تصویب طرح تفصیلی شهرک شهید رجایی و باهنر درکمیسیون ماده 5

شهردار مشهد از تصویب طرح تفصیلی مرتبط با شهرک های شهید رجایی و باهنر در کمیسیون ماده پنج خبرداد. محمد رضا کلائی بامداد امروز و در دومین نشست مردمی با ساکنان شهرک های شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر که با حضور جمعی از اعضای شورای شهر، شهردار منطقه 6 و جمعی از مدیران شهری در مسجد و حسینه شهید بسکابادی برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: در جلسه گذشته مقرر شده بر روی 10 اولویت مرتبط با شهرک های شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر تمرکز و برنامه ریزی شود.
وی با بیان اینکه یکی از مشکلات موجود در مسیر ساماندهی این دو شهرک، نبود طرح تفصیلی است، افزود: برای رفع این مشکل طرح تفصیلی شهرک شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر را به صورت بخشی از جنوب بولوار حر، شرق مهریز تا پایان محدوده شهری آماده و برای تصویب در کمیسیون ماده پنج مطرح کردیم که خوشبختانه در این کمیسیون نیز به تصویب رسید.
شهردار مشهد بیان کرد: با توجه به این موضوع اکنون برای بازگشایی معابر و ارائه خدمات پایه در شهرک های شهید باهنر و شهید رجایی مشکلی نداریم .
کلائی در خصوص اجرای بازوی چهارم خاطرنشان کرد: پوسته طرح پروژه بازوی چهارم نیز به تصویب رسیده و به این ترتیب از تقاطع غیر همسطح مصلی یک مسیر از میان اراضی شهرک شیرین با گذر از زیر ریل راه آهن و انتهای محدوده شهری ایجاد و به بولوار حر متصل خواهد شد.
وی اضافه کرد: با اجرای این پروژه ضمن کاهش ترافیک این محدوده، وضعیت نامناسب زیرگذر پا نیز ساماندهی و دیوارهای اراضی آستان قدس نیز برداشته خواهد شد که به لحاظ اجتماعی و افزایش امنیت نیز تاثیر گذار خواهد بود.

شهردار مشهد به توافق با آستان قدس رضوی برای احداث بوستان 70 هکتاری در محدوده شهرک های شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر اشاره کرد و گفت: خوشبختانه با مساعدت های تولیت محترم آستان قدس رضوی قرار شد تا اراضی مورد نیاز برای احداث این بوستان بزرگ در اختیار شهرداری مشهد قرار گیرد.
کلائی تصریح کرد: بوستان 70 هکتاری مذکور بزرگترین بوستان و هم اندازه بوستان ملت است که به عنوان پارک محصولات اورگانیک کشاورزی ایجاد و به بهره برداری خواهد رسید.
وی ادامه داد: برای طراحی این بوستان 70 هکتاری ضمن انجام مطالعات توسط مشاور با دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد نیزهمکاری خواهیم داشت.
شهردار مشهد در خصوص اتصال خط مترو به شهرک شهید رجایی و باهنر نیز اظهارکرد: برای اجرای خط چهار قطار شهری و اتصال آن به این دو شهرک به دلیل نبود زمین محل ایجاد شفت و پایانه در این محدوده نامشخص بود.
کلائی بیان کرد: با توجه به اینکه که طبق برنامه ریزی ها تصمیم داریم تا مانند سایر خطوط حفاری تونل خط چهار را نیز از دو جهت اجرایی کنیم، به دنبال زمین برای ایجاد شفت ورودی و پایانه شرق بودیم که خوشبختانه زمین موردنیاز تامین و شفت ورودی دستگاه حفار و پایانه مشترک خط چهار، اتوبوس، تاکسی و… در شهرک باهنر احداث خواهد شد.

وی با اشاره به اینکه شفت ورودی دستگاه حفار تونل خط چهار 6 ماه دیگر در این منطقه اجرا می شود، افزود: اکنون دو دستگاه حفار در مشهد فعال است که با توافقات انجام شده با قرارگاه خاتم الانبیا(ص) قرار شد دو دستگاه حفار دیگر نیز برای حفر تونل خط چهار قطار شهری در دو جبهه به مشهد آورده شود که این اتفاق مهمی است.
شهردار مشهد خاطرنشان کرد: یکی دیگر از موارد مطرح شده در نشست قبل، تعیین تکلیف احداث بوستان در منطقه معقول و مهریز بود که قرار است با توافق با آستان قدس زمین پنج هکتاری واقع در این محل تبدیل به فضای سبز شود که خوشبختانه توافق انجام شده و پس از ابلاغ طرح تفصیلی شهرک شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر از سوی کمیسیون ماده پنج زمین مذکور به شهرداری مشهد تحویل داده خواهد شد.
کلائی در خصوص تعریض خیابان پورسینا تصریح کرد: برای رفع مشکل پورسینا در حال انجام مطالعات ترافیکی هستیم و باز هم تاکید می کنم مسئله پورسینا تنها تامین منابع مالی نیست، بلکه نیاز به مشارکت مردم محل نیز دارد.
وی اضافه کرد: البته در کنار طرح تعریض پورسینا برای کاهش بار ترافکی این محل به دنبال ایجاد مسیر موازی در کنار پورسینا نیز هستیم که اگر این پروژه اجرایی شود، مشکلات ترافیکی بازه شیخ و پورسینا هم حل خواهد شد.
شهردار مشهد گفت: در مجموع برای ساماندهی مناطق پیرامونی و کم برخوردار شهر به ویژه شهرک های شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر 85 پروژه بزرگ و کوچک تعریف کرده ایم که به زودی از آنها رونمایی کرده و به مرور این پروژه ها را با همکاری سایر دستگاه ها اجرایی خواهیم کرد.
