرفی ایده‌های برتر به کار خود پایان داد.

به گزارش صبح امروز و به نقل از ستاد خبری بوت کمپ نوآوری اجتماعی«من در جامعه» فاطمه قاسم پور عصر امروز در مراسم اختتامیه بوت کمپ نوآوری اجتماعی «من در جامعه» که در سالن همایش های باب الجواد حرم مطهر رضوی برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: در این رویداد اجتماعی بانوان برای حل مسائل اجتماعی پای کار می آیند و نهضت اجتماعی را محقق می کنند.

وی با اشاره به نقش بانوان از سالیان دور در جامعه افزود: در گذشته های دور حتی بانوان در خانه نقش های خود را در وقف مهریه جهت حل مسائل موجود در جامعه و نیز در جریان نهضت تنباکو به خوبی ایفا کردند.

رئیس فراکسیون بانوان در مجلس شورای اسلامی اظهار کرد: پس از انقلاب اسلامی نقش بانوان تغییر یافت و مقام معظم رهبری زن را الگوی سوم جامعه معرفی کردند بطوریکه زن به عنوان عنصری موثر در جامعه تلقی شد.

وی به کنش گری اجتماعی زن در جامعه اشاره کردو گفت: این کنش گری شاخصه هایی دارد و الزاما نیازمند حضور اجتماعی شبیه هم نیست بلکه ممکن است با توجه به اقتضائات شرایط متفاوت باشد.

وی تاکید کرد: این کنش گری نباید نافی نقش های خانواده باشد و از طرفی دیگر محیط کنش گری باید عاری از اختلاط جنسیتی باشد.

قاسم پور به تبیین ویژگی دیگر کنش گری اجتماعی پرداخت و ابراز کرد: نقش آفرینی برای زن در جامعه در عرصه هایی چون پزشکی و درمان و تعلیم و تربیت یک وظیفه است.

رئیس فراکسیون بانوان در مجلس شورای اسلامی در بخش دیگر سخنان خود بیان کرد: در کنار همه این مسائل و در گام دوم انقلاب، دختران در کنش گری اجتماعی آگاهانه حرکت می کنند. این کنش گری در کنار مسئله دیگر یعنی تشکیل حلقه های میانی است که مقام معظم رهبری در خردادماه سال ۹۹ تشکیل اینگونه حلقه را از آرمان های مهم مردمی سازی مطرح کردند که خوشبختانه دختران جوان در تشکل های دانشجویی وارد این فضا شدند.

وی در بیان اهمیت این حلقه‌های میانی در کنش گری اجتماعی افزود: آن چیزی که باید وظایف را هدایتگری کند حلقه های میانی است و برگزاری رویدادهایی از جنس «من در جامعه» سبب عدم بروز روزمرگی اجرایی دستگاه های اجرایی می شود.

قاسم پور با اعلام حمایت از ایده‌های برتر یادآور شد: در فراکسیون زنان ضمن پیگیری مسائل زنان نیازمند ایده های نوآور در عرصه خانواده و جامعه هستیم.

وی عنوان کرد: در نظام جمهوری اسلامی نیازمند یک سبک جدید از همکاری قوا در کنار مجموعه های مردمی هستیم تا در رابطه با ایده های نوآورانه اقدامات مهمی انجام دهیم.

رئیس فراکسیون بانوان در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصریح کرد:حرکت ما به این سمت می رود که نگاه خود را به زنان عوض کنیم و نگاه فرصت محور با ظرفیت زنان در کنش گری اجتماعی داشته باشیم چرا که این کنش گری بسیاری از مشکلات کلان را می تواند حل کند.

وی اخلاق و معنویت را مهمترین دغدغه در جامعه برشمرد و نسبت به پیگیری این دو مقوله تاکید کرد.

** ورود جدی بنیاد احسان در حمایت از ایده های نوآورانه اجتماعی

در ادامه این مراسم فضه سادات حسینی با اشاره به نوپا بودن مراکز نوآوری اجتماعی در کشور اظهارکرد: جهت توسعه و تقویت این مراکز نیازمند حمایت دستگاه های دولتی و همکاری ایده پردازان هستیم.

وی حمایت از محرومین را رویکرد نخست و مهم بنیاد احسان خواند و افزود: همچنین حمایت از رویدادهای اجتماعی از دیگر رویکردهای اولویت دار ماست که بطور جدی به این قضیه ورود پیدا کرده ایم.

مسئول قرارگاه اجتماعی بانوان بنیاد احسان ستاد اجرایی فرمان امام (ره)، با پیشران خواندن بانوان در حرکات اجتماعی ابراز کرد: امید است با رویداد نوآوری اجتماعی « من در جامعه» ایده های پویا در ذهن بانوان طلبه و دانشجو با کمک نهادهای دولتی تبدیل به حرکات موثری در جامعه شود.

وی تصریح کرد: در این رویداد ایده هایی توسط بانوان در مناطق محروم ارائه شد که نشان از دغدغه تمامی زنان کشورمان در حل مسائل و معضلات اجتماعی دارد و امیدواریم روزی شاهد پاک شدن غبار محرومیت از برخی مناطق کشورمان باشیم.

حسینی یادآور شد: قرار است در مناطق محروم بانوانی از جنس همان منطقه برای حل مشکلات محل سکونت خود گام بردارند و ما هم آمادگی توانمند کردن آنان در این مهم هستیم.

وی با توجه به ظرفیت بانوان کشور در ایده پردازی مسایل اجتماعی گفت: در حد توان ایده های برگزیده را بررسی و حمایت خواهیم کرد چرا که معتقدیم با اجرایی کردن این ایده ها حرکات بزرگی در کشور رقم خواهد خورد.

** تقدیر از ۵ طرح نوآورانه در رویداد «من درجامعه»

در ادامه مراسم اختتامیه مدیر مرکز نوآوری اجتماعی «مبتدا» ضمن تشکر از نهادهایی که این رویداد را در مسیر خود همراهی کردند و نیزاساتید و داوران این رویداد افزود: تمامی سعی ما در مرکز «مبتدا» این است که با برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی و ارائه مشاوره به ایده پردازان، طرح های نوآورانه را پرورش داده و به یک راه اصولی در حل مشکلات و مسائل جامعه دست پیدا کنیم.

حجت الاسلام والمسلمین حسین مسجدی آرانی اظهار کرد: رویداد «من در جامعه»از سری فعالیت های مرکز نوآوری های اجتماعی«مبتدا» با رویکرد حل مساله اجتماعی با نگاه به دین کار خود را آغاز کرد. در این رویداد ۳۵۶ ایده دریافت شد که از این تعداد ۲۸ ایده به مرحله نهایی رسید و ۲۶ ایده با صبر و حوصله تمام تا مرحله داوری ما را همراهی کرد.

وی ابراز کرد: طی داوری های صورت گرفته از ۵ طرح برگزیده با اهدای هدایایی چون ۳۰ میلیون ریال جایزه نقدی ویژه صاحبان ایده و ۸۰۰ میلیون ریال وجه نقد جهت پیاده‌سازی هر طرح تقدیر به عمل آمد.
